2. Disassembling/assembling of motor
(1) Loosen the screws(2 pieces) for mounting the supporter, and remove the bearing box.
(2) Pull out the bearing from the spindle.
(3) Loosen the screws(2 pieces) for mounting the motor, and remove the motor.
For assembling, proceed (1)-(3) in the reverse order.
Note) To insert the bearing, place it to spindle flange.

Before repairing, completely clear the concrete from the machine, especially use care of the screws and
joint section between parts.
1. Disassembling/assembling of the body and Flexible Hose
(1)Use the plastic hammer to hit the nut holding Flexible
Hose.
(2)Use the plier to hold the caulking points on the flexible wire, use
the spanner to hold spindle, and turn it to remove.
For assembling, proceed (1)and(2) in the reverse order

3. Disassembling/assembling of the vibrator
(i) Disassembling
Use the vice to fix the monkey wrench and set the two faces of the flexible hose. Use the pipe wrench(more
than 450 mm in length) to remove the pipe.
Note) The pipe screw is left-handed one.
(ii) Assembling
(1) Place the unbalancer into the pipe.
(2) Place the rubber ring in the pipe port in parallel.
(3) Insert the rubber ring while screwing the flexible hose into the pipe.
Note 1) Use care that the rubber ring may not incline.
Note 2) Securely fasten the screws for pipe.
4. Assembling of the cap
(1) Grease the MAKITA Grease R No. 00 of 2.5 g into the cap.
(2) Apply the adhesive(Three bond 1303B) on all the circumference
of the screw and then screw into the pipe.
Note) Do not apply the adhesive on the point other than screw.
5. Lubricating points and amount of grease and oil
Excessively permeate the machine oil on the felt ring.
Evenly grease the MAKITA grease N No.2 of 1.5 g on all the face
of the flexible wire.
