USER INSTRUCTIONS
MOWBRAY LITE PLUS

General Safety Warning
Please make sure that you read and follow these
instructions carefully. Keep these instructions in a
safe place for future reference.

1. INTENDED USE
To assist those who have di󰀩culty in lowering onto or rising from a standard toilet. The comfortable plastic moulded
seat o󰀨ers support in a natural position. The seat lid adds discreet style and helps to improve cleanliness and
hygiene. An optional oor xing kit is also available (F11572).
2. SAFETY
WARNING: The maximum user weight must not be more
than 190 kg (30 st).
DO NOT: Attempt to stand or climb on the product.
MAKE SURE: All legs are set at equal height to avoid
rocking.
3. UNPACKING
Remove the packaging and check all parts carefully.
Contact your supplier immediately if parts are missing or
damaged and do not try and assemble.

4. ASSEMBLY/INSTALLATION
4.1 Fitting the Crossbars:
1. Slot the 2 x crossbars onto the side-frame assemblies
and adjust to the correct width for the toilet and the user.
2. Align the holes and secure with the 4 x E-clips.
Note: Make sure that the side-frames and crossbars
have been set to the same width/adjustment holes.
4.2 Fitting the Leg Extensions:
3. Slot the 4 x leg extensions into the side-frame
assemblies and adjust to the correct height for the toilet
and the user.
4. Align the holes and secure with the 4 x E-clips.

4.3 Fitting the Seat
Fit the seat to the frame in the correct position, with the
front of the seat and curve of the armrests facing forwards.
Push down rmly on the seat until it snaps into position
on both the front and rear cross bars.
5. INSTALLATION
5.1 To install the Mowbray Lite Plus:
Place the frame over the toilet ensuring that the internal
splash guard is central over the toilet bowl.
6. IN USE
Adjust the height and width for the toilet and user before
installation.
Note: Set the side frame assemblies to the same width.
Note: Make sure the seat and toilet frame are fully secure
before use.
6.1 Adjust the Height
1. Remove the 4 x leg extension E-clips.
2. Slide the leg extensions to the required height, align
the holes and replace the E-clips.
6.2 Adjust the Width
1. Remove the 4 x crossbar E-clips.
2. Slide the side frame assemblies to the required
width, align the holes and replace the E-clips.
6.3 Fitting the Optional Floor Fixing Kit
Please refer to the user instructions provided with the
optional oor xing kit (F11572).
7. MAINTENANCE
Check that all xing clips are inserted correctly and that
there is no excessive movement.
If a oor xing kit has been tted, check the xing screws
are secure.
Inspect the product regularly for signs of wear or damage,
pay particular attention to the condition of the ferrules.
Any suspected faults or damage should immediately be
reported to the supplier and the product taken out of use.
8. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Clean regularly using a general purpose, neutral detergent
and warm water.
Please check the suitability of the cleaning products
before use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or cloths as
these could permanently damage the surface and
invalidate any warranty.
To disinfect, wipe with a dilute bleach solution and rinse
thoroughly with fresh water.
Allow the product to dry fully prior to use/storage.

10. PRODUCT DISPOSAL
This product must be thoroughly cleaned/sterilised prior
to disposal.
This product is manufactured from metal & plastic and
can be disposed of through Local Authority Household
Waste and Recycling Centres or through Local Trade
Waste Collectors.
11. PRODUCT GUARANTEE
NRS Healthcare guarantee this product for a period of
24 months, from the date of purchase, against faulty
materials and workmanship.
This guarantee does not cover abuse, interference or
tampering with any part of the products. Issues arising
from fair wear & tear and customer misuse are not
covered.
This guarantee covers domestic use only. If the product
is used in commercial or semi-commercial settings
such as care homes, schools, rental or communal
accommodation etc, the guarantee is valid for one year
only. Consumable parts are also guaranteed for one
year only.
Any guarantee issued by NRS Healthcare does not
