CLEANING AND CARE
1. Spot-clean the ACH Mandible with a mild detergent and water.
2. Visually check the entire ACH Mandible for signs of breakage.
3. Clean dust and dirt by using air pressure.
4. Check that the ARC Rail Clip and straps work properly.
NOTE: IF ANY DEFECTS ARE FOUND, THE DAMAGED COMPONENTS SHOULD BE REPLACED BEFORE USE.

ACH MANDIBLE KIT INCLUDES:
(1) ACH Mandible
1INSERT MOUNTING HOOKS
Insert both the Left and Right Mounting Hooks into the Skeleton ARC Rail Hook Receivers
as shown. Once both Mounting Hooks are inserted, push down on the front of the ACH
Mandible until the Mounting Shoes are pressed evenly against the ACH helmet’s shell edge.
2SECURE ARC RAIL CLIPS
Insert and fasten the ARC Rail Clips as shown.
NOTE: ADJUST THE LENGTH OF THE ARC RAIL CLIP STRAP SO THAT THERE IS NO
SLACK AND IT CREATES A TIGHT, SECURE FIT.
INTRODUCTION INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
ABOUT YOUR MANDIBLE:
This manual covers the installation and basic operating
instructions for the Ops-Core Advanced Combat Helmet
(ACH) Mandible. The ACH Mandible provides additional face
protection from blunt trauma and ballistic threats.
Installation and removal is tool-less. The mandible exhausts
moisture through the folding slots and conveniently folds for
compact storage.
The ACH Mandible quickly attaches to the ACH Helmet without the use of tools.
