GARANZIA - Questa serratura è garantita contro malfunzionamenti e difetti di fabbri-
cazione secondo la normativa vigente italiana. La garanzia si applica solo su presentazione
del documento scale di vendita. Non sono coperti dalla garanzia malfunzionamenti dovuti
ad una errata installazione o da uso improprio. In caso di esercizio della garanzia rivolgersi al
rivenditore e/o installatore.
INSTALLAZIONE - Fissare la serratura (NON saldare) alla struttura della porta utilizzando
tutti gli appositi ssaggi: boccole o attacchi laterali nella congurazione ad applicare, o la testiera
nella versione ad inlare. Vericare che la serratura funzioni correttamente senza attriti/friziona-
menti su aste e chiavistelli sia in posizione di aperto che nella posizione di chiuso. Eventuali aste
e deviatori devono essere collegati alla serratura con gioco, in quanto la sua assenza, può pro-
vocare malfunzionamenti. Per assicurare alla serratura un corretto funzionamento nel tempo si
raccomanda di non lubricare le parti interne. I chiavistelli e l’evantuale mezzogiro possono essere
lubricati usando esclusivamente lubricante Mottura (non utilizzare olii o grassi). La serratura
si denisce CHIUSA solamente se sono state azionate tutte le mandate della chiave, quindi la
porta rifermata solo con lo scrocco o mezzogiro non è da considerarsi “CHIUSA”.
Attenzione! Curare il montaggio della maniglia. Si consiglia di montare la maniglia uti-
lizzando un cavallotto rigido curando il corretto allineamento tra serratura e maniglia e
vericando che non ci siano attriti/frizionamenti che possano provocare malfunzionamenti.
SERRATURA CON SBLOCCO RAPIDO (SOLO INT.) 87373/973
Questa serratura è stata progettata per permettere una
apertura rapida (di tutte le mandate) tramite maniglia,
oltre al normale utilizzo della chiave. L’apertura rapida
(sblocco) della serratura si ottiene ruotando la maniglia
verso il basso. Operazione disponibile SOLO dal lato in-
terno.
La chiusura della serratura dall’interno è possibile solo
con la chiave, l’apertura e la chiusura dall’esterno è pos-
sibile solo con la chiave tramite cilindro a prolo euro-
peo.

Questa serratura è stata progettata per permettere
un’apertura e una chiusura rapida (di tutte le mandate)
tramite maniglia, oltre al normale utilizzo della chiave.
L’apertura rapida (sblocco) e la chiusura rapida (riarmo)
della serratura si ottiene ruotando la maniglia verso l’al-
to o verso il basso. Operazione disponibile SOLO dal lato
interno.
L’apertura e la chiusura della serratura dall’esterno è
possibile solo con la chiave tramite cilindro a prolo
europeo.

Questa serratura è stata progettata per permettere una
chiusura rapida (di tutte le mandate) tramite maniglia,
oltre al normale utilizzo della chiave. La chiusura rapida
(riarmo) della serratura si ottiene ruotando la maniglia
verso l’alto. Operazione disponibile sia dal lato interno
che dall’esterno.
L’apertura della serratura dall’esterno e dall’interno
è possibile solo con la chiave, la maniglia in apertura
aziona solo lo scrocco.

WARRANTY - This lock is guaranteed against malfunctions and manufacturing defects in
conformity to Italian law. This warranty is valid only upon presentation of the receipt of purchase,
and does not cover malfunctions deriving from incorrect installation and/or improper use. To en-
force this warranty, contact your dealer and/or installer.
INSTALLATION - Attach the lock (DO NOT WELD) to the door structure by using all of
the fasteners provided: bushings or side attachments for the surface mount conguration, or the
face plate for the mortise version. Check that the lock functions correctly in both open and closed
position, without any friction on the bars and bolts. Any bars and switchlocks must be connected
to the lock with play, because lack of play may cause malfunctions. To ensure that the lock will
work correctly over time, DO NOT lubricate its internal parts. The bolts and any deadbolt may be
lubricated ONLY with Mottura lubricant (do not use oil or grease). The lock is considered CLOSED
only when the key has been turned the entire number of turns. The door fastened only with the
spring latch or deadbolt is not considered CLOSED.
Attention! Install the handle very carefully. Use a clasp to ensure correct alignment of
the lock and handle, and check that there is no friction, which may cause malfunctions.
LOCK WITH QUICK UNLOCKING AND RE-ARMING 87377/977
This lock allows quick unlocking and re-arming (of all
turns) by means of the handle from the inside, and fast clo-
sing from the outside, in addition to the normal use of the
key. This is done as follows:
1The lock is closed rapidly by turning the handle up- ward. This can be done from the inside as well as from
the outside.

The lock is opened rapidly by turning the handle down-
ward. This can be done only from the inside. The quick
unlocking function can be deactivated.
The lock can be opened from the outside only with the
key.
The lock is supplied with the quick unlocking function AC-
TIVE. The function is deactivated as follows :
3Using the key or a screwdriver, press and turn the ac- tuator pin 180° anticlockwise (on both RH and LH
locks) and inserting it in its seat. This permanent position
lets you check immediately if the active function on the
handle is the one you want.

With the door OPEN, check rapid closing of the lock and
deactivation of the quick unlocking function. The lock
can be opened from inside and outside only with the key.
You can reactivate the quick unlocking function by retur-
ning the actuator pin (with the key) to its original position
(turning it 180° clockwise).

This lock allows quick unlocking (of all turns) by means of

ward. This can be done ONLY from the inside.
The lock can be closed from the inside only with the key;
it can be opened and closed from the outside only with
the key by means of Europrole cylinder.

This lock allows quick re-arming (of all turns) by means of
the handle, in addition to the normal use of the key. The
lock is closed rapidly by turning the handle upward. This
can be done from the inside as well as from the outside.
The lock can be opened from the outside and from the
inside only with the key; in opening, the handle opens
only the latchbolt.

Questa serratura è stata progettata per permettere una
chiusura e un’apertura rapida (di tutte le mandate) tra-
mite la maniglia dal lato interno e, una chiusura rapida
dal lato esterno, oltre al normale utilizzo della chiave.
Questo avviene come segue:
1La chiusura rapida (riarmo) della serratura si ottiene ruotando la maniglia verso l’alto. Operazione dispo-
nibile sia dal lato interno che dall’esterno.
2L’apertura rapida (sblocco) della serratura si ottiene ruotando la maniglia verso il basso. Quest’operazio-
ne è possibile solo dal lato interno. Questa funzione di
sblocco rapido può essere disattivata.
L’apertura della serratura dall’esterno è possibile solo
con la chiave.
La serratura viene fornita con la funzione di sblocco rapido
ATTIVA. Per disattivare questa funzione agire come segue:
3Utilizzando semplicemente la chiave o un cacciavite premere e ruotare il perno attuatore in senso antio-
rario di 180° (sia per serrature DX che SX) e facendolo
rientrare nella sua sede. Questa sua posizione perma-
nente permette di vericare in modo immediato se la
funzione attiva sulla maniglia è quella desiderata.

Vericare, a porta aperta, la chiusura rapida della ser-
ratura e la conseguente disattivazione della funzione
di apertura rapida. L’apertura della serratura dall’interno
e dall’esterno è possibile solo con la chiave.
Riportando il perno attuatore, tramite la chiave, nella sua
posizione originaria (rotazione oraria di 180°) riattiviamo
la funzione di sblocco rapido.

ГАРАНТИЯ - Данный замок имеет гарантию от сбоев в работе и заводских дефектов
в соответствии с действующими итальянскими нормами. Гарантия действительна только
при предъявлении документа, подтверждающего продажу. Гарантия не распространяется
на неисправности, вызванные неправильной установкой и использованием изделия не по
назначению. По гарантии обращаться к продавцу или монтажнику.
УСТАНОВКА - Замок закрепляют (НЕ приваривать) на дверной конструкции с помощью всех
креплений: втулки или боковые крепления в накладной модели или торец во врезной модели.
Проверить, что замок срабатывает правильно, без трения/заедания на штифтах и ригелях в открытом и
закрытом положениях. При наличии тяг и девиаторов их следует присоединять к запору с люфтом, так
как его отсутствие может привести к сбоям в работе. Для обеспечения длительной исправной службы
замка рекомендуется не смазывать внутренние части. Ригели и полуокружность можно смазывать
исключительно смазкой Mottura (не пользоваться никаким маслом или консистентной смазкой).
Замок считается ЗАКРЫТЫМ только, если ключом выполнены все обороты, поэтому дверь,
захлопнутая только на защелку или закрытая на пол-оборота, не считается «ЗАКРЫТОЙ».
Внимание! При монтаже ручки требуется тщательность. Ручку рекомендуется
монтировать с помощью жесткой скобы, выверяя точную соосность между замком
и ручкой и контролируя отсутствие трения/заедания, которые могут привести к
сбоям в работе.

Конструкция этого замка обеспечивает быстрое
закрытие и открытие (на все обороты) с помощью ручки
с внутренней стороны и быстрое закрытие с наружной
стороны, помимо стандартного пользования ключом.
Это выполняется следующим образом:
1Быстрое закрытие (переустановка) замка происходит при повороте ручки вверх. Операцию
можно выполнить как изнутри, так и снаружи.
2Быстрое открытие (разблокировка) замка происходит при повороте ручки вниз. Эту операцию
можно выполнить только изнутри. Функцию быстрой
разблокировки можно отключить.
Снаружи замок можно открыть только ключом.
Замок поставляется с АКТИВИРОВАННОЙ функцией
быстрой разблокировки. Для отключения этой функции
выполнить следующее:
3Ключом или отверткой нажать и повернуть приводной стержень против часовой стрелки на
180° (как для правосторонних, так и левосторонних
замков), затем дать ему возвратиться в свое гнездо.
Это его постоянное положение позволяет быстро
проверить, что на ручке подключена нужная функция.

Проверить на открытой двери быстрое закрытие
замка и отключение функции быстрого открытия.
Изнутри и снаружи замок можно открыть только ключом.
Если ключом вернуть приводной стержень в исходное
положение (поворот по часовой стрелке на 180°), то
функция быстрой разблокировки снова подключается.

Конструкция этого замка обеспечивает быстрое
открытие (на все обороты) с помощью ручки, помимо
стандартного пользования ключом. Быстрое открытие
(разблокировка) замка происходит при повороте ручки
вниз. Эту операцию можно выполнить ТОЛЬКО изнутри.
Изнутри замок можно закрыть только ключом,
снаружи открытие и закрытие можно выполнить
только ключом с применением цилиндра
европейского профиля.

Конструкция этого замка обеспечивает быстрое
закрытие (на все обороты) с помощью ручки, помимо
стандартного пользования ключом. Быстрое закрытие
(переустановка) замка происходит при повороте ручки
вверх. Операцию можно выполнить как изнутри, так и
снаружи.
Открыть замок снаружи и изнутри можно только
ключом, ручка при открывании приводит в
действие только защелку.

GARANTÍA - Esta cerradura cuenta con garantía por defectos de fabricación y problemas de mal fun-
cionamiento según la normativa vigente italiana. La garantía se aplica sólo contra pre¬sentación del docu-
mento scal de venta. La garantía no cubre problemas de mal funcionamiento debidos a errónea instalación o
a uso incorrecto. Para ejercer la garantía dirigirse al revendedor y/o instalador.
INSTALACIÓN - Fijar la cerradura (NO soldar) a la estructura de la puerta utilizando para ello los
correspondientes elementos de jación: casquillos o conexiones laterales en la conguración de aplicar,
o el frente en la versión de encajar. Vericar que la cerradura funcione correctamente sin roces/frota-
mientos en varillas y cerrojos tanto en posición abierta como cerrada. Eventuales varillas y desviadores
deben ser conectados a la cerradura dejando una holgura, ya que la ausencia de ésta puede provocar
problemas de mal funcionamiento. Para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la cerradura en el
tiempo se recomienda no lubricar las piezas internas. Los cerrojos y la eventual media vuelta pueden lu-
bricarse usando únicamente lubricante Mottura (no utilizar aceites ni grasas). La cerradura se dene
CERRADA sólo si se han accionado todas las vueltas de la llave, por lo tanto cuando la puerta
está bloqueada sólo con el picaporte o la media vuelta no puede considerarse “CERRADA”.
¡Atención! Montar con cuidado la manilla. Se aconseja montar la manilla utilizando una gra-
pa rígida, cuidando que la alineación entre cerradura y manilla sea correcta y vericando que no
existan roces/frotamientos que puedan provocar problemas de funcionamiento.
CERRADURA CON DESBLOQUEOY REARME RÁPIDO 87377/977
Esta cerradura ha sido diseñada para permitir el rápido cierre y
apertura (de todas las vueltas) por medio de la manilla desde el
lado interno y, un cierre rápido desde el lado externo, además de
la normal utilización de la llave. Esto se produce como sigue:
1El cierre rápido (rearme) de la cerradura se obtiene girando la manilla hacia arriba. Operación que puede realizarse tanto
desde el lado interno como desde el lado externo.

La apertura rápida (desbloqueo) de la cerradura se obtiene
girando la manilla hacia abajo. Esta operación sólo puede re-
alizarse desde el lado interno. Esta función de desbloqueo rápido
puede ser desactivada.
La apertura de la cerradura desde el exterior sólo puede reali-
zarse con la llave.
La cerradura se suministra con la función de desbloqueo rápido
ACTIVA. Para desactivar esta función proceder como sigue:

las manecillas del reloj (tanto para cerraduras DER. como IZQ.)
haciendo que vuelva a entrar en su alojamiento. Esta posición
permanente del perno permite vericar de modo inmediato si la
función activa en la manilla es la deseada.

Vericar, con la puerta abierta, el cierre rápido de la cerradu-
ra y la consiguiente desactivación de la función de apertura
rápida. La apertura de la cerradura desde el interior y desde el
exterior sólo puede realizarse con la llave. Volviendo a situar el
perno actuador, por medio de la llave, en su posición original (ro-
tación de 180° en el sentido de las manecillas del reloj) se reactiva
la función de desbloqueo rápido.

Esta misma cerradura está prevista SIN dispositivo de activación (perno actuador).

Esta cerradura ha sido diseñada para permitir una apertura
rápida (de todas las vueltas) por medio de la manilla, además
de la normal utilización de la llave. La apertura rápida (desblo-
queo) de la cerradura se obtiene girando la manilla hacia aba-
jo. Operación disponible SÓLO desde el lado interno. El cierre
de la cerradura desde el interior sólo puede realizarse con la
llave, la apertura y el cierre desde el exterior pueden reali-
zarse sólo con la llave mediante cilindro de perl europeo.

dura se obtienen girando la manilla hacia arriba o hacia abajo.
Operación disponible SÓLO desde el lado interno. La apertura
y el cierre de la cerradura desde el exterior sólo pueden reali-
zarse con la llave mediante cilindro de perl europeo.
