ADAPTER INSTRUCTIONS
Slide Picatinny Adapter to preferred
position on the ACH-ARC.
1Tighten screw to lock the adapter
into place.

PICATINNY ADAPTER
Connects devices compatible
with 1911 Picatinny Rail
Attach desired accessory to Wing-Loc
Adapter using the through-holes.
1Pinch tabs on the Wing-Loc Adapter
and slide to preferred position on
the ACH-ARC.

WING-LOC ADAPTER
Use as a base to mount a variety
of headborne accessories

Bungee Retention Slot
BUNGEE INSTALLATION (Bungees optional)
ACH-ARC ASSEMBLY
Align the ACH-ARC with the existing Chinstrap Holes on your ACH helmet.
Use your ngers to loosely assemble the ACH-ARC, Helmet Chinstrap, and
hardware by following the diagram. Repeat for opposite side of helmet.
Once all components are loosely assembled, nish by using a screwdriver
to tighten all four screws from the outside of the shell, making sure that
the ACH-ARCs are securely fastened to the helmet.
NOTE: IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER OPS-CORE CHINSTRAP, PLEASE USE THE
1ST GENERATION T-NUTS. 2ND GENERATION T-NUTS ARE COMPATIBLE
WITH NEWER CHINSTRAP. Chinstrap
