TOOLSREQUIRED:Ratchet, 9/16" Socket, 9/16" Wrench, Adjustable
Wrench, Tongue & Groove Pliers, Rubber Mallet or Hammer.

CONNECTED TO MACHINE WHEN PERFORMING OTHER EXERCISES.
MAKE SURE SNAP LINKS ARE FASTENED BEFORE DOING EXERCISES.
PLEASE NOTE:
IF UPON ASSEMBLY, THE HEAD PLATE DOES NOT SIT ON TOP OF
THE FIRST PLATE, PLEASE PUSH HEAD PLATE DOWN, INSERT THE
WEIGHT PIN TO A DESIRED RESISTANCE AND DO A FEW REPS ON
ONE OF THE STATIONS. THIS WILL SEAT THE CABLE SYSTEM AND
ALLEVIATE THE HEAD PLATE FROM SITTING UP.

1. Attach two 2" COVERCAPSand one 2" END
CAPto BASEas shownon drawing.
2. Insert one 3 x 2" ENDCAPinto each end of
TOPBOOMas shown on drawing.
3. Attach one 2" ENDCAPand one 1-1/4 x 5"
GRIP to each PRESSARM.
4. Insert one 2" ENDCAPinto each end of LEG
EXTENSIONas shown on drawing.
5. Insert one 2" ENDCAPinto open end of SEAT
SUPPORT.Affix one 1-1/4" Rubber Bumperto
SEATSUPPORTas shown on drawing.
6. LOOSELYassemble the UPRIGHTto the
BASEas shownon drawing using two 3/8 X 3
bolts, two3/8 locknutsandfour 3/8 flat washers.
Makesure the edge of the UPRIGHTis flush
with the side of the BASEandthe bolts are
oriented correctly.
7. LOOSELYassemble one PULLEYto the SEAT
SUPPORTas shownin drawing using one 3/8 X
3 bolt, one3/8 locknutand two1/2 spacers.
8. LOOSELYassemble the SEATsuPPORTto
the BASEand UPRIGHTas shown in drawing
using three 3/8 X3 bolts, four 3/8 flat washers
andthree 3/8 locknuts.
9. Route CABLE6571001thru inside of TOP
BOOMas shown in Detail A. SECURELY,
assemble two PULLEYSto inside of TOP
BOOMusing two 3/8 X2-3/4 bolts, two 3/8
locknuts and four 3/8 flange spacers. Makesure
cable is routedthru groovein pulleys.

UPRIGHTusing two 3/8 X 2-3/4 bolts and two
3/8 locknuts. Makesure cable runs over top of
bolts.
Insert two WEIGHTPLATEBUSHINGSinto
each WEIGHTPLATEas shown in Detail B.

AT THIS TIME.
13. Slide WEIGHTSTACKCUSHIONSonto
GUIDERODSand then insert into BASE.
CAREFULLYslide fifteen WEIGHTPLATES
onto GUIDERODSwithkeyhole facing towards
front of machine.
Assemble HEADPLATEand SELECTSHAFT
using one3/8 X 1-3/4 bolt, one3/8 lock washer
and one 3/8 flat washer. Slide I~iADPLATE
onto GUIDERODS.
Attach GUIDERODSto TOPBOOMusing two
BLACK NYLONBOLTS.
Attach LEGEXTENSIONand ROLLERPAD
SWIVELto SEATSUPPORTas shown in
drawing,using one 3/8 X3-3/4 bolt, one3/8 low
ht. locknut, two3/8 flat washersandtwo3/8
flange spacers.
(TIGHTEN THE CONNECTIONENOUGHTO
REMOVETHE PLAY, YET ALLOWINGTHE
LEG EXTENSIONTO MOVEI:REELY.)
SECURELYattach SEATand BACKPADto
SEATSUPPORTand UPRIGH’fusing four 3/8
X2-3/4 bolts, four 3/8 lockwashersandtwo3/8
flat washers.
To attach PRESSARMASSEMBLYto BASE,
follow assemblydrawingandthese steps:
Insert two3/4 flange bearings into BASE.
Loosely attach PRESSARMSt¢, the BASE
using one3/4 X5 bolt and 3/4 jamnut.
(NOTE:Layarmson floor with grips in front of
LegExtension.)
Rotate one PRESSARMinto place, then
LOOSELYattach the CROSSBRACEusing
two3/8 X2-3/4 bolts, two3/8 fiat washersand
two 3/8 locknuts. (NOTE:Make, sure CROSS
BRACEis resting on the RUBBERBUMPER
of the SEATSUPPORT.)
Attach other PRESSARMto CROSSBRACE
using two3/8 X2-3/4 bolts, two3/8 flat
washersand two3/8 locknuts.
INTHISORDER,tighten the 3/d X5 bolt of the
PRESSARMStogether, center (;ROSS BRACE
andtighten bolts.
(TIGHTEN THE CONNECTIONENOUGHTO
REMOVETHE PLAY, YET ALLOWINGTHE
PRESS ARMSTO MOVEFREELY.)

20. SECURELYassemble two PULLEYSto 5-1/4
PLATEas shownon drawing using two 3/8 X1-
3/4 bolts andtwo3/8 locknuts.
21. SECURELYassemble PULLEYto TOP BOOM
using one 3/8 X2-3/4 bolt, one3/8 locknut and
two3/8 flange spacers. Create a loop with top
cable betweenpulleys and attach pulley plate
from step 18 to loop as shownon CABLE
ROUTING DIAGRAM.
22. LOOSELYassemble five remaining PULLEYS
to the gymas shownon drawing.
23. Route CABLE6575601 as shown in CABLE
ROUTINGDIAGRAMand attach end to the
CROSSBRACEusing one QUICK
DISCONNECTLINK.
22. Insert WEIGHTSTACKSELECTORPIN into
top WEIGHTPLATE.
23. SECURELYTIGHTEN ALL LOOSE PULLEY
CONNECTIONSAT THIS TIME.
24. Connect top CABLEto SELECTSHAFTby
tightening the threadedendin until the cablesare
taught.
25. Attachone 3/8 X2-3/4 bolt midone3/8 nut to
LEG CURLEXTENSIONbelow the PULLEY
as shownon drawing.
26. Insert the 15-3/4 TUBEinto the LEGCURL
EXTENSION.
27. Attach ROLLERPADSand MUSHROOM
CAPSto the 15-3/4 TUBEand to ROLLER
PAD SWIVEL.
28. Attach four 1 x 8" GRIPSto LATBARand
LOWROWBAR.
29. Attach LATBARand LOWROWBARto the
BOTTOMand TOP CABLESusing three SNAP
LINKSand one CHAIN.
30. The LATBARand LOWROWEARshould be
disconnected from machine whenperforming
other exercises.
