FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RGH0007BK REAR HUGGER FOR
Honda NC700X/S/DCT/Integra&NC750X&S
THIS KIT CONTAINS THE ITEMS PICTURED AND LABELLED BELOW.
DO NOT PROCEED UNTIL YOU ARE SURE ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT.
Please note that the way the kit is packed does not necessarily represent the way of
mounting to the bike
Kit Contents:
1 x HONDA HUGGER HUG0007 (WITH VELCRO ADHESIVE PADS IN POSITION).
2 x M5x20mm LONG BUTTON HEAD BOLTS.
1 x 10/32x3/4” SELF-TAPPING SCREWS.
2 x 3/8” P-CLIPS.
2 x M5 WASHERS.
2 x SMALL CABLE-TIES.
1 x R&G LARGE BUBBLE STICKER.
TOOLS REQUIRED
3mm A/F METRIC ALLEN KEY.
5mm A/F METRIC ALLEN KEY.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
REMOVE THE SCREW ARROWED IN PICTURE 1.
REMOVE THE TWO BOLTS BOLT ARROWED IN PICTURE 2.
REMOVE PLASTIC CABLE CLAMP LABELLED ‘A’ IN PICTURE 2.
OFFER THE R&G HUGGER INTO POSITION AND ALIGN WITH THE HOLES.
USE THE NEW SELF-TAPPING SCREW FROM THE KIT AND FIT IN POSITION AS
SHOWN IN PICTURE 3 (ONLY ENGAGE BY 5mm AT THIS STAGE), PLEASE NOTE
THE HUGGER LOCATION SITS UNDER THE ORIGINAL CHAIN GUIDE.
PLACE TWO OF THE NEW BOLTS AND WASHERS FROM KIT THROUGH THE NEW
BRAKE LINE CLAMPING BRACKETS (P-CLIPS) AND INTO THE SWING-ARM ON THE
RIGHT HAND SIDE AS SHOWN IN PICTURES 4 AND 5 (ONLY ENGAGE BY 5mm AT
THIS STAGE).
GENTLY LIFT THE HUGGER AND REMOVE THE BACKING OF ALL THE VELCRO
STRIPS AND PRESS THE HUGGER FIRMLY INTO POSITION.
TIGHTEN ALL THREE BOLTS ENSURING THE HUGGER IS CENTRAL AND HAS
ADEQUATE FROM THE SIDES AND RADIALLY FROM THE WHEEL.
USE THE TWO CABLE TIES TO SECURE THE ABS WIRING AS ARROWED IN
PICTURES 4 AND 5.

CONSUMER NOTICE
The catalogue description and any exhibition of samples are only broad indications of the Products and R&G may make design
changes which do not diminish their performance or visual appeal and supplying them in such state shall conform to the order. The
Buyer acknowledges no representation or warranty (other than as to title) has been given or will apply to the Products other than those
in R&G’s order or confirmation and the Buyer confirms it has chosen the Products as being of merchantable quality and suitable for
its particular purposes. Where R&G fits the Products or undertakes other services it shall exercise reasonable skill and care and rectify
any fault free of charge unless the workmanship has been disturbed. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the warranty on the
motorcycle is not affected by the fitting of the Products. On return of any defective Products R&G shall at its option either supply a
replacement or refund the purchase money but shall not be liable if the Products have been modified or used or maintained otherwise
than in accordance with R&G’s or manufacturer’s instructions and good engineering practice or if the defect arises from accident or
neglect. Other than identified above and subject to R&G not limiting its liability for causing death and personal injury, it shall not be
liable for indirect or consequential loss and otherwise its liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or
the fitting or service concerned. These terms do not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights.
R&G RACING RETURNS POLICY (NON-FAULTY GOODS)
Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if they were
purchased direct from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor. Goods must be in re-
sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G Racing. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25% of the gross value
exc. P&P –at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The customer must pay any and all carriage charges. No returns of
discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does not refer to faulty
goods.

Vérifier le contenu de la boite avant de déballer les pièces. Ne pas procéder au
montage s’en s’être assuré au préalable que les articles soient bien présents.
La façon dont le kit est emballé ne représente pas nécessairement la façon de le monter sur la moto.
Le kit doit contenir:
1 x Garde boue HUG0007 (Avec velcros)
2 x M5x20mm Longs boulons à tête ronde
2 x 10/32x3/4” Vis auto tarraudeuses
2 x 3/8” P-Clips
2 x M5 Rondelles
2 x Petits attaches câbles
1 x R&G Sticker en gomme
Outils requis
Clefs Allen 3 et 5 mm
Tournevis cruciforme

Enlever la vis (photo 1)
Enlever les 2 boulons (photo 2)
Enlever l’agraffe de cable en plastic (photo 2)
Mettre le garde boue en position en l’alignant avec les trous.
Utiliser la nouvelle vis auto tarraudeuse du kit et la mettre en position (photo 3) (Ne l’engager
qu’à 5mm à ce stade du montage). ). NOTEZ QUE L’EMPLACEMENT DU GARDE
BOUE SE SITUE SOUS LE GUIDE DE CHAINE.
Placer 2 des nouveaux boulons et rondelles du kit à travers le nouveau support de ligne de freins
(P-Clips) et dans le bras oscillant du coté droit (photos 4 et 5) (Ne les engager qu’à 5mm à ce stade
du montage).
Enlever délicatement le garde boue et enlever le support de tous les bandeaux de Velcro puis
presser fermement le garde boue pour le mettre en position.
Serrer les 3 boulons en s’assurant que le garde boue soit bien centre et soit bien dégagé de la roue.
Utiliser les 2 attaches câbles pour fixer le câblaghe d’ABS (photo 4 et 5).
