NOTE: Bigger sized micro SD-cards may work, but they are not tested.

Which USB-Ethernet-adaptor supports OT-310?
Yes, OT-310 is supporting USB-Ethernet-adaptors, which can be plugged at the OT-310
itself or at the USB communication cradle. It’s support following chipsets:
ASIX:
- AX8817x
- AX88178
- AX88178A
- AX88772
RealTek:
- RTL8150
How can I enter the “system recovery” menu?
Turn off the OT-310, press and hold the volume key - and press the power button.
The OT-310 will vibrate, release the volume key - and you will enter into this menu.
Do I require any drivers for Windows XP / POSReady 2009, if I want to connect
OT-310 via USB-cable at my PC as Media device (MTP)?
There is no specific driver required, but your Windows XP / POSReady 2009 OS has to fulfil
the following requirements:
- Service Pack 3
- Windows Media Player 11
Otherwise the MTP-driver won’t be installed.
Windows 7 does already have the driver on board.

How can I set the OT-310 back to factory default?
There are two ways available:
1. The Android function, which is implemented at the OS:
Got to Menu ==> Settings ==> Backup & reset ==> Factory data reset ==> check
- “Erase enterprise folder”
- “Erase SD card”
==> Reset phone.
If you don’t check both options, it can happen that some data won’t be erased at the
OT-310.
After this process is finished, the OT-310 will reboot automatically.
2. The “system recovery” menu:
Enter the system recovery menu like described above, navigate to “wipe data/factory
reset” and confirm with the power button.
After this process is finished, the OT-310 will reboot automatically.
Where can I find driver for fastboot or debugging mode of OT-310?
Start OT-310 and connect it via USB cable at your Windows PC. Set “USB Mass Storage
device (UMS)”as USB mode at OT-310. After the successfully installation of the drivers you
will find a new CD-drive at “My Computer”. If you access it, you will find the driver for both
modes.
