rechargeable lithium-ion batteries.
Before
use, read the warnings and other information in this manual and in the
documentation provided with the camera or battery.

To ensure proper operation, read this manual thoroughly before using this
product. After reading, be sure
to keep it where it will be read by all those who
use the product.

·Do not u se the battery at a mb ie nt temperatur es bel ow 0 oc (3 2 oF) or above
40 oc (104 oF
). Failure to observe this precaution could damage the ba tt ery or
imp air its performance.
·The ba tt ery will not char ge if it s temperature is below 0 OC (32 oF) or above
60 oc (140
oF) Capac it y may be reduced and chargi ng timesm ay increase at
bat
te ry te mperaturesfrom 0 oc to 10 oc ( 32 oF to 50 °F )and fr om 45 oct o 60 oc
( 113 oF to 140 °F).

1 Ra ise the wa ll plug ( Fi gure 1- a) and connect t he plug adapter (Figu re 1-b),
making sure that the plug is fu ll y inserted. Att emp ting to forcibly r emo ve

2 Place th e ba ttery in the ba tt ery bay (Fi gure 1-c).
3 Plug the charger in to a po wer out let (Fi gu re 1-d ). The CHARGE l amp will
sta rt to flas h slowly (F i gur e 2-a). Charging is c omp lete when th e CH ARGE
la mp st op s fla shing (F i gur e 2- b)
4 When charging is c om plete, unp lu g the char ge r and re m ov e the ba tt ery
(F igure 3).
