tore deve porre attenzione ai ni di evitare infortuni e/o danni alle cose.

Il presente manuale deve essere conservato con cura. Deve essere sempre dispo-
nibile per la consultazione. In caso di deterioramento o di smarrimento richie-
dere copia contattando il rivenditore autorizzato o direttamente il costruttore.
Ci riserviamo la facoltà di apportare variazioni alla produzione, senza che ciò
comporti l’obbligo di aggiornare i manuali precedenti.
Prima di iniziare ad operare con la vostra macchina leggere attentamente ed
acquisire le nozioni contenute nel manuale e attenersi scrupolosamente alle in-

mente alla tabella che indica le operazioni periodiche da eseguire.

1. Questa macchina è destinata esclusivamente all’impiego come lavasciu-
ga. Pertanto, per qualsiasi altro impiego diverso da questa destinazione,
non ci assumiamo alcuna responsabilità per gli eventuali danni risultan-
ti. Il rischio è a pieno carico dell’utente. In particolare non puó essere
utilizzata come trattore o per il trasporto di persone.
2. Questa macchina deve essere utilizzata per pulire pavimentazioni, piani
o salite con pendenza variabile.
3. IL FABBRICANTE, non si ritiene responsabile di inconvenienti, rottu-
re, incidenti, ecc.dovuti alla non conoscenza (o alla non applicazione)
delle prescrizioni contenute nel presente manuale. Lo stesso dicasi per
l’esecuzione di modiche, varianti, e/o l’installazione di accessori non
autorizzati preventivamente.In particolare IL FABBRICANTE declina ogni
responsabilità per danni derivanti da manovre errate, mancanza di ma-
nutenzione. Inoltre IL FABBRICANTE non risponde di interventi eettuati
da personale non autorizzato.
4. Questa macchina non è adatta ad aspirare sostanze tossiche e/o inam-
mabili, pertanto è da classicarsi di categoria U.
5. La macchina deve essere utilizzata solamente da personale addestrato
ed autorizzato.
6. Assicurasi che la macchina parcheggiata rimanga stabile .
7. Mantenere lontane le persone e specialmente i bambini durante l’uso.
8. L’apertura della cofanatura per controllo e/o sostituzione di parti deve
avvenire a macchina spenta, vericare che:
• I motori non siano in funzione.
• La chiave di avviamento sia stata tolta.
9. La macchina, durante il trasporto, deve essere ssata all’automezzo.
10. Le batterie devono essere caricate solo in ambiente coperto e ben ae-
rato.
11. Lo smaltimento dei riuti raccolti dalla macchina deve essere eettuato
in conformità alle leggi nazionali vigenti in materia.
AVVERTENZA!
Nonostante le operazioni di pulizia dei serbatoi acqua durante il montag-
gio e i test di collaudo, alcuni residui plastici di lavorazione potrebbero
essere ancora presenti nelle prime ore di funzionamento della macchina.
Attenzione! Macchine dotate di carica batterie a bordo
Durante la pulizia della macchina, fare attenzione che non penetri acqua
nel caricabatteria.

Before you start working with your machine, carefully read and understand the
information contained in the manual and strictly adhere to the instructions giv-
en.
For maximum eciency and durability of the machine, carefully follow the table
indicating the periodic operations to carry out.

1. This machine is designed to be used solely as a scrubber. Therefore, if
used for any purpose other than what it has been designed for, we as-
sume no responsibility for any resulting damage. The risk is fully borne
by the user. In particular, it cannot be used as a tractor or to transport
people.
2. This machine must be used to clean pavements, at surfaces or inclines
with varying gradients.
3. THE MANUFACTURER is not liable for any failure, breakdown, accidents,
etc. due to a lack of knowledge (or non-application) of the requirements
contained in this manual. The same applies to modications, variations,
and/or the installation of accessories not authorised in advance. In par-
ticular THE MANUFACTURER declines all liability for damage caused by
mishandling and lack of maintenance. Moreover, THE MANUFACTURER
is not liable for actions taken by unauthorised personnel.
4. This machine is not suitable for vacuuming toxic and/or ammable sub-
stances, therefore, it is to be classied as category U.
5. The machine must only be used by trained and authorised personnel.
6. Make sure that the machine remains stable when parked.
7. Keep people, especially children, at a safe distance during use.
8. For inspection and/or part replacement, the casing must be opened
with the machine o. Make sure that:
• The motors are not running.
• The ignition key is removed.
9. The machine, during transport, must be secured to the vehicle.
10. The batteries must only be charged in a covered and well-ventilated
area.
11. Waste collected by the machine must be disposed of in compliance with
the current national laws in force.
WARNING!
Despite the cleaning operations of the water tanks during assembly and
testing, there may still be some plastic processing residues in the rst
hours of machine operation.
Caution! Machines equipped with a battery charger on board
When cleaning the machine, take care that no water enters the battery
charger.

5. La machine ne doit être utilisée que par un personnel formé et autorisé.
6. S'assurer que la machine, une fois stationnée, reste stable.
7. Éloigner les personnes et surtout les enfants lors de l’utilisation.
8. L’ouverture du capot pour le contrôle et/ou le remplacement des pièces
doit avoir lieu quand la machine est éteinte, vérier que:
• Les moteurs ne fonctionnent pas.
• La clé de contact a été retirée.
9. Pendant le transport, la machine doit être xée au camion.
10. Les batteries doivent être uniquement chargées dans un environnement
couvert et bien aéré.
11. L'élimination des déchets collectés par la machine doit avoir lieu confor-
mément aux lois nationales en vigueur en la matière.
MISE EN GARDE!
Malgré les opérations de nettoyage des réservoirs d’eau pendant l’assem-
blage et les tests de mise en service, il se peut que certains résidus plas-
tiques issus de l’usinage soient encore présents lors des premières heures
de fonctionnement de la machine.
Attention ! Machines équipées avec le chargeur de batterie à bord
Lorsque vous nettoyez la machine, il est important de s’assurer que l’eau
ne pénètre pas dans le chargeur de batterie.

1. Deze machine is uitsluitend bestemd voor gebruik als vloerreinigings-
machine. Bij ieder ander gebruik nemen wij geen enkele verantwoor-
delijkheid voor eventuele schade die daaruit voortvloeit. Het risico is
in dit geval volledig voor rekening van de gebruiker. De machine mag
meer bepaald niet als trekker worden gebruikt, of voor het vervoer van
personen.
2. Deze machine moet gebruikt worden om vloeren te reinigen die vlak
zijn of een variabele helling hebben.
3. De FABRIKANT acht zich niet verantwoordelijk voor problemen, breu-
ken, ongevallen, enz. die een gevolg zijn van het feit dat de voorschrif-
ten in deze handleiding niet gekend zijn (of niet worden toegepast).

het installeren van accessoires die niet op voorhand werden goedge-

4. Deze machine is niet geschikt om giftige en/of ontvlambare stoen op te

5. De machine mag uitsluitend worden gebruikt door opgeleid en be-
voegd personeel.
6. Controleer of de machine stabiel blijft als hij geparkeerd wordt.
7. Houd personen en vooral kinderen uit de buurt van de machine tijdens
het gebruik.
8. Het openen van de motorkap voor controle en/of vervanging van on-
derdelen dient te gebeuren terwijl de machine uit staat. Controleer of:
• De motoren niet in werking zijn.
• De contactsleutel werd weggenomen.
9. Tijdens het transport moet de machine op het transportvoertuig vast-
gemaakt zijn.
10. De batterijen mogen alleen in een open, goed geluchte omgeving wor-
den opgeladen.
11. Het verwijderen van afvalstoen die door de machine zijn opgenomen,
dient plaats te vinden in overeenstemming met de nationale wetten die
op dit gebied van kracht zijn.
WAARSCHUWING!
Ondanks de reinigingswerken van de watertanks, tijdens de montage en
het testen, kunnen tijdens de eerste werkuren van de machine nog enke-
le plastic bewerkingsresten aanwezig zijn.

Let er bij het schoonmaken van de machine op dat er geen water in de
batterijlader komt.

mità alla Direttiva Comunitaria sulle macchine 2006/42/CE (Direttiva Macchine).
È obbligo del responsabile della gestione della macchina attenersi alle direttive
comunitarie e alle leggi nazionali vigenti, nei riguardi dell’ambiente di lavoro, ai
ni della sicurezza e della salute degli operatori. Prima della messa in funzione,
eettuare sempre i controlli preliminari.
!Attenzione!
L’uso della macchina è consentito solo all’operatore abilitato. Impedire
che la macchina venga usata da chi non è autorizzato togliendo la chiave
di avviamento.
Non eettuare modiche, trasformazioni o applicazioni sulla macchina
che potrebbero pregiudicare la sicurezza.
Prima dell’avviamento della macchina controllare che il funzionamento

Prestare attenzione in fase di scarico/carico della macchina dal mezzo di
trasporto. Utilizzare una rampa con inclinazione idonea e attrezzature
(ad esempio: muletti) predisposte a tale operazione evitando così il ri-
schio di ribaltamento e rottura della macchina stessa e lo schiacciamento

Durante il lavoro oppure in caso di manutenzione, è obbligatorio dotarsi
di adeguati indumenti e dispositivi di protezione come guanti, occhiali
ecc.

Oltre alle norme previste dalla legislazione, il responsabile della gestione
della macchina deve istruire gli operatori su quanto segue:
• Le protezioni sse e/o mobili compreso il cofano e supporto sedile devo-
no rimanere sempre nella loro sede, correttamente ssate.
• Se, per qualunque motivo, dette protezioni vengono rimosse, disinserite
o cortocircuitate, è obbligo ripristinarle prima di rimettere in funzione
la macchina.
• Usare la macchina soltanto in condizioni tecnicamente ineccepibili e
conformi alla sua destinazione.
• L’uso conforme alla destinazione comprende anche l’osservanza delle
istruzioni d’uso e manutenzione, nonché delle condizioni d’ispezione e
manutenzione.
• È assolutamente vietato aspirare sostanze inammabili e/o tossiche.
• È assolutamente vietato“toccare”le parti in movimento della macchina;
nel caso fosse assolutamente necessario, prima fermare il funzionamen-
to della macchina.
• L’apertura della cofanatura deve avvenire solo quando i motori non sono
in funzione, si è tolta tensione, e la chiave avviamento rimossa.

GENERAL SAFETY STANDARDS

respect des instructions d'utilisation et de maintenance, ainsi que des

• Il est absolument interdit d'aspirer des substances inammables et/ou
toxiques.

machine; si cela s'avère absolument nécessaire, il faut d’abord arrêter

ALGEMENE VEILIGHEIDSNORMEN
De machine beschreven in deze handleiding werd gebouwd in overeen-
stemming met de communautaire richtlijn betreende machines 2006/42/EG
(Machinerichtlijn). De verantwoordelijke voor het beheer van de machine moet
zich verplicht aan de communautaire richtlijnen en aan de geldende nationa-
le wetten houden wat betreft de werkomgeving, teneinde de veiligheid en de
gezondheid van de werknemers te vrijwaren. Voordat u de machine in werking
stelt, dient u altijd eerst de voorbereidende controles uit te voeren.

De machine mag uitsluitend worden gebruikt door de aangestelde be-
diener. Voorkom dat de machine door onbevoegden wordt gebruikt door
de contactsleutel weg te nemen.
Voer geen wijzigingen, transformaties of toepassingen uit op de machine
die de veiligheid ervan kunnen aantasten.
Voordat u de machine start, moet u controleren of de werking van de ma-
chine niemand in gevaar brengt.
Vermijd iedere werkwijze die de stabiliteit van de machine kan beïnvloe-

Om de machine te vervoeren, moet die stevig op de vrachtauto vast gezet
worden zodat de machine niet kan verschuiven of omkantelen.

den van de machine van/op het transportvoertuig!
Wees aandachtig tijdens het uitladen/laden van de machine van/op het
transportvoertuig. Gebruik een laadhelling met een geschikte hellings-
graad en werktuigen (bijvoorbeeld een heftruck) voorzien voor deze
handeling, om zo het risico voor omkantelen en breuk van de machine
of verplettering van mensen en voorwerpen te vermijden. Gebruik opge-
leid en bevoegd personeel.
Tijdens de werkzaamheden of in geval van onderhoud is het verplicht om
geschikte kledij en beschermingsmiddelen te dragen, zoals handschoe-
nen, een bril, enz.
!Gevaar!
Naast de normen voorzien door de wetgeving, moet de verantwoordelij-
ke voor het beheer de bedieners instructies geven wat betreft volgende
punten:
• De vaste en/of beweeglijke beschermingen, met inbegrip van de mo-
torkap en de steun van de stoel, moeten altijd correct vastgemaakt in
hun zitting blijven.
• Indien deze beschermingen om een of andere reden worden wegge-
nomen, uitgeschakeld of in kortsluiting zijn, is het verplicht om deze te
herstellen voordat de machine in werking gesteld wordt.
• Gebruik de machine uitsluitend in technisch onberispelijke omstandig-
heden en volgens de voorziene gebruiksbestemming.
• Het gebruik in overeenstemming met de gebruiksbestemming omvat
ook het naleven van de instructies voor gebruik en onderhoud, evenals
de condities voor inspectie en onderhoud.
• Het is absoluut verboden om ontvlambare en/of giftige stoen op te
zuigen.
• Het is absoluut verboden om bewegende machineonderdelen “aan te
raken”; indien dit absoluut noodzakelijk is, dient u eerst de werking van
de machine te stoppen.
• U mag de motorkap alleen openen wanneer de motoren niet in werking
zijn, de spanning onderbroken is en de contactsleutel is weggenomen.
• Het is verboden om de machine in gevaarlijke omgevingen te gebrui-
ken, waar giftige dampen of rook zijn, als de machine niet uitgerust is
met een gesloten cabine.
• Het is absoluut verboden om andere personen dan de bediener te ver-
voeren.

Detti operatori devono essere persone sicamente ed intellettualmente idonee,
non sotto l’eetto di alcool, droghe o farmaci.
Accertarsi che:
• Non vi siano sulla macchina oggetti estranei (utensili, stracci, attrezzi,
ecc.).
• La macchina, dopo l’accensione, non emetta rumori strani, se così fosse,
arrestarla immediatamente ed individuarne la causa.
• Siano regolarmente chiuse tutte le protezioni di sicurezza.
• Astenersi da qualsiasi operazione che pregiudichi o sollevi dubbi sulla
sicurezza.
• Astenersi da qualsiasi modo di lavorare che pregiudichi la stabilità della
macchina, tenere sempre una distanza di sicurezza dai margini di mar-
ciapiedi o grandi dislivelli di pavimento dove la macchina possa cadere.
• Non percorrere pendii in direzione trasversale e non eseguire svolte a
velocità eccessiva, specialmente se il pavimento non é orizzontale.
• Non utilizzare la macchina in luoghi bui.
• Prestare particolare attenzione in caso di avvicinamento a scaali o ad
oggetti accatastati ( rischio di crollo in caso di urto).
• In caso di lavoro in ammollo ridurre la velocità al minimo.
!Attenzione!
Non utilizzare il sistema di aspirazione della lavasciuga senza acqua. L’u-
tilizzo dell’aspirazione a secco é da considerarsi un uso improprio della
macchina con conseguente decadenza della garanzia.
NORME PER LA MANUTENZIONE
Durante la pulizia e la manutenzione della macchina o la sostituzione di parti,
spegnere sempre i motori e togliere la chiave di avviamento.
!Attenzione!
Per qualsiasi manutenzione, revisione o riparazione, impiegare solamen-
te personale specializzato o rivolgersi ad una ocina autorizzata.
!Attenzione!
Quando si abbandona la macchina togliere la chiave di avviamento. La
macchina è frenata automaticamente mediante un elettrofreno posto sul
dierenziale di trazione con motore elettrico sulle ruote posteriori e con
batterie installate).
Non parcheggiare la macchina in zone vietate (davanti alle porte, agli
estintori o in pendenza.)
STANDARDS TO FOLLOW
DURING OPERATION
Do not let persons who are not involved in the work approach the machine.
The machine must only be used by operators authorised by the person responsi-
ble for machine management and who is familiar with the contents of this man-
ual.
These operators must be physically and mentally t, and not under the inuence
of alcohol or drugs or medications.
Ensure that:
• There are no foreign objects on the machine (tools, rags, equipment,
etc.).
• The machine, after switching on, does not emit strange noises. If it does,
stop it immediately and determine the cause.
• All the safety guards are properly closed.
• Refrain from any action which aects or raises any safety concerns.
• Refrain from working in any way that undermines the stability of the
machine, always keep a safe distance from the edges of pavements or
uneven oors where the machine could fall.
• Do not take slopes transversally and do not turn at excessive speed, es-
pecially if the oor is not horizontal.
• Do not use the machine in dark places.
• Be especially careful when approaching shelves or stacked objects (risk
of collapse in the event of impact).
• When working in wet mode, reduce the speed to the minimum.
!Attention!
Do not use the vacuum system of the scrubber without water. Using the
vacuum without water is considered improper use and voids the warranty.
MAINTENANCE STANDARDS
During machine cleaning and maintenance or parts replacement, always turn

Ces opérateurs doivent être des personnes physiquement et intellectuellement
aptes, qui ne sont pas sous l'eet d'alcool, de drogues ou de médicaments.
S'assurer que:
• Il n'y a pas d'objets étrangers sur la machine (outils, chions, instru-
ments, etc.).
• La machine, après le démarrage, ne produit pas de bruits bizarres, si c’est
le cas, il faut immédiatement l’arrêter et en déterminer la cause.
• Toutes les protections de sécurité sont bien fermées.
• S'abstenir de toute opération pouvant compromettre ou provoquer des
doutes sur la sécurité.
• S'abstenir de toute façon que ce soit de travailler de manière à compro-
mettre la stabilité de la machine, tenir toujours une distance de sécurité
par rapport aux bords des trottoirs ou des grands dénivellements du sol
où la machine peut tomber.
• Ne pas parcourir les pentes dans une direction transversale et ne pas
prendre les tournants à une vitesse élevée, surtout si le sol n'est pas ho-
rizontal.
• Ne pas utiliser la machine dans des lieux obscurs.
• Faire particulièrement attention si la machine se rapproche de rayon-
nages ou d’objets empilés (risque d'écroulement en cas de collision).
• Si la machine est utilisée pour un trempage, réduire la vitesse au mini-
mum.

Ne pas utiliser le système d'aspiration de la laveuse-sécheuse sans eau.
L'utilisation de l'aspiration à sec doit être considérée comme un usage im-
propre de la machine avec l’annulation consécutive de la garantie.
RÈGLES D’ENTRETIEN
Durant le nettoyage et l'entretien de la machine ou le remplacement de pièces,

NORMEN DIE TIJDENS DE WERKING

Laat geen onbevoegde personen de machine naderen.
Alleen bedieners die hiervoor toestemming kregen van de verantwoordelijke
voor het beheer van de machine, die de inhoud van deze handleiding perfect
kennen, mogen de machine gebruiken.
Deze personen moeten mensen zijn die lichamelijk en intellectueel geschikt zijn,
die niet onder invloed van alcohol, drugs of medicijnen verkeren.
Controleer of:
• Er op de machine geen vreemde voorwerpen (gereedschappen, lappen,
werktuigen, enz.) aanwezig zijn.
• De machine na de inschakeling geen vreemde geluiden maakt; als dit
het geval is, moet u de machine onmiddellijk stoppen en de oorzaak van
het lawaai opsporen.
• Alle veiligheidsbeschermingen correct gesloten zijn.
• Vermijd alle handelingen die de veiligheid aantasten of twijfel omtrent
de veiligheid doen rijzen.
• Vermijd iedere werkwijze die de stabiliteit van de machine aantast, houd
u steeds op veilige afstanden van de rand van een stoep of van grote
niveauverschillen in de vloer, waar de machine kan vallen.
• Rijd niet schuin langs hellingen en voer geen bochten uit met een te
hoge snelheid, vooral als de vloer niet horizontaal is.
• De machine niet op donkere plaatsen gebruiken.
• Wees bijzonder aandachtig wanneer u rekken of opgestapelde voorwer-
pen nadert (risico dat alles omvalt wanneer de machine ertegen stoot).
• In geval wordt gewerkt met inweken, moet de snelheid tot het minimum
worden beperkt.
!Opgepast!
Het aanzuigsysteem van de vloerreinigingsmachine niet zonder water
gebruiken. Het gebruik van droog aanzuigen moet als oneigenlijk ge-
bruik van de machine worden beschouwd, waardoor de garantie nietig
wordt.
NORMEN VOOR HET ONDERHOUD
Tijdens de reiniging en het onderhoud van de machine of de vervanging van
onderdelen moet u altijd de motoren uitzetten en de contactsleutel wegnemen.

Laat uitsluitend gespecialiseerd personeel onderhoud, revisie of repara-
ties uitvoeren, of wendt u tot een erkende werkplaats.

Neem de contactsleutel weg wanneer u de machine achterlaat. De ma-
chine wordt automatisch geremd via een elektrische rem op de tractie-
dierentiaal met een elektrische motor op de achterwielen en met de
batterijen geïnstalleerd.
De machine niet in verboden zones parkeren (voor deuren, bij brandblus-
apparaten of op een helling).

La macchina giunge imballata su pallet.

Le forche del carrello o del transpallet devono essere posizionate in modo che
il centro dell’imballo sia circa al centro delle forche stesse. Il collo deve essere
movimentato con estrema attenzione, evitando urti e di alzarlo ad altezze con-
siderevoli.
É vietato sovrapporre i colli fra loro.
INDICAZIONI PER
DISIMBALLARE LA MACCHINA
Lo sballaggio della macchina va eettuato con attenzione e delicatezza, rimuo-
vendo le stae sulle ruote . A questo punto la macchina deve essere portata a
livello del suolo a mezzo di una rampa metallica o di legno adeguata al peso
della macchina.
MOVIMENTAZIONE
MACCHINA DISIMBALLATA
La macchina sballata, deve essere controllata e devono essere montate le batte-
rie se non già installate. Qualora debba essere movimentata dopo un utilizzo per
un breve trasporto staccare i cavi batterie e togliere spazzole e tergipavimento,
per un trasporto molto lungo é conveniente imballare nuovamente la macchina
sul pallet. Si fa presente che si può spostare la macchina a spinta per brevi tratti.
Vedere “SISTEMA AVANZAMENTO” - “Movimentazione manuale della macchina
quando non è possibile utilizzare la trazione” e “FRENATURA “ Sblocco dell’elet-
trofreno”.
SOLLEVAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA
Per il sollevamento, l’operazione deve essere fatta con mezzi omologati e di ade-
guata portata.
TRASPORTO DELLA MACCHINA
Qualora la macchina debba essere trasportata é IMPORTANTE:
• Vericare che i serbatoi soluzione (acqua pulita) e recupero (acqua spor-
ca) siano vuoti.
• Sollevare le spazzole e il tergipavimento.
• Premere il pulsante di carico 15 {g.4} per far salire la macchina sul mez-
zo di trasporto.
• Fissare con apposite cinghie la macchina al mezzo di trasporto.
• Rimuovere le spazzole.
• Smontare lo squeegee.
• Scollegare la batteria.
• Frenare e ssare la macchina al mezzo di trasporto.
• Coprire la macchina in caso di mezzo di trasporto scoperto.
!Attenzione!
In caso di caricamento della macchina su mezzo di trasporto mediante
l’utilizzo di rampe, prestare attenzione alla PENDENZA e al punto CRITI-
CO come indicato nel gurino.

PACKAGED
MACHINE HANDLING
The machine comes packed on a pallet.
The weight and dimensions are given in the TECHNICAL DATA.
The forks of the truck or manual pallet truck must be positioned so that the cen-
tre of the package is approximately at the centre of the forks themselves. The
package must be handled with extreme care, avoiding impact and lifting to con-
siderable heights.
It is forbidden to stack the packs.
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR MACHINE UNPACKING
The machine must be unpacked carefully and gently, removing the brackets on
the wheels. At this point, the machine must be brought to ground level by a met-
al or wooden ramp, suitable for the weight of the machine.
UNPACKAGED
MACHINE HANDLING
The unpacked machine must be checked and the batteries must be assembled
if not already installed. Should it need to be handled after use for short distance
transportation, disconnect the battery cables and remove the brushes and
squeegee. For very long distance transportation, it is a good idea to repack the
machine on the pallet. Please note that the machine can be pushed to move it
short stretches. See“DRIVE SYSTEM”-“Manual handling of the machine when it is
not possible to use the drive” and“BRAKING”“Electric brake release”.
LIFTING THE MACHINE
For lifting, the operation must be done with approved equipment with suitable
capacity.
TRANSPORTING THE MACHINE
Whenever the machine has to be transported, it is IMPORTANT to:
• Verify that the solution tanks (clean water) and recovery tanks (dirty wa-
ter) are empty.
• Lift the brushes and the squeegee.
• Press the loading button 15 {g.4} to lift the machine onto the transport
vehicle.
• Secure the machine to the transport vehicle using special straps.
• Remove the brushes.
• Disassemble the squeegee.
• Disconnect the battery.
• Brake and secure the machine to the transport vehicle.
• Cover the machine if the transport vehicle is uncovered.
!Attention!
When loading the machine onto a vehicle using ramps, pay attention to
the SLOPE and the CRITICAL point, as shown in the gure.

MANUTENTION
DE LA MACHINE EMBALLÉE
La machine arrive emballée sur une palette.
Le poids et les dimensions sont mentionnés dans les CARACTÉRISTIQUES TECH-
NIQUES.
Les fourches du chariot ou du transpalette doivent être positionnées de sorte
que le centre de l'emballage se trouve au centre des fourches. Le colis doit être
manutentionné en faisant très attention, en évitant les chocs et de le lever à des
hauteurs considérables.
Il est interdit de superposer les colis l’un sur l’autre.
INDICATIONS
POUR DÉBALLER LA MACHINE
Le déballage de la machine doit être eectué en faisant preuve d’attention et de
délicatesse, en retirant les brides sur les roues. À ce stade la machine doit être
amenée au niveau du sol au moyen d'une rampe métallique ou en bois adaptée
au poids de la machine.
MANUTENTION
DE LA MACHINE DÉBALLÉE
La machine déballée doit être contrôlée et les batteries doivent être montées
si elles n'ont pas été encore installées. Si elle doit être manutentionnée, après
avoir été utilisée, pour un transport rapide, il faut débrancher les câbles des bat-
teries et retirer les brosses et la raclette;pour un transport beaucoup plus long,
il est bien d’emballer à nouveau la machine sur une palette. On peut déplacer la
machine en la poussant pour de courtes distances. Cf. le «SYSTÈME D'AVANCE-
MENT» - «Manutention manuelle de la machine lorsqu’il est impossible d’utiliser
la traction» et «FREINAGE - Déblocage de l’électro frein».
LEVAGE DE LA MACHINE
Pour le levage, l'opération doit être eectuée en utilisant des engins homologués
et achant une charge utile adéquate.
TRANSPORT DE LA MACHINE
Si la machine doit être transportée il est IMPORTANT de:
• Vérier que les réservoirs de solution (eau propre) et de récupération
(eau sale) soient vides.
• Soulever les brosses et la raclette.
• Appuyer sur le bouton de chargement 15 {g.4} pour faire monter la ma-
chine sur le moyen de transport.
• Fixer la machine au moyen de transport avec des sangles appropriées.
• Enlever les brosses.
• Démonter l’actionneur squeegee.
• Débrancher la batterie.
• Freiner et xer la machine au moyen de transport.
• Couvrir la machine si le moyen de transport est découvert.

En cas de chargement de la machine sur le moyen de transport par l’in-
termédiaire de rampes, faire attention à la PENTE et au point CRITIQUE,
comme indiqué sur la gure.

VERPLAATSING
VAN DE VERPAKTE MACHINE
De machine wordt verpakt op een pallet geleverd.

De vorken van de heftruck of transpallet moeten geplaatst worden zodat het
midden van de verpakking ongeveer met het midden van de vorken overeen-
komt. De colli moet met de grootste aandacht worden verplaatst, let op dat u
nergens tegen stoot en breng de verpakking niet teveel omhoog.
Het is verboden colli’s op elkaar te stapelen.
AANWIJZINGEN OM DE MACHINE
UIT TE PAKKEN
Het uitpakken van de machine moet aandachtig en voorzichtig gebeuren. Ver-
wijder de wielklemmen op de wielen. Nu moet de machine ter hoogte van de
grond worden gebracht via een metalen of houten laadhelling, die geschikt is
voor het gewicht van de machine.
VERPLAATSING
VAN DE UITGEPAKTE MACHINE
Wanneer de machine uitgepakt is, moet u die controleren en moeten de batterij-
en gemonteerd worden indien deze nog niet geïnstalleerd zijn. Als u de machine
over een korte afstand moet verplaatsen, maakt u de batterijkabels los en neemt
u de borstels en de vloerzwabber weg; voor een zeer lang traject is het handig de
machine opnieuw op het laadbord te verpakken. Let wel: de machine kan over
korte afstanden worden verplaatst door die vooruit te duwen. Zie “RIJSYSTEEM”
- “Handmatige verplaatsing van de machine wanneer het niet mogelijk is om de
tractie te gebruiken”en“REMSYSTEEM - Deblokkering van de elektrische rem”.
DE MACHINE OPTILLEN
Om de machine op te tillen dient u gebruik te maken van gehomologeerde werk-
tuigen met voldoende draagvermogen.
TRANSPORT VAN DE MACHINE
Wanneer de machine vervoerd moet worden, dient u op volgende BELANGRI-
JKE punten te letten:
• Controleer of de tank met oplossing (zuiver water) en de opvangtank
(vuil water) leeg zijn.
• Breng de borstels en de vloerzwabber omhoog.
• Druk op de laadknop 15 {afb.4} om de machine op het transportvoertuig
te laten rijden.
• Maak de machine met geschikte riemen vast op het transportvoertuig.
• Verwijder de borstels.
• Demonteer de rubber zwabber.
• Ontkoppel de batterij.
• Rem de machine en zet hem vast op het transportvoertuig.
• Bedek de machine indien een open transportvoertuig wordt gebruikt.

Let bij het laden van de machine op een transportmiddel met oprijplaten
op de HELLING en het KRITIEKE punt zoals aangegeven in de volgende
afbeelding:
