ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
LifeGear Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in
material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under the conditions that it
has been installed and operated in accordance with LifeGear's Owner's Manual. LifeGear's
obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, free of charge, any parts
which may prove to be defective under normal home use. This warranty does not include
any damage caused by improper operation, misuse or commercial application.
From the date of purchase, the frame is warranted to be free from defects for 1 (one) year.
This warranty is extended only to the original owner and is not transferable.
When ordering replacement parts please have the following information ready:

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety
instructions when using this spinning bike: Read all instructions before using this
spinning bike.
zRead all the instructions in this manual and do warm up exercises before using this
equipment.
zDo not attempt any adjustments other than those described in this manual. Should any
problems arise, discontinue use and consult an Authorized Service Representative.
zDo not use the spinning bike outdoors.
zKeep children and pets away from the equipment while in use. This spinning bike is
designed for adults only.
zKeep Dry - do not operate in a wet or moist condition.
zNever insert any object into any opening.
zKeep the spinning bike on a solid, level surface. Using a carpet or other covering
material on the ground is recommended. The minimum free space required for safe
operation is not less than two meters. Be sure the area around the spinner bike
remains clear during use and has adequate clearance.
zThis spinning bike is for home use only.
zOnly one person should be on the spinning bike while in use.
zWear comfortable and suitable clothing when using the spinning bike. Do not use the
spinning bike barefoot, in only socks or in sandals, always wear athletic shoes. Never
wear loose clothing that might catch any part of the equipment.
zIf you feel any chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop
exercising immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
zAlways hold on to the handlebar while using the spinning bike.
zTo dismount, reduce pedaling speed gradually before you stop.
zThe maximum weight capacity for this product is 250 lbs/110 kgs.
Note: It is the obligation of the owner to review and explain these safety precautions
to all users of this spin bike.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Front and Rear Stabilizers Installation
Remove two D8 Washers (13) and M8x20 Bolts (14) from the Front Stabilizer (2).
Position the Front Stabilizer (2) in front of Main Frame (1) and align bolt holes.
Attach the Front Stabilizer (2) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (1) with two D8
Washers (13) and M8x20 Bolts (14) that were removed. Tighten bolts with the Allen
Wrench provided.
Remove two D8 Washers (13) and M8x20 Bolts (14) from the Rear Stabilizer (3).
Position the Rear Stabilizer (3) behind the Main Frame (1) and align bolt holes.
Attach the Rear Stabilizer (3) onto the rear curve of the Main Frame (1) with two D8
Washers (13) and M8x20 Bolts (14) that were removed. Tighten bolts with the Allen
Wrench provided.

2. Handlebar Post Installation
Insert the Handlebar Post (4) into the bushing on the tube of the Main Frame (1) and then
attach the Round Knob (8) onto the tube of the Main Frame (1) by turning it in a clockwise
direction to lock the Handlebar Post (4) in the suitable position.
Adjusting the Handlebar Height
Loosen the Round Knob (8) by turning counterclockwise direction until it can be pulled out.
Pull out the Round Knob (8) and then slide the Handlebar Post (4) up or down direction to
the suitable position. Lock the Handlebar Post (4) in place by releasing the Round Knob (8)
and sliding the Handlebar Post (4) up or down slightly until the Round Knob (4) "pops"
down into the locked position. For added safety, tighten the Round Knob (8) in a clockwise
direction.

3. Seat Post Installation
Insert the Seat Post (5) into the bushing on the tube of the Main Frame (1) and then
attach the Round Knob (8) onto the tube of the Main Frame (1) by turning it in a clockwise
direction to lock the Seat Post (5) in the suitable position.
Adjusting the Seat Height
Loosen the Round Knob (8) by turning counterclockwise direction until it can be pulled out.
Pull out the Round Knob (8) and then slide the Seat Post (5) up or down direction to the
suitable position. Lock the Seat Post (5) in place by releasing the Round Knob (8) and
sliding the Seat Post (5) up or down slightly until the Round Knob (8) "pops" down into the
locked position. For added safety, tighten the Round Knob (8) in a clockwise direction.
NOTE: When adjusting the height of seat post, the maximum insert depth mark line
cannot higher than the edge of bushing
Adjusting the Seat Forward or Back
Loosen the Round Knob (8) by turning counterclockwise direction until it can be pulled out.
Pull out the Round Knob (8) and then slide the Seat Sliding Tube (6) forth or back direction
to the suitable position. Lock the Seat Sliding Tube (6) in place by releasing the Round
Knob (8) and sliding the Seat Sliding Tube (6) forth or back slightly until the Round Knob (8)
"pops" down into the locked position. For added safety, tighten the Round Knob (8) in a
clockwise direction.
NOTE: When adjusting the length of seat sliding tube, the maximum insert depth mark
line cannot over than the edge of bushing.

4. Foot Pedal Installation
The Cranks, Foot Pedals, and Pedal Shafts are marked “R” for Right and “L” for Left.
Insert the pedal shaft of Left Foot Pedal (9L) into threaded hole in the Left Crank (10L).
Turn the pedal shaft by hand in the counterclockwise direction until snug.
Note: DO NOT turn the pedal shaft in the clockwise direction, doing so will strip the
threads.
Tighten the pedal shaft of Left Foot Pedal (9L) with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips
Screwdriver provided.
Insert pedal shaft of Right Foot Pedal (9R) into threaded hole in Right Crank (10R).
Turn the pedal shaft by hand in the clockwise direction until snug.
Tighten pedal shaft of Right Foot Pedal (9R) with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver
provided.
