Product Data Sheet
CB3T is compact control box designed for home bed,
care bed, and other furniture applications. It is able to
drive up to 3 actuators, with the optional synchronization
function. There are two versions in this series as CB3T
and CB3T-SY.

Note: Connect M+ to “Vdc +” & M- to “Vdc -“ of DC power to extend the motor.
Switch the polarity of DC input to retract it.

Operating Guide
For CB3T-SY version (with example of HM 6-key hand control):
● System learning through HM6R hand control
Press button and at the same time until the actuators
start to move. The learning is done after both actuators
move to the fully retracted position.
● Function
①Extend both actuators synchronously.
②Retract both actuators synchronously.
③Press button until LED operating indicator flashes slowly,
and press button , or to store the needed position.
The LED will flash quickly to confirm the positions is stored.
④Drive both actuators toward the stored position
