In caso di caricamento della macchina su mezzo di trasporto mediante l’utilizzo di rampe, prestare attenzione alla PENDENZA e al punto CRITICO come
indicato nel gurino seguente:

When loading the machine onto a vehicle using ramps, pay attention to the SLOPE and the CRITICAL point, as shown in the following gure:

Pour charger la machine sur un moyen de transport à l’aide de rampes, faire attention à l’INCLINAISON et au point CRITIQUE comme indiqué sur la gure
suivante:

Wenn die Maschine mithilfe von Rampen auf das Transportfahrzeug geladen wird, muss wie in der Abbildung gezeigt auf die NEIGUNG und den KRITI-
SCHEN Punkt aufgepasst werden:

Let bij het laden van de machine op een transportmiddel met oprijplaten op de HELLING en het KRITIEKE punt zoals aangegeven in de volgende afbeel-
ding:

Con temperature a 0°C e inferiori, Vericare ed eventualmente togliere completamente l’acqua dai serbatoi e relative tubazioni al termine di ogni lavoro
o se la macchina deve rimanere ferma per un determinato periodo di tempo.
!Danger! Frost Hazard
With temperatures of 0°C or below, check and eventually fully remove
water from tanks and hoses at the end of each job or if the machine is
unused for a certain period of time.
!Attention! Risque de gel
Avec des températures inférieures ou égales à 0°C, vérier et, si nécess-
aire, retirer complètement l’eau des réservoirs et des tuyaux associés à
la n de chaque travail ou si la machine doit rester immobile pendant
un certain temps.
!Frostgefahr!
Bei Temperaturen gleich/unter 0°C, das Wasser im Tank und in den Lei-
tungen überprüfen und eventuell vollständig entleeren, und zwar nach
jeder Arbeitsschicht oder wenn die Maschine für einen bestimmten Zei-
traum nicht betrieben wird.
!Let op! Gevaar voor bevriezing
Bij temperaturen van 0°C of lager, moet het water in de tanks en de
bijbehorende leidingen na iedere werkdienst, of wanneer de machi-
ne gedurende bepaalde tijd blijft stilstaan, gecontroleerd worden en
eventueel weggenomen worden.

Eventuele verzoeken tot assistentie moeten gedaan worden na een nauwkeurige

10. Die Entsorgung des aufgesammelten Schmutzes muss unter Beachtung

VORSICHT!
Trotz der Reinigung der Lösungsmitteltanks während der Montage und
den Abnahmetests könnten in den ersten Betriebsstunden der Maschi-
ne noch einige Bearbeitungsrückstände aus Kunststo vorhanden sein.

NORME DI SICUREZZA GENERALI
GENERAL SAFETY REGULATIONS
La macchina descritta nel presente manuale è stata costruita in conformità
alla Direttiva Comunitaria sulle macchine 2006/42/CE (Direttiva Macchine). È obbligo
del responsabile della gestione della macchina attenersi alle direttive comunitarie e
alle leggi nazionali vigenti, nei riguardi dell’ambiente di lavoro, ai ni della sicurezza
e della salute degli operatori. Prima della messa in funzione, eettuare sempre i con-
trolli preliminari.
Indicazioni per lo scarico e il disimballo della macchina
!Pericolo! Lesioni e danneggiamento.
• Non sollevare la macchina con dispositivi di sollevamento ad esempio:
carrelli elevatori, gru ecc,.
• Disimballare la macchina facendo attenzione di non danneggiarla,
NON USARE UTENSILI PER QUESTO SCOPO.
• Dopo aver disimballato la macchina controllare se è completa e fun-
zionante, se così non fosse, è VIETATO usare la macchina. Contattare il
servizio assitenza autorizzata.
Sicurezze generali
!Attenzione!
• É vietato l’utilizzo della macchina in aree a rischio di esplosione (ad
esempio: stazioni di servizio). Tutte le norme sulla sicurezza devono
essere rispettate.
• La messa in funzione della macchina deve esser eetuata solamente da

della macchina autorizzato o lo stesso operatore devono garantire la
protezione contro la messa in moto involontaria ruotando la chiave di
avviamento su posizione“0” ed estrarla.
• La chiave di accensione della macchina deve esser riposta in un luogo
sicuro e accessibile solo all’operatore o dal responsabile della gestione
della macchina.
Indumenti di lavoro
!Attenzione!
• Utilizzare sempre indumenti di lavoro a norma che non pregiucano la
sicurezza dell’operatore.
• Indossare indumenti attilati, scarpe, guanti e copricapo di sicurezza.
• Non indossare monili, collane, anelli o simile.
Norme di sicurezza riguardo l’uso della macchina
!Pericolo!
Oltre alle norme previste dalla legislazione, il responsabile della gestione
della macchina deve istruire gli operatori autorizzati su quanto segue:
• Usare la macchina in condizioni tecnicamente ineccepibili e conformi
alla sua destinazione. L’operatore non deve aver assunto sostanze stu-
pafecenti o essere in stato di ebrezza.
• Durante la fase di lavoro fare attenzione a cose, persone e sopratutto
bambini.
• Non abbandonare la macchina con il motore acceso. Se necessario, pri-
ma ruotare la chiave avviamento su posizione“0”per spegnere il moto-
re, attivare il freno di stazionamento, estrarre la chiave di avviamento.
• Sorvegliare che, la macchina non venga utilizzata da bambini e da per-
sone non autorizzate o con problemi psichici, mentali o sensoriali e da
persone senza esperienza.
• Le protezioni sse e/o mobili compreso il cofano e supporto sedile de-
vono rimanere sempre nella loro sede, correttamente ssate.
• Se, per qualunque motivo, dette protezioni vengono rimosse, disinse-
rite o cortocircuitate, è obbligo ripristinarle prima di rimettere in fun-
zione la macchina.
• L’apertura della cofanatura deve avvenire solo quando i motori non
sono in funzione, e si è tolta la tensione togliendo la chiave avviamento.
• É vietato usare la macchina in ambienti pericolosi, in presenza di vapori
o fumi tossici qualora la macchina fosse priva di cabina chiusa.
• È assolutamente vietato aspirare sostanze inammabili e/o tossiche.
• È assolutamente vietato “toccare” le parti in movimento della macchi-
na; nel caso fosse assolutamente necessario, prima fermare il funziona-
mento della macchina e rimuovere la chiave di avviamento.
• É vietato usare la macchina in ambienti pericolosi, in presenza di vapori
o fumi tossici
• È assolutamente vietato trasportare persone oltre all’operatore.
The machine described in this manual has been constructed in accordance
with the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (Machinery Directive). The person in
charge of the machine is responsible for complying with EC directives and local
regulations on the working environment to ensure the health and safety of opera-
tives. Always perform the preliminary checks before starting the machine.
Machine unloading and unpacking instructions
!Danger! Injury and damage.
Do not lift the machine using lifting devices such as forklifts, cranes, etc.
Unpack the machine taking care not to damage it, DO NOT USE ANY TOOL
FOR THIS PURPOSE.
After unpacking the machine, check that it is complete and working. If that
were not the case, using it is FORBIDDEN. Contact the authorised service.
General safety devices
!Caution!
Using the machine in explosion risk areas (such as service stations) is for-
bidden. All safety rules must be complied with.
Machine commissioning must be carried out exclusively by an authorised
and trained operator. The operator or authorised person in charge of ma-
naging the machine must ensure protection against accidental start up by
turning the ignition key to“0” and removing it.
The machine ignition key must be stored in a safe place, that can be acces-
sed only by the operator or the person in charge of managing the machine.
Work clothing
!Caution!
Always wear work clothing that are in accordance to the regulations and do
not endanger the safety of the operator.
Wear tight garments, shoes, gloves and protective headgear.
Do not wear jewellery, necklaces, rings or similar objects.
Safety regulations on machine use
!Danger!
In addition to the regulations envisaged, the person in charge of the machi-
ne must inform the authorised operators of the following rules:
• Only use the machine under impeccable technical conditions, which
conform to its intended use. The operator must not have taken drugs
or alcohol.
• When working, be careful with objects, people and in particular chil-
dren.
• Do not leave the machine with the engine on. If necessary, engage the
parking brake before turning the ignition key to “0” to switch o the
engine, then remove the key.
• Ensure that the machine is not used by children and unauthorised
people or with psychiatric, mental or sensory problems, as well as
unexperienced people.
• The xed and/or moving guards including hood and seat mount must
always be left in place, correctly secured.
• If the guards are removed, disconnected or short-circuited for any
reason, they must be restored before the machine is put back into
operation.
• Open the bonnet only when the engines are not working and after the
power has been cut o by removing the ignition key.
• If the machine is not equipped with a closed cabin, do not use it in
dangerous areas and with toxic fumes and vapours.
• It is strictly forbidden to inhale ammable and/or toxic substances.
• It is strictly forbidden to touch the moving parts of the machine.
Should it be necessary to do so, stop the machine and remove the
ignition key beforehand.
• Do not use the machine in dangerous areas with toxic fumes and va-
pours.
• It is strictly forbidden to carry people other than the operator.

La machine décrite dans le présent manuel a été réalisée en conformité avec la

Instructions pour décharger et déballer la machine
!Danger! Blessures et dommages.
• Il ne faut pas soulever la machine avec des dispositifs de levage par exem-
ple: chariots élévateurs à fourche, grues, etc.
• Il faut déballer la machine en prenant soin de ne pas l’endommager, NE
PAS UTILISER D’OUTILS.
• Après avoir déballé la machine, vérier qu’elle est complète et fonctionne,
dans le cas contraire, il est INTERDIT d’utiliser la machine. Contacter le SAV.
Sécurité générale
!Attention!
• Il est interdit d’utiliser la machine dans les zones à risque d’explosion
(comme les stations-service). Toutes les règles de sécurité doivent être re-
spectées.
• La mise en service de la machine ne doit être eectuée que par un opérat-
eur autorisé et formé. Le responsable de la gestion de la machine autorisé
ou l’opérateur lui-même doit assurer la protection contre un démarrage
intempestif en tournant la clé de contact à la position «0» et en la retirant.
• La clé de contact de la machine doit être stockée dans un endroit sûr et
accessible uniquement à l’opérateur ou à la personne responsable de la
gestion de la machine.
Vêtements de travail
!Attention!
• Il faut toujours porter des vêtements de travail qui ne compromettent pas
la sécurité de l’opérateur.
• Il faut porter des vêtements serrés, des chaussures, des gants et des ca-
sques de sécurité.
• Il ne faut pas porter de bijoux, colliers, bagues ou similaires.
Règles de sécurité concernant l’utilisation de la machine
!Danger!
En plus des normes prévues, le responsable de la gestion de la machine doit
pourvoir à la formation des opérateurs en ce qui concerne:
• Utiliser la machine dans des conditions techniquement parfaites et confor-
mément à sa destination. L’opérateur ne doit pas avoir pris de drogues ou
être ivre.
• Pendant la phase de travail, faire attention aux choses, aux personnes et
en particulier aux enfants.
• Il ne faut pas laisser la machine en marche. Si nécessaire, positionner d’a-
bord la clé de contact sur «0» pour éteindre le moteur, activer le frein de
stationnement et retirer la clé de contact.
• Veiller à ce que la machine ne soit pas utilisée par des enfants et des per-
sonnes non autorisées ou sourant de troubles psychiques, mentaux ou
sensoriels et par des personnes sans expérience.
• Les protections xes et/ou mobiles, le capot et le support siège compris,
doivent toujours rester dans leur logement, parfaitement xés.
• Si pour une quelconque raison ces protections sont enlevées, déclenchées
ou court-circuitées, il faut absolument les rétablir avant de remettre en
marche la machine.
• Avant d’ouvrir le capot, les moteurs doivent être arrêtés et la tension
coupée en retirant la clé de contact.
• Il est interdit d’utiliser la machine dans des environnements dangereux, en
présence de vapeurs ou de fumées toxiques si la machine est sans cabine
fermée.
• Il est impérativement interdit d’aspirer des substances inammables et/
ou toxiques.
• Il est strictement interdit de «toucher» les parties mobiles de la machine;
si absolument nécessaire, arrêter d’abord le fonctionnement de la machi-
ne et retirer la clé de démarrage.
• Il est interdit d’utiliser la machine dans des environnements dangereux, en
présence de vapeurs ou de fumées toxiques.
• Le transport de personnes se limite uniquement à l’opérateur.
Die im vorliegenden Handbuch beschriebene Maschine wurde gemäß Richtlinie
2006/42/EG über Maschinen (Maschinenrichtlinie) gebaut. Der Verantwortliche für die Ma-
schinenleitung muss die EU-Richtlinien und die geltenden Landesgesetze bezüglich Arbeit-
sumfeld, Sicherheit und Gesundheit der Bediener beachten.Vor der Inbetriebnahme müssen

Hinweise zum Entladen und Auspacken der Maschine
!
Gefahr! Verletzungen und Schäden.
• Die Maschine nicht mit Hebevorrichtungen heben, zum Beispiel: Gabel-
stapler, Kräne usw.
• Das Gerät vorsichtig auspacken ohne es zu beschädigen, DAZU KEINE WERK-
ZEUGEVERWENDEN.
• Nach dem Auspacken der Maschine sicherstellen, dass sie komplett und
funktionstüchtig ist; sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, darf die Maschine nicht
verwendet werden. Den autorisierten Kundendienst kontaktieren.
Allgemeine Sicherheitsnormen

Achtung!
• Es ist verboten, die Maschine in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen zu verwen-
den (z.B.Tankstellen). Alle Sicherheitsnormen müssen befolgt werden.
• Die Maschine darf nur von autorisiertem und ausgebildetem Personal in Be-
trieb genommen werden. Das für die Bedienung der Maschine verantwortli-
che Personal und der Bediener selbst müssen verhindern, dass die Maschine
versehentlich in Betrieb genommen werden könnte, indem sie den Zünds-
chlüssel in Position“0”drehen und abziehen.
• Der Zündschlüssel der Maschine muss an einem sicheren Ort, zu dem nur der
Bediener und das für die Verwaltung der Maschine verantwortliche Personal
Zugang haben, aufbewahrt werden.
Arbeitskleidung
!
Achtung!
• Immer die vorgeschriebene Arbeitskleidung, die Sicherheit des Bedieners
garantiert, tragen.
• Eng anliegende Kleidung, Sicherheitsschuhe, Schutzhandschuhe und
Schutzhelm tragen.
• Keinen Schmuck, Ketten, Ringe oder dergleichen tragen.
Sicherheitsnormen bezüglich des Gebrauchs der Maschine.

Gefahr!
Der Verantwortliche der Maschinenleitung muss die autorisierten Bediener über
die gesetzlich vorgesehenenVorschriften und über folgende Punkte ausbilden:
• Die Maschine muss in einwandfreien und zweckmäßigen technischen Zu-
ständen betrieben werden. Der Bediener darf keine Drogen genommen ha-
ben oder in einem Zustand derTrunkenheit sein.
• Während der Arbeitsphase muss auf Gegenstände, Personen und vor allem
Kinder geachtet werden.
• Die Maschine niemals bei laufendem Motor unbewacht lassen. Im Bedarfsfall
zuvor den Zündschlüssel in Position“0”drehen, um den Motor auszuschalten,
die Feststellbremse ziehen und den Zündschlüssel herausziehen.
• Sicherstellen, dass die Maschine nicht von Kindern, nicht autorisierten Perso-
nen bzw. Personen mit psychischen und geistigen Problemen, Sinnesbeein-
trächtigungen und Mangel an Erfahrung gebraucht wird.
• Die festen und/oder beweglichen Schutzvorrichtungen, inklusive Haube und
Sitzhalterung, dürfen nie abmontiert werden und müssen gut festgemacht
sein.
• Falls diese Schutzvorrichtungen aus irgendeinem Grund entfernt, abmon-
tiert oder kurzgeschlossen werden, müssen sie vor erneuter Inbetriebnahme
der Maschine wieder hergestellt werden.
• Vor dem Önen der Hauben ist sicherzustellen, dass der Motor ausgeschaltet
und der Zündschlüssel abgezogen ist.
• Es ist verboten, die Maschine in gefährlichen Umgebungen oder in Anwe-
senheit von giftigem Dampf oder Rauch zu gebrauchen, falls sie nicht über
eine geschlossene Kabine verfügt.
• Es ist streng verboten, entzündbare und/oder giftige Substanzen abzusau-
gen.
• Es ist streng verboten, Maschinenteile in Bewegung zu “berühren”; falls dies
unbedingt notwendig sein sollte, muss die Maschine zuvor ausgeschaltet und
der Zündschlüssel abgezogen werden.
• Es ist verboten, die Maschine in gefährlichen Umgebungen oder in Anwe-
senheit von giftigem Dampf oder Rauch zu gebrauchen.
• Es ist streng verboten, Personen zu transportieren, abgesehen vom Bediener.

ALGEMENE VEILIGHEIDSNORMEN
De machine beschreven in deze handleiding werd gebouwd in overeenstemming met de communautaire richtlijn betreende machines 2006/42/EG (Machine-
richtlijn). De verantwoordelijke voor het beheer van de machine moet zich verplicht aan de communautaire richtlijnen en aan de geldende nationale wetten houden
wat betreft de werkomgeving, teneinde de veiligheid en de gezondheid van de werknemers te vrijwaren. Voordat u de machine in werking stelt, dient u altijd eerst de
voorbereidende controles uit te voeren.
Instructies voor het lossen en uitpakken van de machine
!Gevaar! Letsel en schade.
• Til de machine niet op met heftoestellen zoals: vorkheftrucks, kranen, enz.
• Pak de machine uit en zorg ervoor dat deze niet wordt beschadigd. GEBRUIK GEEN HULPMIDDELEN VOOR DIT DOEL.
• Controleer na het uitpakken van de machine of deze compleet is en werkt, zo niet, dan is het VERBODEN de machine te gebruiken. Neem contact op
met de erkende hulpdienst.
Algemene beveiligingen

• Het is verboden de machine te gebruiken in omgevingen met explosiegevaar (bijv. tankstations). Alle veiligheidsvoorschriften moeten worden nage-
leefd.
• De machine mag alleen worden gestart door een geautoriseerde en getrainde operator. De persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer van de
geautoriseerde machine of de operator zelf moet de bescherming tegen onbedoeld starten garanderen door de contactsleutel in stand “0” te draaien
en deze eruit te halen.
• De contactsleutel van de machine moet op een veilige plaats worden bewaard en is alleen toegankelijk voor de operator of de persoon die de machine
beheert.
Werkkleding
!Let op!
• Gebruik altijd werkkleding die de veiligheid van de gebruiker niet in gevaar brengt.
• Draag nauwsluitende kleding, schoenen, handschoenen en veiligheidshelmen.
• Draag geen sieraden, kettingen, ringen en dergelijke.
Veiligheidsregels met betrekking tot het gebruik van de machine
!Gevaar!
Naast de normen voorzien door de wetgeving, moet de verantwoordelijke voor het beheer de geautoriseerde operators instructies geven wat betreft vol-
gende punten:
• Gebruik de machine in technisch onberispelijke omstandigheden en volgens de voorziene gebruiksbestemming. De gebruiker mag geen verdovende
middelen hebben ingenomen of onder de invloed zijn.
• Let tijdens de werkfase op dingen, mensen en vooral kinderen.
• Laat de machine niet achter terwijl de motor draait. Draai indien nodig eerst de contactsleutel in stand “0” om de motor te stoppen, activeer de parke-
errem en verwijder de contactsleutel.
• Houd er toezicht op dat de machine niet wordt gebruikt door kinderen en onbevoegden of door personen met psychische, mentale of sensorische
problemen en zonder ervaring.
• De vaste en/of beweeglijke beschermingen, met inbegrip van de motorkap en de steun van de stoel, moeten altijd correct vastgemaakt in hun zitting
blijven.
• Indien deze beschermingen om een of andere reden worden weggenomen, uitgeschakeld of in kortsluiting zijn, is het verplicht om deze te herstellen
voordat de machine in werking gesteld wordt.
• De motorkappen mogen enkel geopend worden wanneer de motors niet draaien, er geen spanning meer aanwezig is en de contactsleutel dus werd
verwijderd.
• Het is verboden om de machine in gevaarlijke omgevingen te gebruiken, waar giftige dampen of rook zijn, als de machine niet uitgerust is met een
gesloten cabine.
• Het is absoluut verboden om ontvlambare en/of giftige stoen op te zuigen.
• Het is absoluut verboden om bewegende machineonderdelen “aan te raken”; indien dit absoluut noodzakelijk is, dient u eerst de werking van de ma-
chine te stoppen en de contactsleutel te verwijderen.
• Het is verboden om de machine in gevaarlijke omgevingen te gebruiken, waar giftige dampen of rook zijn
• Het is absoluut verboden om andere personen dan de bediener te vervoeren.

NOTA BENE ! Durante l’accensione il pedale ac-
celeratore non deve esser azionato.
• La messa in movimento della macchina
può esser eettuata soltanto con l’ope-
ratore correttamente seduto sul sedile di
guida.
• Non utilizzare la macchina senza spazzole,
tergipavimento e gomme di tenuta.
• Se si riscontrano problemi all’apparato
frenante. Arrestare la macchina e contat-
tare il servizio di assistenza autorizzata.

• The machine can be moved only with the
operator properly seated on the driving

• If faults are detected in the braking sy-
stem, stop the machine and contact the
authorised technical service.

• Ne pas utiliser la machine sans brosses, ra-
clette et caoutchouc d’étanchéité.
• En cas de problèmes avec le système de
freinage. Arrêter la machine et contacter
le SAV.

• In der Startphase muss der Bediener zuerst sicherstellen, dass alle Steu-
erhebel, Schalter und Pedale auf Null gestellt sind.
HINWEIS ! Bei der Inbetriebnahme darf das Gaspedal nicht betätigt werden.
• Die Maschine darf nur in Betrieb genommen werden, wenn der Bediener
korrekt auf dem Fahrersitz Platz genommen hat.
• Die Maschine darf nicht ohne Bürsten, Saugfuß und Dichtungsgummi
verwendet werden.
• Im Falle von Problemen am Bremssystem die Maschine stoppen und den
autorisierten technischen Kundendienst verständigen.

!Gevaar! Instabiliteit van de machine.
Overschrijd geen hellingen groter dan aangegeven in het gedeelte “TECH-
NISCHE GEGEVENS”. Reis met minder snelheid door de bochten.
• Controleer voor elk gebruik of alle onderdelen en apparaten van de
machine in goede staat verkeren. Als dit niet het geval is, neemt u
contact op met de erkende technische assistentiedienst.
• Tijdens het opstarten moet de bestuurder eerst controleren of alle be-
dieningshendels, schakelaars en pedalen in de neutrale positie staan.
LET OP! Tijdens het starten mag het gaspedaal niet worden bediend.
• De machine kan alleen worden gestart als de bestuurder correct op
de bestuurdersstoel zit.
• Gebruik de machine niet zonder borstels, zuigmond en afdichtin-
gsrubbers.
• Als u problemen heeft met het remsysteem. Stop de machine en neem
contact op met de erkende hulpdienst.

• É VIETATO l’uso di gas per uso domestico e
gas da campeggio.
• Il personale autorizzato all’uso della mac-
china ha l’obbligo di acquisire tutte le in-
formazioni necessarie relative all’uso dei
gas liquidi in modo da svolgere il lavoro in
sicurezza.
• Il responsabile autorizzato alla manuten-
zione della macchina è tenuto ad intervalli
regolari o almeno una volta l’anno, fare
vericare il perfetto funzionamento e la
tenuta dell’impianto da personale quali-
cato che lo certicherà per iscritto secon-
do le normative e le direttive vigenti per i
veicoli alimentati a Benzina-GPL.
• il prelievo di gas deve avvenire solamen-
te da una sola bombola. Non è consentito
l’utilizzo di più bombole contemporanea-
mente, questo può causare un aumento di
pressione non consentito.
• La bombola del gas deve esser posizionata
in orrizontale, il collegamento a vite dell’
attacco in verticale e rivolto verso il basso
come da foto alla sezione “BOMBOLA DEL
GAS “VERSIONE BENZINA-GPL”(FIG.7)”.
• Prima di collegare la bombola del gas con-
trollare le condizioni del raccordo.
• La sostituzione o l’installazione della bom-
bola deve esser eettuata con cautela,
l’inserimento e la rimozione del l’ugello di
fuoriuscita del gas sulla valvola va sempre
“reso a tenuta”da un dado di raccordo che
verrà serrato da una chiave.
• Dopo aver montato la bombola vericare
la sua tenuta per mezzo di un prodotto
schiumogeno.
• Non utilizzare bombole del gas “non a te-
nuta”. Scaricare il gas all’aperto osservan-
do tutte le misure di sicurezza e contrasse-
gnarle come“non a tenuta”.
• Conferire le bombole del gas “non a te-
nuta” o danneggiate al noleggiatore o a
un centro autorizzato informandolo per
iscritto dei danni.
• Aprire le valvole del GPL lentamente senza
l’utilizzo di utensili o dispositivi a percus-
sione per l’apertura e la chiusura.
• In caso di incendo causato dalla fuoriusci-
ta di gas liquido, usare estintori ad anidri-
de carbonica o a CO2.
• Periodicamente controllare le condizioni
dei componenti e la tenuta dell ‘impianto
gas. É VIETATO utilizzare la macchina con
impianto a gas“non a tenuta.”
• Se necessario allentare le giunzioni dei
tubi rigidi o essibili dell’impianto, chiu-
dere sempre la valvola sulla bombola e
allentare lentamente e leggermente il suo
dado di raccordo in modo da evitare la
fuoriuscita di gas sotto pressione ancora
presente nelle condutture.
• Se la fornitura del gas è prelevata da un di-
stributore all’ingrosso, informarsi presso
di questo sulle norme vigenti.
!Danger of explosion
Do not handle liqueed gases as they were pe-
trol. Petrol evaporates slowly whereas liqueed
gas goes immediately to the gaseous state.The-
refore, the risk of ammability is higher than
petrol.
• Using domestic or camping gases IS STRI-
CTLY FORBIDDEN.
• Authorised personnel to use the machine
must acquire all required information re-
lating to the use of liqueed gases in order
to work under safe conditions.
• Personnel authorised to machine mainte-
nance is responsible for having qualied
technicians check the good working order
and the tightness of the system at regular
intervals or at least once a year, and certify
it in writing pursuant to applicable regula-
tions and standards for Petrol-LPG powe-
red vehicles.
• Gas must be taken from only one cylinder.
It is forbidden to use multiple cylinders
simultaneously, as it may cause a not per-
mitted pressure increase.
• The gas cylinder must be placed horizon-
tally, the threaded connection of the cou-
pling vertically and facing downwards as
shown in the picture in section“PETROL-L-
PG VERSION GAS CYLINDER (FIG.7)”.
• Check the state of the connector before
connecting the gas cylinder.
• Be careful when replacing or installing the
cylinder, the gas escape nozzle on the val-
ve must always be inserted and removed
under sealing conditions by a union nut
that will be tightened using a wrench.
• After tting the cylinder, ensure that it is
sealed by means of a foaming agent.
• Do not use unsealed gas cylinders. Let the
gas escape in open air in accordance with
all safety measures and mark them as“un-
sealed”.
• Return the “unsealed” or damaged gas
cylinders to the rental company or to an
authorised centre by notifying the dama-
ge in writing.
• Open the LPG valves slowly without using
tools or percussion devices for opening
and closing operations.
• In the event of re caused by liqueed gas
leakage, use carbon dioxide or CO2 re ex-
tinguishers.
• Periodically check the state of the compo-
nents and the gas system sealing. Using
the machine with an “unsealed” gas sy-
stem IS FORBIDDEN.
• If needed, loosen the joints of the system
pipes or hoses, always close the valve on
the cylinder and slowly and slightly loosen
its compression nut in order to prevent the
gases under pressure in the ducts from le-
aking.
• If the gas supply comes from a wholesale
distributor, ask them about applicable re-
gulations.

Danger! Explosion!
Ne pas traiter les gaz liquides comme s’il s’agissait
d’essence. L’essence s’évapore lentement tandis que
le gaz liquide passe immédiatement à la phase ga-
zeuse. Le risque d’inammabilité est donc plus élevé
que celui de l’essence.
• L’utilisation de gaz à usage domestique et de
gaz de camping est INTERDITE.
• Le personnel autorisé à utiliser la machine est
tenu d’acquérir toutes les informations nécess-
aires concernant l’utilisation des gaz liquides
an d’eectuer les travaux en toute sécurité.
• La personne habilitée à entretenir la machine
est tenue à intervalles réguliers ou au moins
une fois par an de faire vérier le bon fon-
ctionnement et l’étanchéité du système par
du personnel qualié qui le certiera par écrit
conformément aux règlements et directives en
vigueur pour les véhicules fonctionnant à l’es-
sence/GPL.
• le gaz doit être prélevé dans une seule bouteil-
le. L’utilisation de plusieurs bouteilles en même
temps est interdite, cela peut provoquer une
augmentation de pression non autorisée.
• La bouteille de gaz doit être positionnée ho-
rizontalement, le raccord à vis du raccord ver-
ticalement et vers le bas comme indiqué dans
la section « BOUTEILLE DE GAZ » « VERSION
ESSENCE-GPL»(FIG.7)».
• Avant de relier la bouteille de gaz, vérier l’état
du raccord.
• Le remplacement ou l’installation de la bouteil-
le doit être eectué avec prudence, l’insertion
et le retrait de la buse de sortie de gaz sur la
vanne doivent toujours être «scellés» par un
écrou de connexion qui sera serré par une clé.
• Après avoir monté la bouteille, vérier son
étanchéité à l’aide d’un produit moussant.
• Il ne faut pas utiliser de bouteilles de gaz «non
étanches ». Décharger le gaz à l’extérieur en
respectant toutes les mesures de sécurité et les
marquer comme «non étanches».
• Livrer les bouteilles de gaz «non scellées» ou
endommagées au loueur ou à un centre agréé
en les informant par écrit des dommages.
• Ouvrir lentement les soupapes GPL sans utili-
ser d’outils ou de dispositifs de percussion pour
l’ouverture et la fermeture.
• En cas d’incendie causé par une fuite de gaz
liquide, utiliser des extincteurs au dioxyde de
carbone ou au CO2.
• Vérier régulièrement l’état des composants et
l’étanchéité du système de gaz. Il est INTERDIT
d’utiliser la machine avec un système de gaz
«non étanche».
• Si nécessaire, desserrer les joints des conduites
rigidesouexiblesdu système, toujoursfermer
la vanne sur la bouteille et desserrer lentement
et légèrement son écrou de raccordement an
d’éviter les fuites de gaz sous pression encore
présentes dans les conduites.
• Si l’approvisionnement en gaz provient d’un
grossiste, demander à ce dernier la réglement-
ation en vigueur.

Di seguito sono elencate le precauzioni per evi-
tare eventuali danni causati da fuoriuscita di
gas liquido (macchine alimentate Benzina-GPL)
• Evitare il contatto sulla pelle, il gas in for-
ma liquida produce ferite da gelo.
• Se la bombola viene rimossa, la valvola del
gas deve essere completamente chiusa.
• Vericare la tenuta dell’impianto gas
utilizzando acqua saponata, soluzioni al
Nekal e altri prodotti schiumogeni. É SE-
VERAMENTE VIETATO VERIFICARE O ISPE-
ZIONARE L’IMPIANTO A GAS LIQUIDO UTI-
LIZZANDO FIAMME LIBERE.
• La sostituzione di componenti dell’im-
pianto a gas deve rispettare le norme di
montaggio fornite dal produttore. Duran-
te la sostituzione dei componenti dell’im-
pianto chiudere le valvole di chiusura
principale e della bombola.
• Controllare periodicamente le condizioni
dell’impianto elettrico e vericare che i
componenti conduttori del gas siano a te-
nuta. Eventuali scintille, cortocircuiti, ecc. ,
potrebbero causare esplosioni.
• Se la macchina dotata di impianto gas ri-
mane inutilizzata per un lungo periodo,
arieggiare sia il luogo di deposito della
macchina che il luogo di lavoro se questi
si trovano al coperto prima di attivare l’im-
pianto elettrico e la messa in moto della
macchina.
• Comunicare immediatamente all’associa-
zione di categoria e all’ispettorato del la-
voro gli incidenti correlati a bombole a gas
o al impianto a gas liquido. Conservare i
componenti danneggiati a disposizione
dell’ente preposto al controllo.

Listed below are the precautions to avoid any da-
mage caused by liqueed gas leakage (Petrol-L-
PG powered machines)
• Avoid contact with the skin, the liqueed
gas causes injuries by frost.
• If the cylinder is removed, the gas valve
must be completely closed.
• Check the gas system sealing by means of
soapy water, Nekal solutions and other fo-
aming agents. NAKED FLAMES ARE STRICT-
LY PROHIBITED TO CHECK OR INSPECT THE
LIQUEFIED GAS SYSTEM.
• The gas system components must be re-
placed in compliance with the tting in-
structions provided by the manufacturer.
When replacing the system components,
close the main valve and the cylinder valve.
• Periodically check the conditions of the
electrical system and ensure that the gas
ducts are leak-proof. Any sparks, short cir-
cuits, etc. may cause explosions.
• If the machine is equipped with a gas sy-
stem and is left unused for a long time, ven-
tilate both the machine storage area and
the working area if they are indoor before
activating the electrical system and star-
ting up the machine.
• Immediately inform the trade association
and the labour inspectorate of the acciden-
ts related to gas cylinders or the liqueed
gas system. Keep the damaged componen-
ts for inspection of the supervisory autho-
rity.

Voici les précautions à prendre pour éviter tout
dommage causé par une fuite de gaz liquide
(machines alimentées à l’essence/GPL)
• Éviter le contact avec la peau, le gaz sous
forme liquide produit des blessures de
gel.
• En l’absence de la bouteille, la vanne de
gaz doit être complètement fermée.
• Vérier l’étanchéité du système de gaz
à l’aide d’eau savonneuse, de solutions
Nekal et d’autres produits moussants. IL
EST STRICTEMENT INTERDIT DE VÉRIFIER
OU D’INSPECTER LE SYSTÈME DE GAZ LI-
QUIDE À L’AIDE DE FLAMMES NUES.
• Le remplacement des composants du sy-
stème de gaz doit être conforme aux règ-
les de montage fournies par le fabricant.
Lors du remplacement des composants
du système, fermer les vannes d’arrêt
principales et de la bouteille.
• Vérier régulièrement l’état du système
électrique et vérier que les composants
conducteurs de gaz sont étanches. Toute
étincelle, court-circuit, etc., pourrait pro-
voquer des explosions.
• Si la machine équipée d’un système de
gaz reste inutilisée pendant une longue
période, aérer à la fois le lieu de stocka-
ge de la machine et le lieu de travail (si
ceux-ci sont à l’intérieur) avant d’activer
le système électrique et de démarrer la
machine.
• Informer immédiatement l’association
professionnelle et l’inspection du travail
des accidents liés aux bouteilles de gaz
ou au système de gaz liquide. Stocker les
composants endommagés à disposition
de l’organisme de contrôle.

Flüssiggase dürfen nicht wie Benzin gehandhabt werden. Benzin verdampft lan-
gsam, während Flüssiggas sofort in den gasförmigen Zustand übergeht. Daher
ist das Risiko der Entammbarkeit größer als bei Benzin.
• Die Verwendung von Gas für den häuslichen Gebrauch und Campinggas
SINDVERBOTEN.
• Das für den Gebrauch der Maschine autorisierte Personal hat die Picht,
sich alle erforderlichen Kenntnisse bezüglich des Gebrauchs von Flüssigg-
as angeeignet zu haben, um die Arbeit in Sicherheit ausführen zu können.
• Das für die Wartung der Maschine autorisierte und verantwortliche Perso-
nal, muss in regelmäßigen Abständen bzw. mindestens einmal im Jahr von
Fachpersonal sicherstellen lassen, dass die Maschine absolut funktion-
stüchtig und nicht beschädigt ist; das Fachpersonal muss diesbezüglich
eine schriftliche Zertizierung gemäß den Normen und den geltenden
Vorschriften für mit Benzin-Flüssiggas betriebene Fahrzeuge erstellen.
• Die Gasentnahme darf nur von einer einzelnen Flasche erfolgen. Der Ge-
brauch von mehreren Flaschen gleichzeitig ist nicht gelassen, da dadurch
ein nicht zulässiger Druckanstieg verursacht werden kann.
• Die Gasasche muss horizontal positioniert werden und die Schraubver-
bindung des Fittings vertikal und nach unten gerichtet ausgeführt wer-
den, siehe dazu Foto im Abschnitt“GASFLASCHE “VERSION BENZIN-LPG”
(Fig.7)”.
• Vor dem Anschluss der Gasasche den Zustand des Fittings kontrollieren.
• Das Auswechseln bzw. die Installation der Gasasche müssen vorsichtig
ausgeführt werden, das Einsetzen und das Entfernen der Düse des Gasau-
stritts am Ventil muss immer “unter Dichtheit”dank einer Überwurfmutt-
er, die mit einem Schlüssel gespannt wird, ausgeführt.
• Nach der Montage der Gasasche ihre Dichtheit mittels eines schaumbil-
denden Produkts überprüfen.
• Keine “undichten” Gasaschen verwenden. Das Gas im Freien auslassen,
alle Sicherheitsmaßnahmen beachten und sie als“undicht”kennzeichnen.
• Die “undichten” oder beschädigten Gasaschen an den Verleih oder ein
autorisiertes Zentrum zurückgeben und es schriftlich über die Schäden
informieren.
• Die LPG-Ventile langsam ohne Werkzeuge oder Schlagvorrichtungen zum
Önen und Schließen zu verwenden önen.
• Im Falle eines Brandes infolge des Austretens von üssigem Gas einen
Kohlensäurelöscher oder CO2-Feuerlöscher verwenden.
• Regelmäßig den Zustand der Bauteile und die Dichtheit der Gasanlage üb-
erprüfen. ES ISTVERBOTEN, die Maschine mit einer“undichten”Gasanlage
zu verwenden.
• Im Bedarfsfall die Verbindungen der Rohre oder Schläuche der Anlage
lösen, immer das Ventil an der Flasche schließen und langsam und nur ein
wenig die Überwurfmutter lösen, um den Austritt von Gas unter dem noch
in den Leitungen vorhandenem Druck zu vermeiden.
• Wenn die Gasversorgung von einem Großhändler stammt, erkundigen Sie
sich bei diesem über die geltendenVorschriften.

• Vermijd contact met de huid, vloeibaar gas veroorzaakt vorstwonden.
• Als de gases wordt verwijderd, moet de gasklep volledig worden geslo-
ten.
• Controleerde lekdichtheidvan hetgassysteemmet behulpvanzeepwater,
Nekal-oplossingen en andere schuimende producten. HET IS TEN STREN-
GSTE VERBODEN OM HET VLOEIBARE-GASSYSTEEMTE CONTROLEREN OF
TE INSPECTEREN MET BEHULP VAN OPEN VLAMMEN.
• De vervanging van onderdelen van het gassysteem moet voldoen aan de
door de fabrikant verstrekte montagenormen. Sluit bij het vervangen van
systeemonderdelen de hoofdafsluitkleppen en van de gases.
• Controleer regelmatig de staat van het elektrische systeem en controleer
of de gasgeleidende onderdelen goed vastzitten. Eventuele vonken, kort-
sluiting, enz. zouden een explosie kunnen veroorzaken.
• Als de machine met een gasinstallatie voor lange tijd ongebruikt blijft,
moet zowel de opslagplaats van de machine als de werkplek worden ge-
lucht als deze zich binnen bevinden, voordat de elektrische installatie wor-
dt geactiveerd en de machine wordt gestart.
• Stel de brancheorganisatie en de arbeidsinspectie onmiddellijk op de hoo-
gte van eventuele ongevallen met gasessen of vloeibare gasapparatuur.
Bewaar beschadigde onderdelen ter beschikking van de keuringsinstan-
tie.

Behandel vloeibaar Gas niet als benzine. De benzine verdampt langzaam
terwijl het vloeibare gas onmiddellijk naar de gasfase overschakelt. Daarom is
het ontvlambaarheidsrisico hoger dan bij benzine.
• Het gebruik van gas voor huishoudelijk gebruik en campinggas IS VER-
BODEN.
• Personeel dat bevoegd is om de machine te gebruiken, is verplicht alle
noodzakelijke informatie over het gebruik van vloeibare gassen te ver-
krijgen om hun werk veilig uit te voeren.
• De bevoegde persoon die belast is met het onderhoud van de machine
is verplicht om op regelmatige tijden of ten minste eenmaal per jaar de
perfecte werking en de dichtheid van het systeem te laten controleren
door gekwaliceerd personeel dat het systeem schriftelijk zal certice-
ren in overeenstemming met de voorschriften en richtlijnen die gelden
voor voertuigen die op Benzine-LPG rijden.
• het gas mag slechts uit één gases worden genomen. Het is niet toege-
staan om meer dan één gases tegelijk te gebruiken, dit kan een onaan-
vaardbare drukverhoging veroorzaken.
• De gases moet horizontaal worden geplaatst, de schroefverbinding
van de aansluiting moet verticaal zijn en naar beneden gericht zijn zoals
aangegeven op de foto in de paragraaf“GASFLES“BENZINE-LPG VERSIE”
(FIG.7)”.
• Controleer de conditie van de aansluiting voor het aansluiten van de
gases.
• Het vervangen of installeren van de gases moet met de nodige voor-
zichtigheid gebeuren, het inbrengen en verwijderen van de gasuitstro-
mingsdop op het ventiel moet altijd“aangedraaid”worden met een war-
telmoer die met een moersleutel moet worden vastgedraaid.
• Controleer na montage van de gases de lekdichtheid met behulp van
een schuimend product.
• Gebruik geen “niet lekdichte” gasessen. Ontlaad het gas buiten met
inachtneming van alle veiligheidsmaatregelen en markeer ze als “niet
lekdicht”.
• Stuur “niet lekdichte” of beschadigde gasessen terug naar de verhuur-
der of een erkend centrum en breng de verhuurder schriftelijk op de ho-
ogte van de schade.
• Open de LPG-kleppen langzaam zonder gebruik te maken van gereed-
schap of slagmiddelen voor het openen en sluiten.
• Gebruik in geval van brand door lekkage van vloeibaar gas, brandblus-
sers met kooldioxide of CO2.
• Controleer regelmatig de staat van de onderdelen en de lekdichtheid
van het gassysteem. Het ISVERBODEN de machine te gebruiken met een
“niet lekdicht”gassysteem
• Maak indien nodig de aansluitingen van de stijve of exibele slangen
van het systeem los, sluit de klep op de gases altijd af en draai de war-
telmoer langzaam en licht los om te voorkomen dat er gas onder druk
ontsnapt dat nog in de leidingen aanwezig is.
• Als het gas door een groothandelaar wordt geleverd, vraag dan aan de
groothandelaar naar de geldende regelgeving.

AVERTISSEMENTS CONCERNANT LE STOCKAGE DES BOUTEILLES DE GAZ, DES LIEUX
DÉDIÉS À L’UTILISATION ET DES ATELIERS DE STOCKAGE ET DE RÉPARATION
!Pericolo!
• La conservazione delle bombole a gas e/o
propellente devono essere eseguite nel ri-
spetto delle norme vigenti.
• Controllare frequentemente le bombole
a gas.
• NON É CONSENTITO FUMARE o UTILIZ-
ZARE amme libere nei luoghi o ocine
autorizzate alla riparazione, durante l’ in-
stallazione di serbatoi, bombole a gas, o
durante operazioni di taglio, saldatura. Le
operazioni di installazione e manutenzio-
ne vanno eseguite da personale addestra-
to e autorizzato e informato delle norme
vigenti.
• Nelle ocine autorizzate, dopo l’installa-
zione, manutenzione, riparazione di bom-
bole a gas o dell’impianto e regolazione
della macchina, le valvole a gas principali
e quella sulla bombola a gas vanno sem-
pre chiuse. inoltre, le bombole a gas vanno
riparate dal calore.
• I luoghi, le ocine adibite a riparazione,
manutenzione o deposito, devono esser
sempre ben arieggiate.“A TAL PROPOSITO
SI FA NOTARE CHE I GAS LIQUIDI SONO PIù
PESANTI DELL’ARIA, SI DEPOSITANO SUL
PAVIMENTO, NELLE FOSSE E AVALLAMEN-
TI E POSSONO CREARE MISCELE DI GAS E
ARIA A RISCHIO ESPLOSIONE.
• Le bombole a gas anche se vuote non van-
no conservate in ocina.
• Le bombole vuote vanno sempre chiuse.
• Per le caratteristiche e la posizione delle
rimesse per le macchine alimentate solo
a “gas” oppure “benzina-gas valgono le
disposizioni del decreto nazionale relativo
ai garage e al regolamento edilizio regio-
nale.
• Le bombole a gas devono essere sempre
conservate separatamente nel rispetto
delle norme vigenti.
• Le lampade elettriche portatili utilizzate
nei luoghi di riparazione, deposito ecc.,
devono essere ben sigillate e dotate di ro-
buste protezioni.

• The gas and/or propellant cylinders must
be stored in compliance with applicable
regulations.
• Check the gas cylinders frequently.
• NO SMOKING or NAKED FLAMES in pla-
ces or workshops authorised for repair
operations when installing tanks and gas
cylinders, or during cutting and welding
operations. Installation and maintenance
operations must be carried out by trained
and authorised personnel, who is infor-
med about applicable regulations.
• Always close the main gas valves and the
valve on the gas cylinder in authorised
workshops after installation, maintenan-
ce and repair operations of gas cylinders
or the system, as well as machine adjust-
ment. Also keep gas cylinders away from
heat.
• The places, the areas used for repair,
maintenance or storage must always be
well ventilated. TO THIS PURPOSE, PLE-
ASE NOTE THAT LIQUEFIED GASES ARE
HEAVIER THAN THE AIR, SETTLE ON THE
FLOOR, IN DITCHES OR DEPRESSIONS AND
MAY CREATE GAS AND AIR MIXTURES AT
RISK OF EXPLOSION.
• Gas cylinders must not be stored in the
workshop, even when empty.
• Empty cylinders must always be closed.
• As regards the features and position of the
storage rooms for machines powered by
gas only or petrol and gas, the provisions
of the national decree on garages and the
regional building regulation shall apply.
• The gas cylinders must always be stored
separately in compliance with applicable
regulations.
• Portable electric lamps used in repair, sto-
rage, etc. places must be properly sealed
and equipped with solid protections.

• Le stockage des bouteilles de gaz et/ou de
propergol doit être eectué conformém-
ent à la réglementation en vigueur.
• Vérier fréquemment les bouteilles de
gaz.
• Il NE faut PAS FUMER NI UTILISER de am-
mes nues dans des endroits ou des ateliers
autorisés pour la réparation, pendant
l’installation des réservoirs, des bouteil-
les de gaz ou pendant les opérations de
découpe, de soudage. Les opérations
d’installation et de maintenance doivent
être eectuées par du personnel qualié,
habilité et informé sur la réglementation
en vigueur.
• Dans les ateliers agréés, après l’installa-
tion, l’entretien, la réparation des bouteil-
les de gaz ou du système et le réglage de
la machine, les vannes de gaz principales
et celles de la bouteille de gaz doivent
toujours être fermées. En outre, les bou-
teilles de gaz doivent être réparées à par-
tir de la chaleur.
• Les lieux, ateliers de réparation, d’entre-
tien ou de stockage doivent toujours être
bien ventilés. À CE PROPOS, IL FAUT SA-
VOIR QUE LES GAZ LIQUIDES SONT PLUS
LOURDS QUE L’AIR, ILS SE DÉPOSENT SUR
LE SOL, DANS LES FOSSES ET LES VAL-
LONNEMENTS ET PEUVENT CRÉER DES
MÉLANGES DE GAZ ET D’AIR À RISQUE
D’EXPLOSION.
• Les bouteilles de gaz, même vides, ne doi-
vent pas être stockées dans l’atelier.
• Les bouteilles vides doivent toujours être
fermées.
• Les dispositions du décret national et de
la réglementation régionale de la con-
struction s’appliquent aux caractéristiq-
ues et à l’emplacement des garages pour
les machines alimentées uniquement au
«gaz» ou au «gaz d’essence».
• Les bouteilles de gaz doivent toujours être
stockées séparément dans le respect des
normes en vigueur.
• Les lampes électriques portatives utilisées
dans les lieux de réparation, de stockage,
etc., doivent être bien scellées et équipées
de protections robustes.
