LifeGear Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material
and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under the conditions that it has been
installed and operated in accordance with LifeGear's Owner's Manual. LifeGear's obligation
under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, free of charge, any parts which may prove
to be defective under normal home use. This warranty does not include any damage caused by
improper operation, misuse or commercial application.
From the date of purchase, the frame is warranted to be free from defects for 1 (one) year.
This warranty is extended only to the original owner and is not transferable.
When ordering replacement parts please have the following information ready:

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety instructions
when using this spin bike: Read all instructions before using this spinner bike.
zRead all the instructions in this manual and do warm up exercises before using this
equipment.
zDo not attempt any adjustments other than those described in this manual. Should any
problems arise, discontinue use and consult an Authorized Service Representative.
zDo not use the spinner bike outdoors.
zKeep children and pets away from the equipment while in use. This spinner bike is
designed for adults only.
zKeep Dry - do not operate in a wet or moist condition.
zNever insert any object into any opening.
zKeep the spinner bike on a solid, level surface. Using a carpet or other covering material
on the ground is recommended. The minimum free space required for safe operation is not
less than two meters. Be sure the area around the spinner bike remains clear during use
and has adequate clearance.
zThis spinner bike is for home use only.
zOnly one person should be on the spinner bike while in use.
zWear comfortable and suitable clothing when using the spinner bike. Do not use the
spinner bike barefoot, in only socks or in sandals, always wear athletic shoes. Never wear
loose clothing that might catch any part of the equipment.
zIf you feel any chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop exercising
immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
zAlways hold on to the handlebar while using the spinner bike.
zTo dismount, reduce pedaling speed gradually before you stop.
zThe maximum weight capacity for this product is 250 lbs/110 kgs.
Note: It is the obligation of the owner to review and explain these safety precautions to all

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Install the Front and Rear Stabilizers.
Remove four M10x65 Bolts (11) and Ø10xØ20x2
Washers (12) from the Front and Rear Stabilizers
(3, 2).
Attach the Front Stabilizer (3) onto the front
bracket of the Main Frame (1) with two M10x65
Bolts (11) and Ø10xØ20x2 Washers (12) that were
removed.
Attach the Rear Stabilizer (2) onto the rear bracket
of the Main Frame (1) with two M10x65 Bolts (11)
and Ø10xØ20x2 Washers (12) that were removed.
Turn the Adjustable Leveler (14) on the underside
of the Front and Rear Stabilizers (3, 2) as needed
to level the bike.
2. Install the Left and Right Pedals.
Connect the Left Pedal (10L) to the Left Crank
(29L). Thread it into the crank assembly in the
counterclockwise direction by the tool provided.
Connect the Right Pedal (10R) to the Right Crank
(29R) by threading it in the clockwise direction.
NOTE: The Left/Right Pedals (10L, 10R) and
Left/Right Cranks (29L, 29R) are marked with “L”
& “R” (left and right).

3. Install the Seat Post, Seat Sliding Tube, and
Saddle.
Loosen both nuts from underneath of the Saddle
(8) and then attach the Seat Sliding Tube (5) onto
the hole that underneath of the Saddle (8).
Tighten both nuts after adjustment.
Attach the Seat Sliding Tube (5) with Saddle (8)
onto the Seat Post (4) with one Ø10xØ40x4
Washer (21) and L Shape Knob (19).
Insert the Seat Post (4) into the bushing on the
tube of the Main Frame (1) and then attach the L
Shape Knob (19) onto the tube of the Main Frame
(1) by turning it in a clockwise direction to lock the
Seat Post (4) in the appropriate position.
If the end of the L Shape Knob (19) touches the other L Shape Knob (19), when turning the L
Shape Knob (19) in a clockwise direction to adjust the height of the Seat Post (4). Pull the L
Shape Knob (19) and turn the L Shape Knob (19) 1/4 turn in a counterclockwise direction,
release the L Shape Knob (19) and then turn the L Shape Knob (19) in a clockwise direction.
Repeat above steps to tighten the Seat Post (4) to the appropriate position.
NOTE: When adjusting the height of seat post, do not set the seat post height any higher
than the STOP line.
4. Install the Handlebar, Handlebar Post,
Handlebar Covers a/b, and Water Bottle
Holder.
Remove four M8x16 Bolts (23) and Ø8 Spring
Washers (24) from the Handlebar Post (6).
Attach the Handlebar (7) onto the Handlebar Post
(6) with four M8x16 Bolts (23) and Ø8 Spring
Washers (24) that were removed.
Remove four ST4x8 Screws (30) from the
Handlebar Covers a/b (22a, 22b).
Attach the Handlebar Covers a/b (22a, 22b) onto
the Handlebar Post (6) and Handlebar (7) with four
ST4x8 Screws (30) that were removed.
Insert the Handlebar Post (6) into the bushing on
the tube of the Main Frame (1) and then attach the
L Shape Knob (19) onto the tube of the Main
Frame (1) by turning it in a clockwise direction to
lock the Handlebar Post (6) in the appropriate position.
Remove two Ø5 Washers (27) and ST4.2x18 Screws (28) from the Main Frame (1).
Attach the Water Bottle Holder (26) onto the Main Frame (1) with two Ø5 Washers (27) and
ST4.2x18 Screws (28) that were removed. Insert the Water Bottle (25) into the Water Bottle
Holder (26).
NOTE: When adjusting the height of handlebar post, do not set the handlebar post height
any higher than the STOP line.

EMERGENCY STOP
To emergency stop, press firmly down onto the BRAKE KNOB. Continue holding the BRAKE
KNOB down until the flywheel comes to a complete stop.
LEVELING THE SPINNER BIKE
Turn the ADJUSTABLE LEVELER on the front and rear stabilizers as needed to level the bike.
MOVING THE SPINNER BIKE
Start by carefully pushing down on the handlebars until the rear end of the bike lifts in the air.
Carefully push the bike to the desired location.

ADJUSTMENTS
Brake Knob Adjustment:
To increase the load, turn the Brake Knob in a clockwise direction.
To decrease the load, turn the Brake Knob in a counterclockwise direction.
Saddle Adjustment:
Loosen the L Shape Knob by turning counterclockwise direction. Slide the Saddle forth or back
direction to the appropriate position. Turn the L Shape Knob in a clockwise direction to secure
in place.
Seat Post Adjustment:
Loosen the L Shape Knob by turning counterclockwise direction. Slide the Seat Post up or
down direction to the appropriate position. Turn the L Shape Knob in a clockwise direction to
secure in place.
If the end of the L Shape Knob touches the other L Shape Knob, when turning the L Shape Knob
in a clockwise direction to adjust the height of the Seat Post. Pull the L Shape Knob and turn
the L Shape Knob 1/4 turn in a counterclockwise direction, release the L Shape Knob and then
turn the L Shape Knob in a clockwise direction. Repeat above steps to tighten the Seat Post to
the appropriate position.
NOTE: When adjusting the height of seat post, do not set the seat post height any higher
than the STOP line.
Handlebar Post Adjustment:
Loosen the L Shape Knob by turning counterclockwise direction. Slide the Handlebar Post up
or down direction to the appropriate position. Turn the L Shape Knob in a clockwise direction to
secure in place.
NOTE: When adjusting the height of handlebar post, do not set the handlebar post height
any higher than the STOP line.

WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE
A good exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool down. Do the
entire program at least two to three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After
several months you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week.
AEROBIC EXERCISE is any sustained activity that sends oxygen to your muscles via your heart
and lungs. Aerobic exercise improves the fitness of your lungs and heart. Aerobic fitness is
promoted by any activity that uses your large muscles eg: legs, arms and buttocks. Your heart
beats quickly and you breathe deeply. An aerobic exercise should be part of your entire
exercise routine.
The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. It should begin every session to prepare
your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and stretching your muscles, increasing
your circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your muscles.
COOL DOWN at the end of your workout, repeat these exercises to reduce soreness in tired
muscles.
HEAD ROLLS
Rotate your head to the right for one count,
feeling the stretch up the left side of your neck,
then rotate your head back for one count,
stretching your chin to the ceiling and letting
your mouth open. Rotate your head to the left
for one count, then drop your head to your chest
for one count.
SHOULDER LIFTS
Lift your right shoulder toward your ear for one
count. Then lift your left shoulder up for one
count as you lower your right shoulder.

SIDE STRETCHES
Open your arms to the side and lift them until
they are over your head. Reach your right arm
as far toward the ceiling as you can for one
count. Repeat this action with your left arm.
QUADRICEPS STRETCH
With one hand against a wall for balance, reach
behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring
your heel as close to your buttocks as possible.
Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot.
INNER THIGH STRETCH
Sit with the soles of your feet together and your
knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as close
to your groin as possible. Gently push your
knees toward the floor. Hold for 15 counts.

HAMSTRING STRETCHES
Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of
your left foot against your right inner
thigh. Stretch toward your toe as far as
possible. Hold for 15 counts. Relax
and then repeat with left leg.
CALF/ACHILLES STRETCH
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of
the right and your arms forward. Keep your
right leg straight and the left foot on the floor;
then bend the left leg and lean forward by
moving your hips toward the wall. Hold, then
repeat on the other side for 15 counts.
TOE TOUCHES
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting
your back and shoulders relax as you stretch
toward your toes. Reach as far as you can and
hold for 15 counts.
