1. Packaging Contents 3. Attachment of The Connectors
Check to see that all of the following parts are included
and undamaged.
Thank you for purchasing the Ti-Max NL400 CDE. Read this installation manual carefully before use for safety and keep this
within user's reach.
2. Before Assembling the Tubing
Pass the handpiece side motor cords through the
appropriate openings of the control unit so that the
tubing is fixed securely in the arm and the motor
rests at the desired position for handpieces. (Fig.1)
After properly placing the handpiece side motor cords
in the arm, attach connectors as follows.

Insert the terminals of each handpiece side motor
cords securely to the ends of the holes of the
connectors, paying close attention to the positions of
the cord colors and numbers. (Fig.2)
■If it is necessary to remove a terminal from the
connector.
Insert an “Connector Pin Remover” securely into the
opposite side of the connector from the terminal to
be removed and pull out the cord while pressing on
the “Connector Pin Remover.” (Fig.3)

Insert them matching the cord
color and number.

Caution
After inserting the terminals of the cords,
gently pull them to check that they are
securely fixed.
Caution
・After adjoining the connectors, gently pull
them to check that they are securely fixed.
・After adjoining the connectors, check that
the cord colors of the control box side and
the handpiece side match.

Insert the connector of the handpiece side motor cord
assembled in to the connector of the control box
side motor cord securely until they lock. (Fig.4).

4. Attachment of The Tube
Attach an appropriate tube-retaining ring to the tubes
of the handpiece side motor cord, paying attention to
the following directions. (Fig.5)

Attach to the tube with the inside chamfered
part facing outward.

Tube Barb
Securely push the tube-retaining ring over the barb
connection. (Fig.7)

Notice
If alcohol is applied to the tube, it makes it
easier to insert the barbs.

Push the tube-retaining ring
to the end from the barb.

other handling information.

Attach each tube of the handpiece side motor cord
from step to match the identical colored tubing on
as the control box side motor cord. (Fig.6)
