SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• By ignoring the safety instructions the manufacturer can
not be hold responsible for the damage.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Never move the appliance by pulling the cord and make
sure the cord can not become entangled.
• The appliance must be placed on a stable, level surface.
• The user must not leave the device unattended while it is
connected to the supply.
• This appliance is only to be used for household purposes
and only for the purpose it is made for.
• This appliance shall not be used by children from 0
year to 8 years. This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less
than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children unless older than 8 and supervised.
• To protect yourself against an electric shock, do not
immerse the cord, plug or appliance in the water or any
other liquid.
• Do not allow children to use the device without
supervision.
• Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply
before changing accessories or approaching parts that
move in use.
• Always disconnect the device from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
• It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at
all times, because it comes into direct contact with food.
• NOTE: The chopping blades are very sharp, avoid
physical contact during emptying and cleaning the
device, you can seriously injure.
• CAUTION: Ensure that the blender is switched off before
removing it from the stand.
• This appliance is intended to be used in household and

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Note: Do never use the blender without any food or liquid in it!
• Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers,
protective foil or plastic from the device.
• Before using the Healthy Turbo Blender for the first time clean the jar
and lid with a damp cloth.
Caution: the jar contains very sharp blades, handle with care at all
times.
• Place the main body of the Healthy Turbo Blender on a heat-resistant,
stable surface. Place the jar on the base unit properly.
• The Healthy Turbo Blender is equipped with several safety features, an
interlocking lid cut-out , and safety switch off on the motor base.
• Make sure the jar is placed properly with the handle pointed to the right.
• Put the lid on the jar, turn the lid clockwise until the arrow on the lid
aligns with the arrow on the top of the handle.
• Ensure the refill cup is fitted in lid, turn clockwise to lock. When the refill
cup is not fitted properly there is a risk of splashing.
• When everything is installed correctly, connect the Healthy Turbo
Blender to the mains power supply, when all the safety switches are
unlocked a beep will sound.
• Press the On/Off button to turn on the Healthy Turbo Blender. The
display will light up indicating the Healthy Turbo Blender is on.
Note: after one minute of no interaction the Healthy Turbo Blender will
turn off automatically.

USE
General
Note: do not add hot liquids or ingredients into the Healthy Turbo
Blender.
• Chop all your ingredients into approximately 2-3cm cubes and add to
the Healthy Turbo Blender, make sure you keep the ingredients under
the MAX mark on the jar.
• Any ingredients to be added during the process can be added through
the refill hole in the center of the lid. Do not unlock or remove the lid as
this will stop the program.
• Any interruption will result in the cancellation of the program. Restarting
will result in the blending stages being repeated which may affect the
final recipe.
• To completely stop the program at any time, simply press the on/off
button.
Manual operation setting
• When the jar and the lid are installed properly (refer to paragraph “before
the first use”) you can turn on the Healthy Turbo Blender. The display
will light up, the default speed setting is “3” and the default time setting
is 00.40 minutes.
• Use the time buttons to increase(+) or decrease(-) the time setting and
use the speed buttons to increase(+) or decrease(-) the speed setting
(don't use low speed for blending dense food.)
• Press the on/off button to start the blending process. During use the
speed and the time setting can be adjusted.
• To interrupt the process you can use the on/off button.
Pulse button
Use the PULSE button to blend for short times, press and keep the PULSE
button to blend, release the button to stop.
Preset programs
• When the jar and the lid are installed properly (refer to paragraph “before
the first use”) you can turn on the Healthy Turbo Blender.
• Now you can choose between 6 different preset blending programs
(Ice, Fruits, Grinding, Soup, Smoothie and Sauce.)
• After you have selected a program, the picture off the selected program
on the display will illuminate, the start speed and remaining time will be
displayed.
• Press the on/off button to start the selected program, press the on/off
button again to interrupt the running program. Note that the complete
blender will turn off when you interrupt the program, after interrupting
you can not continue the program at the point you have interrupt it.

Ice program
Min and/or Max fill Maximum 12 ice cubes (500ml.)
Program purpose The Ice program is specially preset for crushing ice
Duration 45 seconds
Program setting The blender will blend with short impulses between each
pulse the blender will rest for 2 seconds.
Additional
information
For a better result you can use the tamper.
The preset program is created for average requirements. If
the program do not meet your needs you can set your own
program as described in the paragraph “manual operation
setting”.
Recipe
Frozen Margarita
What do you need:
• 0.5 dl Tequila
• 0.25 dl Orange liquor
• 0.10 dl sugar syrup
• 0.25 dl fresh lime juice
• salt
• ice cubes
Preparation:
• Rub with half a lime over the edge of the glass.
• Dip the edge of the glass into the salt in order to obtain a salt rim.
• Put all ingredients in the blender.
• Add ice cubes to your own taste.
• Press the on/off button to turn on the device, choose the function "Ice" and
press the on/off button to start the program. Stop the program if desired by
pressing the on/off button again.
• Pour the cocktail into the glass and garnish with a slice of lime.
Fruit
Program purpose The Fruit program is specially set for blending all kind of
frozen fruits.
Duration 40 seconds
Program setting The blender will start in the third speed level, in the first
second the speed level will increase each second, the
remaining seconds the blender will operate in the highest
speed level.
Additional
information
Make sure possible kernels are removed.
The preset program is created for average requirements. If
the program do not meet your needs you can set your own
program as described in the paragraph “manual operation
setting”.
Recipe
Frozen Fruit
What do you need:
• 250 g yoghurt
• 250 g frozen fruit (e.g. blueberries)
• 1 tbsp sugar (to your taste)
Preparation:
• Put these ingredients in the blender.
• Press the on/off button to turn on the device, choose the function “Fruit” and
press the on/off button to start the program. Stop the program if desired by
pressing the on/off button again.
• Use the supplied tamper to mix this extra well.

Grinding
Min and/or Max fill Maximum 500ml. line.
Program purpose The Grinding program is specially preset for grinding
different kinds of nuts, herbs coffee beans etc.
Duration 50 seconds
Program setting The blender will start in the third speed level, in the first
second the speed level will increase each second, during
the remaining seconds the blender will operate in the
highest speed level.
Additional information The preset program is created for average requirements.
If the program do not meet your needs you can set your
own program as described in the paragraph “manual
operation setting”.
Recipe
Humus of roasted peppers
What do you need:
• 1 can chickpeas (400 gr – drained +-270 gr)
• 350 g roasted peppers (fresh or canned)
• 100 g cream cheese
• 1 tsp paprika powder
• 1 tsp lime juice
• 1 small clove garlic
Preparation:
• Drain the chickpeas and rinse them under cold water.
• Put the chickpeas and roasted peppers together with the cream cheese, herbs
and lime juice in the blender.
• Press the on/off button to turn on the device, choose the function “Grinding”
and press the on/off button to start the program. Stop the program if desired by
pressing the on/off button again.
• Afterwards, if necessary, season with pepper and salt.
• Serve with sweet pepper strips or pieces of bread.
Soup
Min and/or Max fill Maximum 1000ml. line.
Program purpose The Soup program is specially preset for making soup, due to
high speed friction the soup will heat up during the process.
Duration 12 minutes
Program setting The blender will start in the lowest speed level, in the first second
the speed level will increase each second, the remaining minutes
the blender will operate in the highest speed level.
Additional
information
• We recommend to use the soup program for 6 minutes and
finish the soup by heating it on an hotplate.
• Do not use the blender for soup with meat in it, the blender
is only suitable for smooth soups.
• Your soup can be poured straight from the jar but be careful
when removing the lid from the jar as it will be very hot.
• If you fill in hot water to make soup, don’t use it more than
3 minutes.
• The preset program is created for average requirements.

own program as described in the paragraph “manual
operation setting”.
NOTE: Do not operate the blender for 1 hour after you use the
SOUP function for 12 minutes.
Recipe
Cauliflower – sweet pepper soup with mascarpone
What do you need:
• 1/2 small cauliflower
• 1 red pepper
• 1/2 yellow pepper
• 1 tbsp mascarpone
• 1 small onion
• 750 ml chicken stock
• pepper and salt
Preparation:
• Clean the vegetables and cut it into chunks.
• Put all ingredients except the mascarpone in the blender.
• Press the on/off button to turn on the device, choose the function “Soup” and
press the on/off button to start the program. Stop the program if desired by
pressing the on/off button again.
• At the end add the mascarpone.

Smoothie
Program purpose The Smoothie program is specially preset for making
smoothies.
Duration 40 seconds
Program setting The blender will start in the third speed level, in the first
second the speed level will increase each second, the
remaining seconds the blender will operate in the highest
speed level.

Recipe
Green smoothie with lettuce, mango and zucchini
What do you need:
• 2 bunches lettuce
• 1 mango
• 1 zucchini
• ½ cm ginger
Preparation:
• Peel the mango, cut the zucchini into chunks and wash the lettuce. Put these 3
ingredients in the blender.
• Press the on/off button to turn on the device, choose the function “Smoothie”
and press the on/off button to start the program. Stop the program if desired by
pressing the on/off button again.
• After 20 seconds add the ginger.
• Tip: Use mango and zucchini out of the fridge for a cold smoothie.
Sauce
Program purpose The Sauce program is specially preset for making
Sauces.
Duration 50 seconds
Program setting The blender will blend with short impulses in the highest
speed level between each pulse the blender will rest for 1
second, the last 23 seconds the blender will blend in the
highest speed level.
Additional information The preset program is created for average requirements. If
the program do not meet your needs you can set your own
program as described in the paragraph “manual operation
setting”.
Recipe
Romesco salsa
What do you need:
• 4 small tomatoes, without seeds
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 dl olive oil
• 1 sweet pepper
• 125 gr almond (powder)
• 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp paprika powder
Preparation:
• Roast the peppers over a fire until the skin is completely black.
• Insert the peppers into a plastic bag and tie it shut.
• Now you can easily remove the peel.
• Press the on/off button to turn on the device, choose the function “Sauce” and
press the on/off button to start the program. Stop the program if desired by
pressing the on/off button again.
• If necessary, season with pepper and salt.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Always disconnect the blender from the mains power supply before
cleaning.
• Do not clean the main body in a dishwasher. Do not immerse the main
body in water or any liquids.
• Clean the surface of the base unit and the outer of the jar with the
supplied sponge or with a soft, damp cloth. Rinse the lid in warm,
soapy water.
• To clean the inside of the jar, rinse and remove any remaining
ingredients.
Caution: the blades inside the jar are not removable and are very
sharp; extreme caution should be taken when cleaning the inside of
the jar.
• Fill the jar half full with warm water and add a couple drops of liquid dish
washing detergent to the jar.
• Install the lid and select the grinding program and let the blender clean
itself. If the jar is not completely clean you can repeat this method.
• After cleaning turn off the blender and rinse and drain the jar.
• Make sure the blender jar and the blades are completely dry before you
store it.
TROUBLE SHOOTING

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK
Let op: Gebruik de blender nooit zonder voedsel of vloeistof er in!
• Neem het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos. Verwijder stickers,
beschermende folie of plastic van het apparaat.
• Voordat u de Healthy Turbo Blender de eerste keer gaat gebruiken,
dient u de kan en het deksel met een vochtige doek te reinigen.
Pas op: de kan bevat erg scherpe messen, wees altijd voorzichtig
hiermee.
• Plaats de behuizing van de Healthy Turbo Blender op een
hittebestendige, stabiele ondergrond. Plaats de kan op de juiste manier
op de behuizing.
• De Healthy Turbo Blender heeft verschillende veiligheidsmaatregelen
zoals een beveiliging op het deksel en een veiligheidsschakelaar op de
motorbasis.
• Zorg ervoor dat de kan op de juiste manier geplaatst is, met het
handvat naar rechts wijzend.
• Doe het deksel op de kan, draai dit rechtsom tot de pijl op het deksel in
lijn ligt met de pijl bovenop het handvat.
• Zorg dat de vulbeker in het deksel zit en draai deze rechtsom om
te vergrendelen. Als de vulbeker niet juist geplaatst is, is er kans op
spatten.
• Als alles op een correcte manier geplaatst is, steekt u de stekker
van de Healthy Turbo Blender in het stopcontact, wanneer alle
veiligheidsschakelaars ontgrendeld zijn, klinkt er een pieptoon.
• Druk vervolgens op de aan/uit schakelaar om de Healthy Turbo Blender
aan te zetten. Het scherm licht op wat aangeeft dat de Healthy Turbo
Blender aan staat.
Let op: na een minuut zonder activiteit schakelt de Healthy Turbo
Blender automatisch uit.

GEBRUIK
Algemeen
Opmerking: voeg geen hete vloeistoffen of ingrediënten toe aan de
Healthy Turbo Blender.
• Snijd alle ingrediënten in stukjes van 2-3 cm en doe deze in de Healthy
Turbo Blender en zorg ervoor dat de ingrediënten niet boven de MAX
markering in de kan uitkomen.
• Ingrediënten toevoegen tijdens het proces kan gedaan worden via de
vulopening in het midden van het deksel. Verwijder of ontgrendel het
deksel niet omdat hierdoor het programma zal stoppen.
• Elke onderbreking zal het programma annuleren. Opnieuw starten
zal ervoor zorgen dat de meng stadia worden herhaald wat het
eindresultaat kan beïnvloeden.
• Om het programma te allen tijde te stoppen, drukt u simpel op de aan/
uit knop.
Instelling voor handmatig gebruik
• Als de kan en het deksel correct zijn geplaatst (zie hoofdstuk “voor
het eerste gebruik”) kunt u de Healthy Turbo Blender aanzetten. Het
scherm licht op, de standaardstand is “3” en de standaardtijd is 00,40
minuten.
• Gebruik de tijdknoppen om de tijd te verhogen (+) of verlagen (-)
en gebruik de snelheidsknoppen om de snelheid te verhogen (+)
of verlagen (-) (gebruik geen lage stand voor het mengen van hard
voedsel).
• Druk op de aan/uit knop om het mengen te starten. Tijdens het gebruik
kan de tijd aangepast worden.
• Om het proces te onderbreken kunt u de aan/uit knop gebruiken.
Puls knop
Gebruik de PULS knop om korte tijd te mengen, druk de PULS knop in en
houd deze ingedrukt om te mengen, laat de knop los om te stoppen.
Voorkeuze programma's
• Als de kan en het deksel correct zijn geplaatst (zie hoofdstuk “voor het
eerste gebruik”) kunt u de Healthy Turbo Blender aanzetten.
• U kunt nu kiezen tussen 6 verschillende voorkeuze mengprogramma's
(IJs, Fruit, Malen, Soep, Smoothie en Saus).
• Nadat u een programma gekozen hebt, zal de afbeelding van het
gekozen programma op het scherm oplichten, de startsnelheid en
resterende tijd worden weergegeven.
• Druk op de aan/uit knop om het gekozen programma te starten,
druk nogmaals op de aan/uit knop om het lopende programma te
onderbreken.
Opmerking: de blender zal uitschakelen als u het programma
onderbreekt, na het onderbreken kunt u niet verdergaan met het
programma op het punt waar u het gestopt hebt.

IJs programma
Min en/of Max vullen Maximum 12 ijsblokjes (500ml.)
Programma doel Het ijsprogramma is een speciale instelling voor het
vermalen van ijs.
Duur 45 seconden

De blender mengt met korte pulserende bewegingen en
tussen elke puls staat de blender 2 seconden stil.
Extra informatie Voor een beter resultaat kunt u de stamper gebruiken.
Het voorkeuzeprogramma is ontwikkeld voor gemiddelde
eisen. Als het programma niet aan uw eisen voldoet, kunt
u uw eigen programma instellen zoals omschreven in het
hoofdstuk “instelling voor handmatig gebruik”.
Recept
Frozen Margarita
Wat heb je nodig:
• 0.5 dl Tequila

Werkwijze:
• Wrijf met een halve limoen over de rand van het glas.
• Dep de rand van het glas in het zout om een zoutrand te verkrijgen.
• Doe alle ingrediënten in de blender.
• Voeg ijsblokjes toe naar eigen smaak.
• Druk de “on/off” knop om het apparaat aan te zetten, kies de functie “Ice” en
druk de “on/off” knop om het programma te starten. Stop het programma
indien gewenst door nogmaals de “on/off” knop te drukken.
• Schenk de cocktail in de glazen en werk af met een schijfje limoen.
Fruit
Programma doel Het Fruit programma is speciaal voor het mengen van
allerlei soorten bevroren fruit.
Duur 40 seconden

De blender start op stand drie, in de eerste seconden zal
de snelheid elke seconde omhoog gaan, in de resterende
seconden zal de blender op de hoogste stand werken.
Extra informatie Zorg dat eventuele pitten verwijderd zijn.

eisen. Als het programma niet aan uw eisen voldoet, kunt
u uw eigen programma instellen zoals omschreven in het

Werkwijze:
• Doe deze ingrediënten in de blender.
• Druk de “on/off” knop om het apparaat aan te zetten, kies de functie “Fruit” en

Wat heb je nodig:
• 1 blik kikkererwten (400gr – uitgelekt +- 270 gr)
• 350 g geroosterde paprika (vers of blik)
• 100 gr roomkaas
• 1 tl paprikapoeder
• 1 tl limoensap
• 1 klein teentje knoflook
Werkwijze:
• Laat de kikkererwten uitlekken en spoel deze af onder koud water.
• Doe de kikkererwten en geroosterde paprika samen met de roomkaas, kruiden
en limoensap in de blender.

informatie
• We raden aan het “soep” programma gedurende 6 minuten te
gebruiken en de soep verder te verwarmen op het gas.
• Gebruik de blender niet voor soep waar vlees in zit, de blender is
alleen geschikt voor gladde soepen.
• Uw soep kan rechtstreeks vanuit de kan geserveerd worden,
maar wees voorzichtig bij het verwijderen van het deksel omdat
deze erg heet kan zijn.
• Als u heet water gebruikt om soep te maken, gebruik de blender
dan niet langer dan 3 minuten.

• 2 bussels veldsla
• 1 mango
• 1 courgette
• ½ cm gember
Werkwijze:
• Schil de mango, snijd de courgette in grove stukken en was de veldsla doe
deze 3 ingrediënten in de blender.
• Druk de “on/off” knop om het apparaat aan te zetten, kies de functie
“Smoothie” en druk de “on/off” knop om het programma te starten. Stop het
programma indien gewenst door nogmaals de “on/off” knop te drukken.
• Voeg bij 20 seconden de gember toe.
• Tip: Gebruik mango en courgette uit de koelkast voor een koude smoothie.

Programma doel Het sausprogramma is een speciale instelling voor het
vermalen van sauzen.

Programma instelling De blender mengt met korte pulserende bewegingen
en tussen elke puls staat de blender 1 seconde stil. De
laatste 23 seconden zal de blender op de hoogste stand
mengen.

Romesco salsa
Wat heb je nodig:
• 4 kleine tomaten, zonder zaadjes
• 1 teentje knoflook
• 1 dl olijfolie
• 1 paprika
• 125 gr amandel(poeder)
• 1 mespunt cayennepeper
• 1 th gerookt paprikapoeder
Werkwijze:
• Rooster de paprika boven een vuur totdat de schil volledig zwart is.
• Steek de paprika in een plastic zakje en knoop het dicht.
• Nu kan je makkelijk de schil verwijderen.
• Druk de “on/off” knop om het apparaat aan te zetten, kies de functie “Sauce” en
druk de “on/off” knop om het programma te starten. Stop het programma indien
gewenst door nogmaals de “on/off” knop te drukken.
• Breng eventueel op smaak met peper en zout

REINIGEN EN ONDERHOUD
• Haal altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u de blender gaat
schoonmaken.
• Doe de behuizing niet in de vaatwasser. Dompel de behuizing nooit
onder in water of andere vloeistoffen.
• Reinig de buitenkant van de behuizing en de buitenkant van de kan met
de meegeleverde spons of met een zachte, vochtige doek. Was het
deksel af in warm water met zeep.
• Om de binnenkant van de kan schoon te maken, spoelt u deze af en
verwijdert u alle achterblijvende ingrediënten.
Voorzichtig: de messen in de kan zijn niet verwijderbaar en zijn
zeer scherp; daarom dient u uitermate voorzichtig te zijn bij het
schoonmaken van de binnenkant van de kan.
• Vul de kan voor de helft met water en een paar druppels afwasmiddel.
• Plaats het deksel en kies het programma “malen” en laat de blender
zichzelf reinigen. Als de kan niet helemaal schoon is, kunt u deze stap
nogmaals herhalen.
• Na het reinigen zet u de blender uit en spoelt u de kan af.
• Zorg ervoor dat de kan en messen helemaal droog zijn voor u deze
opruimt.

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
Remarque : Ne faites jamais fonctionner le blender à vide !
• Sortez l'appareil et les accessoires de la boîte. Enlevez les autocollants
et le film de protection de l’appareil.
• Avant la première utilisation du Blender Turbo Sain, nettoyez le bol et le
couvercle avec un chiffon humide.
Attention : le bol contient des lames très coupantes, manipulez-le
toujours avec précaution.
• Placez le corps principal du Blender Turbo Sain sur une surface stable
et résistante à la chaleur. Placez le bol sur le socle correctement.
• Le Blender Turbo Sain est muni de plusieurs dispositifs de protection,
d'un système de verrouillage du couvercle, ainsi que d'un arrêt de
sécurité sur le bloc-moteur.
• Vérifiez que le bol et bien placé avec la poignée vers la droite.
• Mettez le couvercle sur le bol, tournez le couvercle dans le sens des
aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à ce que la flèche sur le couvercle soit
alignée avec celle sur la poignée.
• Vérifiez que le verre doseur est bien en place dans le couvercle, puis
tournez-le dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre pour le verrouiller. Si
le verre doseur est mal placé, il y a un risque d'éclaboussures.
• Si tout est correctement installé, branchez le Blender Turbo Sain au
secteur, et si tous les interrupteurs de sécurité sont déverrouillés un bip
retentit.
• Appuyez sur le bouton marche/arrêt pour allumer le Blender Turbo Sain.
L'affichage s'allumera, indiquant que le Blender Turbo Sain est sous
tension.
Remarque : au bout d'une minute d'inactivité, le Blender Turbo Sain
s'éteindra automatiquement.
