策，建議將輸入信號線改為屏蔽線。
(16) 清潔
切勿使用油漆稀釋劑或者同類產品清潔，請使用標準酒精清潔本產品。
(17) 切勿在時間繼電器工作狀態下改變時間單位，時間量程或工作模式，否則時間繼電器會導致誤動作。在
更改設置前確認斷開電源。
(18) 電源連接
確保對時間繼電器的所有供電同時加載，如使用開過或繼電器的觸點。否則，時間繼電器可能出現不能
執行電源復位，或者還未到達設定時間時出現到達。
(19) 使用繼電器對時間繼電器的電源進行互鎖，以避免長期將時間繼電器置於到達設定時間的條件下。將時
間繼電器置於到達設定時間的條件下一個月或更長時間，特別是在高溫的地方，將導致內部器件如電解
電容的損壞。
(20) 關於EN/IEC標準適用性
・有關電纜選型和其他條件的EMC合規性信息，請參見本使用說明書的技術資料。
・本產品為「class A」重工業產品。在家庭環境使用可能干擾電波接收。這種情況下，需針對電波干
擾採取適當措施。

Please comply strictly with the following instructions which are intended to ensure safe operation of
the controller.
(1) Make sure the proper product is specified for the application.
(2) For correct use, do not subject the timer to the following conditions.
• Dramatic temperature fluctuations
• High humidity or where condensation may occur
• Severe vibration and shock
• Where excessive dust, corrosive gas, or direct sunlight may be present
• Where there is danger of splashing of water, oil or any chemicals
(3) Store the Timer within the rated ranges given for the Timer model you are using. If the Timer is
stored below −10°C, allow it to warm up for three hours at room temperature before turning ON
the power supply.
(4) Mounting the Time Switch side-by-side may reduce the life expectancies of internal components.
(5) Use the Timer within the ambient operating temperature and ambient operating humidity ranges
given for the Timer model you are using.
(6) Separate the Timer from any sources of excessive static electricity, such as forming materials
and pipes carrying power or liquid materials.
(7) Maintain the variations in the power supply voltage to within the specified allowable range.
(8) If a voltage that exceeds the rating is applied, internal components may be destroyed.
(9) Wire all terminals correctly.
(10) Do not wire the terminals which are not used.
(11) Install and clearly label a switch or circuit breaker so that the operator can quickly turn OFF the power
supply.
(12) The exterior of the Timer may be damaged by organic solvents(such as thinners or benzene),
strong alkali, or strong acids.
(13) Confirm that the power and output indicators are operating normally. Depending on the operating
environment, the indicators and plastic parts may deteriorate faster than expected, causing the
indicators to fail. Periodically perform inspections and replacements.
(14) When disposing of the Timer, observe all local ordinances as they apply.
(15) When using the Timer in an area with excessive electronic noise, separate the Timer and input
device as far as possible from the noise sources. It is also recommended to shield the input
signal wiring to prevent electronic interference.
(16) Cleaning
Do not use paint thinner or the equivalent. Use standard grade alcohol to clean the product.
(17) Do not change the time range and Star-delta transfer time while the Timer is in operation,
otherwise the Timer may malfunction. Be sure to turn off the power before changing the setting.
(18) Power supply connection
Make sure that the supply voltage is applied to the timer all at once, using contacts such as of a
switch or relay. Otherwise, the timer may not be able to perform power reset or its set time may
be up when it should not.
(19) Interlock the power to the timer with a relay so that the timer will not be left in a time-up condition
for long periods. Leaving the timer in a time-up condition for a month or longer, especially in
places with high temperatures, may result in deterioration to internal parts, such as an electrolytic
capacitor.
(20) EN/IEC Standard Compliance
• Refer to the datasheet for the H3BG for cable selection and other conditions for compliance
with EMC standards.
• This is a class A product. In residential areas it may cause radio interference, in which case the
user may be required to take adequate measures to reduce interference.
• There is basic insulation between the power supply terminals and output terminals.
• If double or reinforced insulation is required, use the double or reinforced insulation defined in
IEC 60664 that is suitable for the maximum applied voltage for the clearance, solid insulation,
and other factors.
OMRON shall not be responsible for conformity with any standards, codes, or regulations
that apply to the combination of the products in the customer's application or use of the
product. Take all necessary steps to determine the suitability of the product for the
systems, machines, and equipment with which it will be used. Know and observe all
prohibitions of use applicable to this product. NEVER USE THE PRODUCTS FOR AN
APPLICATION INVOLVING SERIOUS RISK TO LIFE OR PROPERTY WITHOUT
ENSURING THAT THE SYSTEM AS A WHOLE HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO ADDRESS
THE RISKS, AND THAT THE OMRON PRODUCT IS PROPERLY RATED AND

컨트롤러의 안전한 작동을 보장하기 위해 작성된 다음 지시사항을 엄격하게 준수해 주십시오.
(1) 적절한 제품이 적용 분야에 지정되었는지 확인하십시오.
(2) 올바른 사용을 위해 타이머를 다음과 같은 조건에 방치하지 마십시오.
• 온도 변화가 심한 장소
• 습도가 높거나 응축이 발생할 수 있는 장소
• 심한 진동과 충격이 있는 장소
• 과도한 먼지, 부식성 가스 또는 직사광선이 있는 장소
• 물, 오일, 기타 화학물질이 튈 위험이 있는 장소
(3) 사용하고 있는 타이머 모델에 제공된 정격 범위 내에서 타이머를 보관하십시오. 타이머를 −10°C
이하에서 보관한 경우, 3시간 동안 타이머를 상온으로 예열한 후 전원 공급을 켜십시오.
(4) 타임 스위치를 나란히 탑재하면 내부 부품의 예상 수명이 감소할 수 있습니다.
(5) 사용하고 있는 타이머 모델에 제공된 실내 작동 온도와 실내 작동 습도 범위 내에서 타이머를
사용하십시오.
(6) 전기나 액체 물질이 통과하는 성형 재료와 파이프 등과 같이 과도한 정전기가 발생할 수 있는 장소로부터
타이머를 멀리 하십시오.
(7) 지정된 허용 범위 내에서 공급 전압의 변동을 유지하십시오.
(8) 정격을 초과하는 전압이 적용되는 경우, 내부 부품이 손상될 수 있습니다.
(9) 모든 단자를 올바르게 배선하십시오.
(10) 사용하지 않는 단자는 배선하지 마십시오.

(16) 청 소
페인트 시너 또는 이와 유사한 제품을 사용하지 마십시오. 표준 등급의 알코올을 사용하여 제품을
청소하십시오.
(17) 타이머가 작동하는 동안 시간 단위, 시간 범위 또는 작동 모드를 변경하지 마십시오. 이를 지키지 않으면
고장이 발생할 수 있습니다. 이와 같은 변경을 시도하기 전에 반드시 전원을 끄십시오.
(18) 전원 공급 연결
스위치 또는 릴레이와 같은 접점을 사용하여 공급 전압이 타이머 전체에 동시에 적용되도록 하십시오.

경우, 전해질 축전기와 같은 내부 부품의 상태가 저하될 수 있습니다.
(20) EN/IEC 표준 준수
• EMC 표준 준수와 관련하여 케이블 선택과 기타 조건에 대해서는 H3BG의 데이터시트를 참조하십시오.
• 이 제품은 A 등급입니다. 이 제품은 거주 지역에 전파 간섭을 초래할 수 있으니 이런 경우 사용자는

올바른 사용을 위한 예방 조치

(2) 올바른 사용을 위해 타이머를 다음과 같은 조건에 방치하지 마십시오.
• 온도 변화가 심한 장소
• 습도가 높거나 응축이 발생할 수 있는 장소
• 심한 진동과 충격이 있는 장소

(3) 사용하고 있는 타이머 모델에 제공된 정격 범위 내에서 타이머를 보관하십시오. 타이머를
−10°C 이하에서 보관한 경우, 3시간 동안 타이머를 상온으로 예열한 후 전원 공급을
켜십시오.
(4) 타임 스위치를 나란히 탑재하면 내부 부품의 예상 수명이 감소할 수 있습니다.
(5) 사용하고 있는 타이머 모델에 제공된 실내 작동 온도와 실내 작동 습도 범위 내에서
타이머를 사용하십시오.
(6) 전기나 액체 물질이 통과하는 성형 재료와 파이프 등과 같이 과도한 정전기가 발생할 수
있는 장소로부터 타이머를 멀리 하십시오.
(7) 지정된 허용 범위 내에서 공급 전압의 변동을 유지하십시오.
(8) 정격을 초과하는 전압이 적용되는 경우, 내부 부품이 손상될 수 있습니다.
(9) 모든 단자를 올바르게 배선하십시오.
(10) 사용하지 않는 단자는 배선하지 마십시오.

for the systems, machines, and equipment with which it will be

Know and observe all prohibitions of use applicable to this product.

Precautions for Correct Use
1) Use this product within the rated load and power supply.
2) Make sure that the rated voltage is attained at the moment of
turning ON the power using a switch or relay contact. If the
voltage is applied gradually, the power may not be reset or
output malfunctions may occur.
3) Use the output relays within their life expectancy.
・Electrical life of relay 100,000 operations (250VAC 5A,
resistive load)
・Machinery life of relay 20,000,000 operations
(1) Make sure the proper product is specified for the application.
(2) For correct use, do not subject the timer to the following conditions.
• Dramatic temperature fluctuations
• High humidity or where condensation may occur
• Severe vibration and shock
• Where excessive dust, corrosive gas, or direct sunlight may be present
• Where there is danger of splashing of water, oil or any chemicals
(3) Store the Timer within the rated ranges given for the Timer model you are using. If the
Timer is stored below −10°C, allow it to warm up for three hours at room temperature
before turning ON the power supply.
(4) Mounting the Time Switch side-by-side may reduce the life expectancies of internal
components.
(5) Use the Timer within the ambient operating temperature and ambient operating humidity
ranges given for the Timer model you are using.
(6) Separate the Timer from any sources of excessive static electricity, such as forming
materials and pipes carrying power or liquid materials.
(7) Maintain the variations in the power supply voltage to within the specified allowable range.
(8) If a voltage that exceeds the rating is applied, internal components may be destroyed.
(9) Wire all terminals correctly.
(10) Do not wire the terminals which are not used.
(11) Install and clearly label a switch or circuit breaker so that the operator can quickly turn OFF
the power supply.
(12) The exterior of the Timer may be damaged by organic solvents(such as thinners or
benzene), strong alkali, or strong acids.
(13) Confirm that the power and output indicators are operating normally. Depending on the
operating environment, the indicators and plastic parts may deteriorate faster than
expected, causing the indicators to fail. Periodically perform inspections and replacements.
(14) When disposing of the Timer, observe all local ordinances as they apply.
CAUTION
Do not touch the terminals while power is being supplied. Doing
so many occasionally result in minor injury due to electric shock.
Do not use the product where subject to flammable or explosive gas.
Otherwise, minor injury from explosion may occasionally occur.
Never disassemble, modify or repair the product or touch any of
the internal parts. Minor electric shock, fire, or malfunction may
occasionally occur.
If the output relays are used past their life expectancy, contact
fusing or burning may occasionally occur. Always consider the
application conditions and use the output relays within their rated
load and electrical life expectancy.
The life expectancy of output relays varies considerably with the
output load and switching conditions.
Tighten the terminal screws at the specified torque (1.08N•m).
Loose screws may occasionally result in fire.
