Call Forward To Voice Mail
You may forward your incoming call to Voice Mail when you are away from your desk

Dial 8 4 5 + 1 + 5 9 9 9
Lift up
handset Dial 8 4 5 + 0
When you have voice message in your mailbox, your phone message light will turn ON.
To Retrieve Voice Message
Lift up
handset Dial * 8 Hear “you have
xx new messages”
Dial 5 to listen to
your messages
After you have listened to your new messages, message light will turn OFF
To delete message, press 3
Dial 8 to logon to your Mailbox
Press 0 for Main Menu
Press 6 7 for Mailbox Setup
Press 7 for Security Code
Enter your 4 Digits Security Code (To Set) or Press (To Delete)
Press 7 to Accept
Press # to Return to Main Menu or Hang up
