1. INTRODUCTION
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BUYING AN OFYR®PRODUCT. THIS MANUAL CONTAINS
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS, WARRANTY CONDITIONS, AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
ABOUT YOUR OFYR®ROTISSERIE SET.
OFYR®ROTISSERIE SET
1.1 OFYR®ROTISSERIE SET
The same set is oered for the OFYR 85 and 100
cooking units. The set consists of 2 very solid
stainless steel posts (A+B), which are ingeniously
attached above and below the cooking plate, 2
stainless steel intermediate tubes (C+D) (1 for the
85 models and 1 for the 100 models) that rmly
connect the posts at the top, a skewer (F) with
rotating hook with 2 large and 2 small holders to
clamp the meat or poultry, as well as an S-hook
(E) to hang a pan on. With the help of the lock
(H) the skewer can also be xed diagonally to the
uprights. With the screws, the Rotisserie Set can
be tightened on the plate. The re makes the
uprights, the intermediate tube and the skewer
very hot. It is therefore advisable to always
operate the OFYR® Rotisserie Set using heat-
resistant gloves such as the OFYR® Gloves.
2. SAFETY-, SETUP-, INTENDED USE AND
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Always use heat-resistant gloves such as the OFYR® Gloves when holding or touching the
parts of your OFYR® Rotisserie Set. All these parts can become extremely hot.
Never leave your OFYR cooking unit including OFYR® Rotisserie Set unattended during and
after use as long as the parts are still warm.
Keep childeren and pets away from your OFYR cooking unit and OFYR® Rotisserie Set
during use and after use when the parts are still warm.

When removing the hot OFYR® Rotisserie parts from the OFYR cooking unit,
only put them on a heat proof surface.
The used OFYR® Rotisserie Set parts, will most likely be greasy and putting them on stone
and wooden surfaces will permanently stain these surfaces.
After use the parts of the OFYR® Rotisserie Set should be cleaned.
The various OFYR® Rotisserie Set Parts should be stored in a dry place with low humidity.

4. WARRANTY TERMS PER ELEMENT
A limited lifetime guarantee applies to the material and construction of the OFYR® Rotisserie Set parts
for the original buyers or owners, provided that they purchased their unit from an authorised dealer
and registered their warranty in the required manner through OFYR Club at www.ofyr.club.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It applies to the original buyers or owners of an
OFYR® Rotisserie Set provided:
• They purchased their unit from an authorized dealer
• They assembled, used and maintained the OFYR® Rotisserie Set according to
the instructions in this manual.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
• Wear, corrosion, deformation and discolouration of parts exposed to fire;
• Corrosion and discolouration caused by external influences;
• Visual irregularities inherent to the manufacturing process;
• Damages caused by not following our intended use-, safety- and
maintenance instructions/tips.
