Owner’s Manual
Promate 100 is a powerbank with AC and DC outputs. 220VAC output is suitable for small household appliances.
This device also supplies 12VDC, and 5V (USB), which are applicable to a variety of DC powered items. It also has a
Type-C port which can be used as a fast charger.
Technical Parameters:
1. Two (2) 5V, 2A USB ports, Total output: 3A
2. One (1), 1W, 12VDC LED light

8. 14.8V/6.6Ah (97.68Wh) lithium ion (Li-Ion) battery

（1）Please make sure you follow carefully the instructions mentioned in this manual before using this device to
ensure safety operation. Keep the manual at a proper place.
（2）Make sure you fully charge this device before using it for the first time.
（3）Consider the rating and type of loads before you connect to this device. Connect only prescribed device and
appliances to this device.
（4）Keep this device in a place out from reach of children.
（5）Don’t use and store this device under extreme temperature, otherwise, this will damage its internal parts.

Features and Functions:

Charging Instructions (See Page 3 for reference)
You can charge your Promate 100 using three (3) different methods:
Method 1: Connect AC Adapter to Port 5
Method 2: Connect Type-C USB to port 8
When charging, the battery indicator will show a pulsing battery level (see image below)
Operating Instructions:
1. When using USB port, please press DC ON-OFF.
2. When using 220V AC Output port, please press AC ON-OFF for 5s to Turn ON/OFF.
3. When AC ON-OFF is pressed for more than 10s, the machine will lock itself.
Please restart it by pressing DC ON-OFF to turn it on, and then press AC ON-OFF for 5s.
4. Press DC ON-OFF for 5s to Turn ON/OFF the LED light.
5. Type-C port can be for Charging and Discharging.

Electrical Safety:
（1）Handle this device with care. Rough handling will damage its internal parts.
（2）Don’t immerse this device. This might damage the circuit board and other parts, and this might short-circuit
the device.
（3）Please use accessories provided in this set.
（4）Plug in to this device only gadgets and small appliances prescribed by the supplier.
（5）Do not dismantle the device. In case of battery failure or any malfunction, please contact the supplier.
Otherwise, this might void its warranty
（6）Do not jerk, knot, sharply bend, or abuse the power cords
（7）Do not expose the cords at very high temperature
（8）When disconnecting the cords, pull on the plug. Do not pull on the cord
（9）Make sure the cords are not pinched, peeled, or cut on its insulation.

（1）Do not put the battery exposed to fire to avoid injury.
（2）Do not dismantle the battery. because the electrolyte of battery contains strong acid and other hazardous
substances, which would cause injury on skin and eyes. In case of exposed in the electrolyte, please wash with clean
water and go to hospital immediately.
（3）Please do not short the terminals of the battery. Otherwise, it will lead to short-circuit or electrical and fire
accidents.
Precautions of Usage:
The product life and reliability may be affected by operating environment and preservation methods. therefore,
please avoid using under the following environment:
a. Exceed the specified specifications (temperature 0-40°C, relative humidity 20% -90%), high, low temperature or
humid places.
b. Vibration or easily shocked places.
c. Places filled with metal powder and dust, corrosive substances, salt and flammable gas.
d. If left for a long period with no use, the solar inverter must be stored in dry environment. Storage temperature: -
20-55°C. To use the battery the temperature should be warmed up to 0°C or higher, keep the temperature for some
time before using.

Warranty Coverage: Powertech Asia Pacific Inc., (the Company) warrants to the original retail customer that it will
repair or replace, free of charge, any parts found by the Company or its authorized service representative to be
defective in material or workmanship. This warranty covers the cost of replacement parts and labor for defects in
material or workmanship.
Not Covered:
• Transportation charges for sending the product to the Company or its authorized service representative for
warranty service, or for shipping repaired or replacement products back to the customer; these charges must be
borne by the customer.
• Damages caused by abuse or accident, and the effects of corrosion, erosion and normal wear and tear.
• Warranty is voided if the customer fails to install, maintain and operate the product in accordance with the
instructions and recommendations of the Company set forth in the owner's manual, or if the product is used as
rental equipment.
• The Company will not pay for repairs or adjustments to the product, or for any costs or labor, performed without
the Company's prior authorization.
• Consumable parts such as battery, spark plug and air cleaner.
Warranty Period: One (1) year from the date of purchase on products used solely for consumer applications; if a
product is used for business or commercial applications,
the warranty period will be limited to ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
For warranty service, the customer must provide dated proof of purchase and must notify the Company within the
warranty period.
