Youcanmakecallsasfollows:
1. Liftthehandset,presstheSpeakerkey,orselect
theNewCallsoftkey,orpresstheprogrammable
Linekeytoreceivedialtone.
2. Enterthetelephonenumberoftherequired
party.
3. PresstheDialsoftkeytoinitiatethecall,orwait
afewsecondsforthecalltobeautomatically
dialed.
4. Whenthedialedpartyanswers,usetheheadset
orMICtostarttheconversation.
USINGPHONEFEATUREKEYS
1. Hold–Placescurrentcallonhold.
Toresumetheheldcall,presstheHoldkey,or
selecttheResumesoftkey.
OnholddurationisdisplayedinHH:MM:SS
Duringaheldcall,youcandialanotherpartyby
selectingtheNewCallsoftkey,whichprovides
dialtone.
2. Transfer–Initiates/completesatransfer.
3. Speaker–Full‐duplexspeakerphonecapability.

calls,displayingthenewestentriesfirst.Formultiple
phonecallsfromthesametelephonenumber,the
mostrecenttimeanddateinformationforthat
numberisshown.IfyouhaveaPersonalDirectory
entryforanumberinyourCallHistory,thename
fromthePersonalDirectoryisshown.
The iconappearsinthedisplaywhenthereisa
missedcall.Onceyoucheckthemissedcallloginthe
CallHistoryinformation,thisicondisappears.

CALLWAITING/CONCURRENTCALLS
Notethatthecallwaitingfeatureandmaximum
numberofconcurrentcallsyoucanreceiveis
determinedbyyoursystemadministrator.
Ifyouhavecallwaitingonyourphoneline,youwill
hearatoneinyourhandsetandthecallindicator
lampflasheswhenanothercallonthelineiswaiting
forconsultation
Toanswertheotherincomingcall(CallWaiting):
1. Youwillhearatonethatindicatesyouhave
anothercall.Also,theCallIndicatorLamponthe
phonewillblink.
2. Dooneofthefollowing:
•Toreviewthecallerinformationbefore
answeringthecall:
PresstheLineKey,andthenpresstheAnswer
keytotakethecall,orpresstheRejectSoftKey
torejectthecall.
•Toanswerthecallwithoutreviewing
thecallerinformation:
PresstheAnswerkey.
3. Whenyouhavecompletedthecall,pressthe
EndCallSoftKeytoendthecallandreturnto
youroriginalcall.
4. PresstheResumeSoftKeytoresumetheoriginal
call.
Toplaceasecondcall(Concurrentcall):
Ifitisenabledbyyoursystemadministrator,youcan
placeanewcallwhileyouareonanothercall.They
willbetreatedliketwoseparatephonecallsandyou
cannotswitchbetweenphonecalls.

•PresstheHoldkeytoplacethecurrentcallon
hold,thenpresstheNewCallSoftKeytogetdial
tone.
•PresstheRecallkeytogetdialtone.
2. Enterthephonenumberyouwanttocall.
3. PresstheDialSoftKeytoinitiatethecall,orwait
afewsecondsforthecalltobeautomatically
dialed.
4. Whenyouhavecompletedthecall,pressthe
EndCallSoftKeytoendthecallandreturnto
youroriginalcall.
5. PresstheResumeSoftKeytoresumetheoriginal

3. SelecttheDialsoftkeytoinitiatethecall,orwait
afewsecondsforthecalltobeautomatically
dialed.
4. Ifyouwanttotransfertheheldpartyinstead,
presstheTransferkey.
5. Ifyoudecidenottocompletetheconference,
thenthecallcanbeterminatedbyselectingthe
EndCallsoftkey.
6. Youcancompletetheconferencebyselecting
theConferencesoftkey.
