4Do not use this appliance near water. This appliance is intended to be used in
household and similar environments.
5Clean only with a damp cloth.
6Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
7Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A
polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug
has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are
provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an
electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
8Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs,
convenience receptacles, and the point where the exit from the appliance.
9Do not attempt to modify or extend the power cord of this appliance.
10 Unplug this appliance during lightning storms or when it will not be used for long

11 Make sure that the available AC power matches the voltage requirements of this

2. 整机拆卸 Dismantling of appliance
2.1 拆卸控制箱组件 Remove control box assembly
1.使用十字螺丝刀将控制箱 2颗固定螺钉拆
开；
2.按箭头方向推出控制箱，拆卸控制箱。
1. Disassemble 2 fixing screws of the control box
with a phillips screwdriver;
2. Push out the control box according to the
arrow direction and remove the control box.
2.2 拆卸发热管及限温器上接插端子 Remove the socket terminals on the heating pipe and temperature
limiting device
使用尖嘴钳将发热管、限温器上接插端子拔
除；(有焊锡的端子需要使用电烙铁辅助拆除)
Use needle-nosed pliers to remove the inserted
terminals on the heating pipe and temperature
limiting device;(solder terminals need to be
removed with the help of an electric soldering
iron)
2.3 拆卸限温器固定支架及控制箱支架 Remove the thermostat fixing bracket and control box bracket
1.使用螺钉刀拆卸限温器螺钉，取下限温器
2.使用十字螺丝刀拆卸控制箱支架
1. Remove the screw of temperature limiting
device with screw knife and take the lower limit
thermostat
2. Remove the control box bracket with a
screwdriver

2.4 拆卸尾部螺钉 Remove rear screw
使用专用套筒将两个尾部螺钉拆开
Use a special sleeve to remove the two rear
screws
2.5 拆卸控制箱内部隔离防火盒/倾倒开关 Remove the internal fire isolation box/dump switch of the
control box
1.使用十字螺丝刀拆掉内部防火盒 4个螺钉
2.从卡扣固定中拆下倾倒开关
3.拆除卡扣后取消隔离罩
1. Remove 4 screws of internal fire box with a
cross screwdriver
2. Remove the tipping switch from the buckle
holder
3. Remove the isolation cover after removing the
buckle
2.6 拆卸控制箱所有插接端子 Remove all plug terminals of the control box
1. 使用尖嘴钳将控制箱内部所有接插端子拔
除；(有焊锡的端子需要使用电烙铁辅助拆除)
1. Remove all socket terminals inside the control
box with needle-nose pliers;(solder terminals
need to be removed with the help of an electric
soldering iron)
2.7 拆卸瓷座上两螺母 Remove two nuts from porcelain seat
使用专用规格套筒或钳子将瓷座上两固定螺
母拆开；
Use special specification sleeve or pliers to
disassemble the two fixed nuts on the porcelain
seat;

2.8 瓷座压线板固定螺钉 Porcelain base press wire plate fixing screw
1.使用十字螺丝刀将压线板固定螺钉拆开；
2. 使用十字螺丝刀将瓷座固定螺钉拆开，
3.取下瓷座及压线板
1. Use a phillips screwdriver to disassemble the
fixing screw of the wire pressing plate;
2. Use a phillips screwdriver to disassemble the
fixing screw of the porcelain seat.
3. Remove the porcelain base and pressure plate
2.9 拆卸收线板、电源线、感温探头 Remove the take-up plate, power cord and temperature sensor
1.将压线板垫板取下
2.将收线板卡扣拆除后拆卸感温探头，拆下
收线板
3.将电源线拆下
4.拆下出线胶圈
1. Remove the gasket plate
2. Remove the temperature sensor after
removing the buckle of the taking-in plate,
and remove the taking-in plate
Remove the power cord
4. Remove the outgoing apron
2.10 拆卸 PCB 支架 Remove PCB holder
1.使用十字螺丝刀或者电批/风批将 PCB
支架的固定螺钉（2颗ST3.9*6）拆下；
2.将PCB 支架翻转，使用十字螺丝刀或者
电批/风批将电源板的固定螺钉（1颗
ST3.9*15）拆下
1. Remove the fixed screw (2 ST3.9*6) of
PCB bracket with a phillips screwdriver or
an electrical/air batch;
2. Turn the PCB bracket over and remove
the fixing screw (1 ST3.9*15) of the power
plate with a phillips screwdriver or a
batch/air batch

2.11 拆卸电路板支架 Remove circuit board bracket
1. 使用手或者尖嘴钳，将电路板支架背面两个
卡扣按住往内侧推，可取出电路板支架；
1. Use hand or needle-nosed pliers to press the
two buckles on the back of the circuit board
bracket and push them to the inside to remove
the circuit board bracket;
2.12 拆卸控制电路板 Remove control circuit board
1.拆卸固定控制电路板 2颗螺钉（2颗
ST2.9*9.5）
2.拆卸卡扣取出控制电路板
1. Remove 2 screws (2 ST2.9*9.5) to fix the
control circuit board
2. Remove the card and remove the control
circuit board
2.13 拆卸控制面板组件 Remove control panel components
1. 拆卸卡扣取出控制面板组件
1. Remove the card and remove the control panel
components

2.14 拆卸透明视窗 Remove transparent window
1. 将透明视窗从卡扣（6个扣位）中拆卸出
1. Remove the transparent window from the snap
(6 snap positions)
2.15 拆卸控制板支架及按键 Remove control board bracket and keys
1. 将控制板支架从卡扣（4个扣位）中拆卸
出
2.拆卸按键
1. Remove the control board bracket from the
buckle (4 buckle positions)
2. Remove the key
3. 整机的安装 Machine installation
3.1 安装控制板支架及按键 Install control board bracket and key
1.将控制支架及按键按要求安装到控制面板
（控制支架与控制面板 4个卡扣固定）
1. Install the control bracket and keys as required
to the control panel (the control bracket and
control panel are fixed with 4 buckles)

3.2 安装透明视窗 Install transparent Windows
1.将透明视窗安装到控制面板上（透明视窗使用
6个卡扣固定）
1. Install the transparent window on the control
panel (the transparent window is fixed with 6
clasps)
3.3 安装控制面板组件 Install control panel components
将安装好的控制面板组件与控制箱装配好（控
制面板与控制箱用 2个扣位预固定）
Assemble the installed control panel
components and control box (the control panel
and control box are pre-fixed with 2 buckle
positions)
3.4 安装控制电路板 Install control circuit board
1.将控制控制电路板放入卡扣中固定
2.固定控制电路板 2颗螺钉（2颗ST2.9*9.5）
1. Fix the control circuit board in the buckle
2. Fix 2 screws to control circuit board (2
ST2.9*9.5)

3.5 安装隔离罩 Install isolation cover
1. 将隔离罩安装到控制面板上，使用卡扣固定
好
2.使用十字螺丝刀固定隔离罩 4个螺钉
1. Install the isolation cover on the control panel
and fix it with the buckle
2. Use a cross screwdriver to fix 4 screws of the
isolation cover
3.6 安装出线胶圈、电源线 Install outgoing gasket and power cord
1.使用螺丝刀将出线胶圈压入控制箱安装孔
中。
2.取电源线从控制箱外穿入出线胶圈孔中；
3.将压线板垫板压入控制箱安装孔中。
1. Press the outgoing rubber ring into the
mounting hole of the control box with a
screwdriver.
2. Take the power cord out of the control box
and insert it into the hole of the outgoing
apron;
3. Press the liner plate into the mounting hole
of the control box.
3.7 安装接线瓷座 Install wiring porcelain base
1、取两个 M4*14 螺钉穿入瓷座两侧六角孔
中；
2、使用十字螺丝刀将瓷座用螺钉固定在控制
箱或控制盒对应位置上；
1. Take two M4*14 screws and insert them into
hexagonal holes on both sides of the porcelain
seat;
2. Use a phillips screwdriver to fix the porcelain
seat on the corresponding position of the
control box or control box with screws;

3.8 安装压线板 Install pressure plate
1..取一压线板，穿上螺钉，使用螺丝刀将
压线板固定在控制箱上；
1..Take a pressure line plate, put on a screw,
and use a screwdriver to fix the pressure line
plate on the control box;
3.9 安装电路板支架 Mounting circuit board bracket
1..将电路板支架两个卡扣扣入 PCB 支架
对应扣位中，
1..Put two QQ CARDS of the circuit board
bracket into the corresponding buckle
position of the PCB bracket.
3.10 安装控制电路板 Install control circuit board
1..将控制电路板与 PCB 支架组合件装配
好；
2.使用 1颗螺钉（ST3.9*15）固定好电路板
1..Assemble the control circuit board and
PCB bracket assembly;
2. Fix the circuit board with 1 screw
(ST3.9*15)

3.11 安装控制电路板组件 Install control board assemblies
1..将控制电路板排插与电源板插好
2.将控制电路板组件翻转，装在控制箱制定
位置，使用 2颗螺钉（ST3.9*6）固定好
1..Plug the control circuit board into the power
board
2. Turn the control circuit board assembly over
and put it in the designated position of the
control box. Fix it with 2 screws (ST3.9*6)
3.12 安装瓷座螺母 Install porcelain base nut
1、将两对应的环形接线端子套在螺钉上，
套入Φ4弹性垫圈，拧上 M4 螺母；
2、使用专用套筒将螺母拧紧；
1, the two corresponding ring set on the
screw terminals, set into the Φ 4 elastic
washer, screw on the M4 nut;
2. Use special sleeve to tighten nuts;
3.13 安装倾倒开关并插好线束 Install dump switch and wire harness
1. 将倾倒开关安装在隔离罩位置上
2.按要求将线束插好
1. Install the dump switch in the position
of isolation cover
2. Insert wiring harness as required

3.14 安装尾部螺钉 Install tail screw
1.取两个 M5*16 螺栓，放入控制箱尾部对应
安装孔中
2.取两个 M5*4.7 螺母并拎上
3. 使用专用套筒将螺母拧紧
1. Take two M5*16 bolts and put them into
corresponding mounting holes at the end of
the control box
2. Take two M5*4.7 nuts and lift them
3. Use special sleeve to tighten nuts
3.15 安装收线板 Install the take-up board
1.将感温探头穿过控制箱孔，安装在收线板对
应位置
2.将收线板按对应位置安装在控制箱上（3个
扣位固定）
1. Put the temperature sensor through the
hole of the control box and install it at the
corresponding position of the taking-in plate
2. Install the take-up plate on the control box
according to the corresponding position (3
buckle positions are fixed)

3.16 安装限温器 Install thermostat
取对应的限温器，放入限温器支架上，使用
钳子辅助固定到壳体上对应位置；
Take the corresponding temperature limiter,
put it into the bracket of the temperature
limiter, and use pliers to fix it to the
corresponding position on the shell;
3.17 安装控制箱支架 Install control box bracket
1、取一个控制箱支架、螺钉(M6*10)、垫圈(Φ
6*9.4)，按照如图组装好
2、左手拿取组装好的控制箱支架，右手拿取
风批将控制箱支架固定在壳体上
1, take a control box bracket, screw (M6 * 10),
washer (Φ 6 * 9.4), in accordance with the
assembly as shown in figure
2. Take the assembled control box bracket with
the left hand, and the air batch with the right
hand to fix the control box bracket on the shell
3.18 插发热管限温器端子 Insert heating pipe temperature limiter terminal
1.将对应端子插入发热管和限温器接插片上；
2.使用扎带将发热管三根线扎好，并剪去多余
扎带
1. Insert the corresponding terminals into the
heating pipe and the heat limit connector;
2. Tie the three wires of the heating tube with
the band and cut off the excess band

3.19 紧固控制箱 Tighten the control box
1.将控制箱推入壳体控制箱支架卡扣位置固
定好
2. 使用十字螺丝刀/电批锁紧控制箱对应的
固定螺钉；
1. Push the control box into the control box
bracket buckle position of the shell
2. Use cross screwdriver/batch to lock the fixed
screw corresponding to the control box;
3.19 电检 Electric inspection
按要求测试整机接地电阻、耐压、功率；
Test the grounding resistance, voltage
resistance and power of the whole machine as
required;

开控制箱组件后，将手动限温器按下去；
B、如正常情况下使用，请更换手动限温器，手动限
温器值不准确；
内部端子松脱或接触不良：检查，排除故障

更换倾倒开关；
A. Check whether it is used under abnormal
conditions. If it is, disassemble the control box
components and press down the manual temperature

Heating pipe is not tightened: after the professional
maintenance personnel determines that there is no loss
of oil, tighten the heating pipe with special tools;

无论在何种工作模式下，当温度传感器出现短路时，
关闭所有输出和指示，数码屏显示 E1 以1Hz 频率闪
烁，蜂鸣器急促短叫 10 声，任何按键操作无效。
No matter in any working mode, when the temperature
sensor appears short-circuit, turn off all output and
indication, the digital screen displays E1 flashing at 1Hz
frequency, the buzzer chirping 10 times, and any key
operation is invalid.

无论在何种模式，温度传感器出现开路保护，关闭所
有输出和指示显示，数码屏显示 E2 以1Hz 频率闪烁，
蜂鸣器急促短叫 10 声，任何按键操作无效。
No matter what mode it is in, the temperature sensor
appears open-circuit protection, turns off all output and
indication displays, the digital screen displays E2
flashing at 1Hz frequency, the buzzer chirps 10 times,
and any keystroke operation is invalid.
