STEP3: SECURELYassemble the four 1-1/2" DIAX 19" TUBES(2) to the FRAMEWF,LDMENT(1) using
four 3/8-16 X 1" BUTI’ON~ CAPSCREWS(8) and four 3/8" LOKWAS]EIERS(3) as shown
FIGURE2.
