* Ratchet with 3/4" and 9/16" sockets
* Rubber Mallet or Hammer

¯LOOSELYassemble the LOWERCONNECTOR(6) between each UPRIGHTBASE(2) using four 1/2 X 3" BOLTS(8), four
WASHERS(10), and four 1/2" LOCKNUTS( l 1). See FIGURE

¯Slide one BARSUPPORT(4) and one SAFETYRAIL(3) (iN THATORDER)onto each UPRIGHT(1). Pull back
SPRINGPIN ASSEMBLIESuntil they pop into holes.

and four 1/2" LOCKNUTS(1 1). See FIGURE
