Declaration
● Be sure the correct input voltage is supplied to the actuator.
● Be sure the load applied is within the rated load shown on the label.
● Please contact your dealer if you can't have the actuator mounted onto the frame.
● Ambient operation temperature: -20°C ~ +65°C
● Duty cycle: 10%, max. 2 min. continuous operation in 20 min.
● The load should be applied along the axis of the actuator.
● Side load is NOT good for actuators.
●This appliance cannot be used by children or persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction.

Installation / Dimensions check:
● Check whether the actuator stops properly when it reaches either the fully
extended or retracted position.
● Before the actuator is mounted, make sure the extension tube is at its most
retracted position.
/ Mounting check:
● Check if the front and rear connectors of the actuator fit the frame properly.
● Mount the actuator onto the frame and check whether the front and rear
connectors are securely fixed.
● The load should be applied along the axis of the actuator (Fig. 1)
Side load will impair the actuator and thus reduce its lifespan (Fig. 2 & 3)
/ Rod eye orientation:
● In some cases where it’s required to make orientation adjustment on the front
connector, please screw the rod down to bottom first, then reverse it in direction
of following figure within 180° in order not to reduce the overall strength of
actuator structure.

Information
Connection
●To maintain maximum self-locking ability, it’s suggested that FD60 is used with
Moteck control boxes. If it's not the case, please make sure motor is short-circuited
when it stopped.
●If FD60 is NOT used with Moteck control boxes, make sure the actuator is used
within the respective load and current, as described in the datasheet.
●Connect cable properly according to different models and options in next paragraph.
/ With standard DIN plug (required to be connected to the control box):
●FD60 works with most standard Moteck control boxes,
please refer to product data sheet.
● Pinout with DIN plug
- Without positioning sensor feedback - With dual Hall effect sensors
Note: Connect Pin (M+) to “+” & Pin (M-) to “-“ of DC power, the actuator will extend.

/ With special cable DL1 or TL2
(NOT required to be connected to any control box):
●This cable let FD60 work directly with a SPDT switch (single-pole, double-throw)
hand control and power supply instead of through a control box, which is widely
used for furniture application like recliners.

- 2 drives
●DIN Connector pinout for hand control with SPDT switch
- 1 drive - 2 drives
Note: Connect pin (M1+) to "+" & pin (M1-) to "-" of DC power, the M1 actuator will extend.
Definition of M2 actuator is the same.
