Simple Troubleshooting
The lift doesn’t work up/down
The charging of the lift’s battery
doesn’t work
The lift stops in the high position
If any noises are heard
1. Make sure that the emergency stop is not been
activated.
2. Check the battery voltage.
3. Make sure that the control unit cables are
connected correctly.
4. Check that the charging cable is not connected
to a wall socket.
If the problem remains, please contact Liko/Hill-Rom.

1. Check to ensure that the emergency stop buon is not pressed in during charging.
2. Connect the charger cable to the charger socket under the control unit.
Likorall overhead li: Place the hand control in the charging staon.
3. Slide on the Plug adaptor unit*to the Charging module.
4. Connect the charger to a 100-240 V AC electric socket.
5. When the charger is connected a LED indicates:
- yellow light indicates charging
- green light indicates maintenance charging.
6. A yellow LED at the control unit lights when the charger is connected to the electric socket.
Likorall overhead li: A LED on the hand control will light up and indicates that the charger is
connected to a power source.
7. Likorall overhead li: Charging starts automacally and a yellow LED on the li unit indicates
that the baeries are charging. When the baery is fully charged, the yellow LED turns o.
