USER INSTRUCTIONS

General Safety Warning
Please make sure that you read and follow
these instructions carefully. Keep these
instructions in a safe place for future reference.

1. INTENDED USE
The Bardon Trolley is a versatile, easy to manoeuvre, safe and durable trolley. It is ideal to carry household
items around the home. It is height adjustable and features strong plastic trays with raised edges to prevent
spillage. The bottom shelf are set forward to make walking with the trolley easier.
2. SAFETY
Warning: The maximum user weight must not be
more than 140Kg (22st).
The trolley is not designed to be sat upon.
Although the trolleys is used when walking - it should
not be used a walking aid.
All castors must be in contact with the oor at all
times during use.
It is recommended that the trolley is used on level
surfaces only.
Maximum Tray Load: 5kg.
3. UNPACKING
Remove the packaging and check all parts carefully.
Contact your supplier immediately if parts are
missing or damaged and do not try and assemble.
4. ASSEMBLY/INSTALLATION
Check all castors are securely tted before and after
use. The nylon bush on the top of the castor must
be pushed fully into the extension leg, with no gap
visible.
When adjusting the legs ensure that there are no
gaps between the “e” clips and the frame. The clip
spindle must be fully inserted right through the
outside frame.
Ensure all Legs are the same height.
The Plastic Trays on the Bardon Trolley are designed
to be a clip on/o󰀨 t for cleaning purposes.
To t the tray, push rmly down. Make sure the trays
are level with the framework.
To remove push upwards from the underside.
5. MAINTENANCE
Check all xings are secure, before and after use.
Check the product monthly for signs of wear and
tear.
Pay particular attention to the castors
6. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS.
Clean regularly, with a mild detergent/cream cleaner
and warm water.
Allow to dry thoroughly.
Do not use an abrasive detergent, cleaner or cloth to
clean or dry this product.

8. PRODUCT DISPOSAL
This product must be thoroughly cleaned/sterilised
prior to disposal.
This product is manufactured from plastic and metal
and can be disposed of through Local Authority
Household Waste and Recycling Centres or through
Local Trade Waste Collectors.
9. PRODUCT GUARANTEE
NRS Healthcare guarantee this product for a period
of 12 months, from the date of purchase, against
faulty materials and workmanship.
This guarantee does not cover; abuse, misuse,
interference or tampering with any part of the
product.
