1. INTRODUCTION

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS, WARRANTY CONDITIONS, AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
ABOUT YOUR OFYR®ROTISSERIE SET.
OFYR®ROTISSERIE SET
1.1 OFYR®ROTISSERIE SET
The same set is oered for the OFYR 85 and 100
cooking units. The set consists of 2 very solid
stainless steel posts (A+B), which are ingeniously
attached above and below the cooking plate, 2
stainless steel intermediate tubes (C+D) (1 for the
85 models and 1 for the 100 models) that rmly
connect the posts at the top, a skewer (F) with
rotating hook with 2 large and 2 small holders to
clamp the meat or poultry, as well as an S-hook
(E) to hang a pan on. With the help of the lock
(H) the skewer can also be xed diagonally to the
uprights. With the screws, the Rotisserie Set can
be tightened on the plate. The re makes the
uprights, the intermediate tube and the skewer
very hot. It is therefore advisable to always
operate the OFYR® Rotisserie Set using heat-
resistant gloves such as the OFYR® Gloves.
2. SAFETY-, SETUP-, INTENDED USE AND
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Always use heat-resistant gloves such as the OFYR® Gloves when holding or touching the
parts of your OFYR® Rotisserie Set. All these parts can become extremely hot.
Never leave your OFYR cooking unit including OFYR® Rotisserie Set unattended during and
after use as long as the parts are still warm.
Keep childeren and pets away from your OFYR cooking unit and OFYR® Rotisserie Set
during use and after use when the parts are still warm.
