Notethepositionof the labelsonthewall profile.MakesureLabel 'T'is tothe top
and 'B'istothebottom.Line up theoutside edgeof the profilewiththe mark and
plumbvertical.Mark the wallthroughthepre-drilledholes.

Hinged sideonly! Removeprofile.Taketheplastictemplateandline itup with
eachsetof marks.Mark thethird hole.
Note: Makesure thethirdholeforeachhinge ismarkedtowards the outside
of the enclosure.Drill holesforthe hinge with8mm masonry bitandinsert wall
plugs.Ensurewall plugsareflushwiththe wall.
For Sidepaneldonotuseplastictemplate,drill onlytheholesmarkedusing U
profile.

Fittingbrackettotheendof track(doorside).Onbracket(MGVC21 )withno slot
removecap.Positionbrackets8mminwardsfrom edgeof tray. Mark wall through
slot. Drill6mm diameter holecentre ofslot and fixbrackethingefixingside.
Note: BrackettoSide panelsideis nottobe fixed!Addadabof silicone tothe
backofthewall bracketandfix with4x30 screws.

Loosen bothnutsenoughtoallowthe nuts toslideintothegroveinthe side
paneltrack.(Note:Donotremovenuts frombolt).Ensurejoint closes fully
and tighten,silicone insideofjoint.

Tofit bottomsealpushonendwith45°cut tighttocorrespondingcut in
verticalseal. Notchfintoendofbottomseal whereitmeetsthe closing seal.
Toremovebottompositioningaidsopendooroutwards.
Looselyfix hingestowallstartingat the top. If needed insert packers provided
behind hinge platetoensureeven gapfrom toptobottombetween closing edge
of doorandsidepanel.

Leftandright handsealkits are provided,determinehandinganduseappropriate
seal kit. Left handmodel shownbelow.Pushonlongest sealbetweenhinges onto
backedge ofdoorkeepingfintoinside.Takesealwith45°cut and fit tobottom of
doorkeeping 45°cut tobottom.Fit remaining sealtotop.

Step24 Adjusting fixed andhingedpanels
If afterfittingdoorsandfixedpanelsandyoustillneedadjustment toalign doors
etc,youcanachievethisbylooseningthescrewsfixingtheplate/hinge tothe wall
and the boltsclampingthebracket/hinge tothe glass.
Adjust thepanels untilthe desiredfitisachieved.Fullytightenall fixings.

Seal verticallyalong thewall,alongtheoutsideedge ofthebottomprofileand any
joins inthe profile,includingwherethebottom track meets the end brackets.
