assembledon a flat, level surface to assure its proper function.
* Werecommendcleaning your product (pads and frame) on a regular basis, using warmsoapy
water. Touch-up paint can be purchased from your Parabody customer service representative
at [phone].
There is a risk assumedby individuals whouse this type of equipment. To minimizerisk, please

1. Inspect equipmentdaily. Tighten all loose connections and replace wornparts immediately.
Failure to do so mayresult in serious injury.
2. Donot allow minors or children to play on or around this equipment.
3. Exercise with. care to avoid injury.

STEP 3:
¯ Snap two 3 X 2" GUIDEINSERTS(15) into the ends ofthe WOLFFSLEEVE(7) =~s-shown in HGURE
¯In~er~ 3/8" SPRINGPIN ASSEMBLY(11) into the spring pin barrel on WOLFFSLEEVE(7) and tighten
securely. See FIGURE3.
¯Slide one 4" VINYLCAP(17) over the U-PIN(16) as shownin FIGURE
¯Slide U-PIN(16) through the bushing on WOLFFSLI~.Wv-E(7) and attach with PAL-NUT
¯Slide the WOLFFSLEEVE(7) over the BENCHFRAME(3).
¯Securely assemble the BENCHFRAME(3) to the REARLEG(1) &the SWIVELPLATE(2) using two
3" BOLTS(21), two 1/2" FLATWAS~(24), and two 1/2" NYLOCKNUTS(26) as shown in FIGURE
¯ Securely assemble the 2 SQ.X18" TUBE(8) to the BENCHFRAME(3) using two 3/8 X3" BOLTS(19),
3/8" FLATWASI-~I~S(23), and two 3/8" NYLOCKNUTS(25). See FIGURE3.

* All connections use one 3/8 X 1" BOLT(18) and one 3/8" FLATWASHER(23)

STEP 6:
¯Securely fasten the BACKPAD(9) to the LEFT(5) and RIGHT(6) BACKPADANGLESusing four 3/8
BOLTS(18) and four 3/8" FLATWASHERS(23) as shown in FIGURE
¯Securely fasten the SEATPAD(10) to the HINGETABS(13) using two 3/8 1"BOLTS (18) and two 3/8"
FLATWASHERS(23) as shown in FIGURE
¯Securelytighten the four connectionsonthe 1/4 X2 X16-1/2" PLATES(4), then backnuts off 1/4 of a turn
until the BACKPAD(9) adjusts easily.
