Insert one (1) 1-3/4 IN. SQ. ENDCAPinto the top of the LEGEXTENSIONNECKas shown
drawing.
Slide t~vo (2) ROLLERPADSover each end of the SHAFTof the LEGEXTENSIONNECK,.
shownon drawing, and hold in place using two (2) 3/4 IN. STARLOCKCOLLARS.
3. Insert three (3) 1-3/4 IN. SQ. ENDCAPSinto the ends of the LEGEXTENSIONas stm~ on drawing.
Insert two (2) 1/2 IN. FLANGEBEARINGSinto the BUSHINGon the LEGEXTENSIONas shown
drawing.
Assemble the LEGEXTENSIONNECKto the LEGEXTENSIONas shown on drawing, using one (1)
1/2 X 3 IN. BOLT,two (2) 1/2 IN. WASHERS,and one (1) 1/2 IN. LOWHEIGHTLOCK
(TIGHTEN THE CONNECTION ENOUGHTO REMOVETHE PLAY, YET ..ALLOWING THE
LEG EXTENSION TO ROTATE FREELY)
Assemble four (4) ROLLERPADSto the LEGEXTENSIONas shown on drawing, using two (2)
ROLLERPADSHAFTS,and four (4) 3/4 IN. STARLOCKCOLLARS.
Attach one (1) 3/4 IN. SQ. RUBBERBUMPERto the LEGEXTENSIONapproximately where shoxvn
on drawing.
To perform LEG CURLSor LEGEXTENSION,insert the LEG EXTENSIONASSEMBLYinto the
UPRIGHTTUBEof the BENCHFRAaMEas shown on drawing, and tighten in place using the
THUMBSCREW.To adjust the SEATPADfor the LEGEXTENSIONposition, pull out on the U-
PIN. l~otate the U-PINback pass the FIRSTPINSTOP.P, elease the U-PIN,and allow it to rest up
against the FIRSTPIN STOP.

To perform DECLINESor ABCRUNCHES,loosen the THUMBSCI~EW,and pull up the LEG
EXTENSIONASSEMBLYuntil the hole in the LEGEXTENSIONNECKis expose. Insert the U-
PIN through the hole in he NECKand the BUSHINGon the LEGEXTENSION(AT THESAME
TIME). Allow the U-PIN to rest on top of the UPRIGHTTUBE.Re-tighten the THUMBSCREW.To
adjust the SEATPADfor the DECLINEposition, rotate the U-PINback to the SECONDPIN STOP.
10. WhenU-PINis not in use, insert it through the BUSHINGof the LEGEXTENSION,and position it
behind the WASHERon the WEIGHTPEG of the LEG EXTENSION.(SEE DETAH.A)
