tehlikeli aktivitelerdendir. Uygun kullanım tekniklerini ve güvenlik
yöntemlerini öğrenmek ve pratikte uygulamak kullanıcının sorumluluğu
altındadır. Bu Geri SarımlıDüşüşDurdurucu yalnızca bu konuda eğitim
almış uzman personel tarafından veya bu personelin gözetiminde
kullanılmalıdır. Yanlış kullanım ya da uygun olmayacak şekilde kullanılması
halinde ciddi yaralanmalara ve ölümcül kazalara neden olabilir.
1.2- Yüksekte çalışma sırasında oluşabilecek herhangi bir acil durumda
uygulanmak üzere bir kurtarma planı olması gerekmektedir.
1.3- Bu Geri Sarımlı Düşüş Durdurucu yüksekten düşmeyi önleyen
bir sistemin bileşeni olup amacı bir düşüş esnasında kullanıcının yere
düşmesini önlemektir. Bu donanım tek başına yüksekte çalışmak için
ekipmanlar ile beraber kullanılması zorunludur.

3- Genel Özellikler:
Bu Geri SarımlıDüşüşDurdurucu yüksekte çalışmalarda size yardımcı bir
donanım ile güvenli bir noktadan bağlantı alarak güvenli şekilde çalışmanıza
olanak verir. Geri SarımlıDüşüşDurdurucu

olarak üretilmiştir.
4. Ürün Kullanımı:
4.1- EN 360:2002 Geri Sarımlı Düşüş
Durdurucu
Bu Geri Sarmalı Düşüş Tutucu bir düşüş
durdurmaya da sınırlandırma sisteminin
parçası olarak kullanılabilir. Eğer bir
düşüş durdurucu sistemin parçası olarak
kullanılacaksa, uygun bir ankraj noktası
(kullanıcının baş seviyesinin üstünde, en az
12 kN dayanımında) kullanılmalıdır. Ankraj
noktasına ve diğer ekipmanlara bağlantılar
EN 362 şartlarına uygun oval karabinalar
kullanılarak sağlanacaktır. Ekipman dikey
yönde kullanılacaktır, kesinlikle yatay olarak
kullanılmayacaktır. Geri sarımlı düşüş
durdurucu halatı 4,8 mm galvaniz çelikten
üretilmiştir.
Kullanım Talimatları
Bu ekipmanı kullanmak için önce birinci
adımı ardından ikinci adımı takip edin.
Adım 1: Geri Sarımlı Düşüş Tutucu’nun üst kısmındaki fırdöndülü gözü
kullanıcının baş seviyesinin üstünde uygun bir ankraj baş seviyesinin
üstünde uygun bir ankraj noktasına EN 362’ye uygun bir karabina
kullanarak takın ve karabinanın kilitlendiğinden emin olun.
Adım 2: Geri Sarımlı Düşüş Tutucu’nun üst kısmındaki fırdöndülü gözü
kullanıcının baş seviyesinin üstünde uygun bir ankraj noktasına EN
361’ye uygun bir karabina kullanarak takın ve karabinanın kilitlendiğinden
emin olun.
5 Ürün Kontrolü ve Doğrulama
5.1 Her kullanımdan Önce:
Yüksekte çalışma ürünleri kişiye özel olarak kullanılmalıdır. Bu ürünler
her kullanımdan önce ve sonra düzenli bir şekilde kontrol edilmeli ve
tespit edilen bilgiler ürün kontrol defterine kayıt edilmelidir. Bu kontroller
ışığın yeterli olduğu bir ortamda, ürünü düz bir zemin üzerine yayınız ve
ürünü aşağıdaki kontrol kriterlerine göre kontrol ediniz.
* Ana gövde üzerinde bir yıpranma olup oladığına,
* Çelik Halat üzerinde bir yıpranma olup olmadığına,
* Bağlantı noktalarında bir problem olup olmadığına,
* Mekanizmanın çalışıp çalışmadığına,
* Karabinanın düşüş indikatörünün açılıp açılmadığına,
Yüksekte çalışma donanımlarının kontrolünde yukarıdaki maddelerden
birinde bir bozukluk görüldüğünde ürün üreticiye gönderilip tavsiyesi
alınmalı veya ürün kullanımdan kaldırılmalıdır. Ürün üzerinde görülen
bozulmalar kesinlikle tamir edilememelidir.
Bu konuda yalnızca üreticinin yönlendirmesi ile hareket edilmelidir.
5.2 Her kullanım sırasında:
Kullanım sırasında ürün bir sistem ile beraber kullanıldığında, tüm
sistemin doğru kullanıldığını kontrol etmek çok önemlidir. Sistem içindeki
tüm ekipmanların bir diğer ekipmana göre doğru konumlandığından
emin olunuz.
6. EN 365 Standardına ilişkin genel bilgilendirme
6.1 Kurtarma Planı
Ürün kullanımı sırasında herhangi bir zorluk ile karşılaşılması durumunda,
bu durumdan hızlı bir şekilde kurtulunabilmesi için bir kurtarma planının
hazırlanmış olması zorunludur.
6.2 Ankraj noktası:
Kullanılan sitemdeki ankraj noktası mutlaka kullanıcı konumunun
üzerinde olması gerekmektedir ve bu nokta EN 795 standardına uygun
olmalıdır. EN 795 standardına göre ankraj noktası minimum 12 kN
mukavemetinde olmalıdır.
6.3 Çeşitli Durumlar
* Bir Geri Sarımlı Düşüş Durdurucu sadece bir düşüş de bedenin düşüşte
korunmasını sağlamak amacı ile kullanılmalıdır.
* Kullanıcının yere ya da herhangi bir engele çarpmasını engellemek için,
çalışma alanında Geri Sarmalı Düşüş Tutucu ve yer arasında en az 4 m
engelsiz açıklık olduğunun garanti edilmesi hayati önem taşımaktadır.
* Birçok ürün beraber kullanıldığı zaman tehlikeli bir durum ortaya
çıkabilir. Bunun için bir ekipmanın güvenlik fonksiyonunun diğer

7.4 Değişim ve Tamir
* KAYA’dan önceden yazılı izin alınmadan ürün üzerinde herhangi bir
değiştirme, tamir veya ekleme yapılmamalıdır.
Ürün üzerinde herhangi bir tamir sadece üretici ( KAYA ) tarafından
yapılabilir. Aksi takdirde oluşacak tehlikelerden KAYA sorumlu değildir.
7.5ÜrününTaşınması: Ürünbirçantasıiçerisinde,nem vekimyasallardan
uzakta, başka diğer cisimler ile temas etmeyecek şekilde taşınmalıdır.
7.6 Ürün Periyodik Kontrolü:
Kullanıcının güvenliği, ekipmanın verimliliğinin ve dayanıklılığının
devamlılığına bağlıdır. Bu nedenle ekipmanların genel periyodik
bakımlarının yapılmasıgerekmektedir. Kemer her kullanım öncesinde
mutlaka kullanıcı tarafından kontrol edilmeli ve mutlaka 12 ayda minimum
bir defa olacak sıklıkta üretici veya üreticinin yetkilendirdiği kişilerce detaylı
periyodik muayenesi yapılmalıdır.
Ürün kontrolünden sonra asagıdaki bilgilerin mutlaka kayıt altına
alınmasını tavsiyeederiz. Ürün tipi, marka, model, üretici iletişim bilgileri,
seri numarası, üretim tarihi, satınalım tarihi, ilk kullanım tarihi, bir sonraki
periyodik kontrol tarihi, problemler, yorumlar, kontrolü yapan uzmanın
isim, soyisim ve imzası.

7.7 Garanti:
Bu ürün her türlü malzeme ve üretim hatlarına karşı 3 yıl garantilidir.
Garanti süresi şu durumlarda geçerli değildir: Yanlış kullanım alanları,
kesilme, yırtılmalar, oksitlenme, ürünün tamir edilmesi veya üzerinde
değişim yapılması, kazalarda oluşan ürün yıpranmaları.

1. Caution:
1.1- Working at height is one of dangerous activities that can lead to
serious injuries and death. It is under the responsibility of the user to
learn and apply it in practice of an appropriate techniques and safety
methods.In this regards, this Retractable Fall Arrester should be used
by only a trained personnel or under the supervision of such personnel.
Improper use can cause serious injury and fatal accidents.
1.2- There must be a plan of rescue that is to be applied in case of
emergency which can occur during working at height.
1.3- This Retractable Fall Arrester is a component of a fall arrest system
and is aimed to prevent user from falling. This enhancement itself is
not suitable for working at height, it must also be used together with CE

This Retractable Fall Arrester is made of;
* External body made of high tenacity polipropilen,
* Metal parts are steel,
* Steel wire rope,
* Carabiner is steel,
This Retractable Fall Arrester enables user to work safely by making a
connection to a secure point with an appropriate tool. This Retractable
Fall Arrester is manufactured in comply with standards of EN 360:2002
SATRA Technology Center No. CE 2777..
4. Product Usage
4.1 EN 360:2002 Retractable Fall Arrester
This Retractable Fall Arrester can be used
as a part of a fall arrest system or as a part
of a restraint system. If using as a part of
fall arrest system, a suitable anchor point
(above the user’s head, at least 12 KN) shall
be used. Attachments to the anchor points
andother equipment shall be made using
oval Carabiners to EN 362. The equipment is
not tobe used for horizontal usage. Material
of the retractable fall arrester’s rope is
galvanized steel wire rope of dia 4.8 mm.
How to Use :
Follow Step 1 to Step 2 to use this equipment.
Step 1: Connect the swivel eye at the top
of the Retractabel Fall Arrester to a suitable
anchorage point situated above the user’s
headusing Karabiners as per EN 362 &
ensure the Karabiner is locked.
Step 2: Now connect the swivel hook of the
equipment to the attachment element of
your full body harness and ensure that it is

locked. You are now safe to move up & down in normal speed. In the
event of a fall, the Retractable Fall Arrester locks & also mini-mises the
impactforces on the body of user.
5. Product Control and Validation
5.1 Before every single use:
Working at height equipment must be used as personalized. These
products must be controled on regular basis before and after each
sheet. On an adequate lightening environment apply following controls
by lying the product on a flat surface,
* Any damage on main surface,
* Any damage on the wire rope,
* Any damage on connecting points,
* Functioning of recractable fall arrester,
* Fall indicator funtioning,
* Labels should be secure and legible.
During the controls if at least one of these deviation is found, usage
of the equipment should be suspended or retired and immediately
send back to producer for detailed inspection. No repair is allowed by
unauthorised person. Only manufacturer directions should be applied.
5.2 During each use:
When use product with a system , make sure that all pieces of equipment
in the system are correctly positioned with respect to each other.
6. Supplementary information regarding standard; EN 365
6.1 Rescue Plan
A worker who has been incapacitated by an injury or medical condition
and who is suspended by the full body harness must be rescued
immediately. So you must always have a rescue planfor such emergency
situations. For this adequately trained personnel and rescue equipment
must be on hand.
5.2 During each use:
When use product with a system , make sure that all pieces of equip-
ment in the system are correctly positioned with respect to each other.
6. Supplementary information regarding standard; EN 365
6.1 Rescue Plan
A worker who has been incapacitated by an injury or medical condition
and who is suspended by the full body harness must be rescued im-
mediately. So you must always have a rescue plan for such emergency
situations. For this adequately trained personnel and rescue equipment
must be on hand.
6.2 Anchor Point
The anchor point of the system comprises this product should prefera-
bly be located above the user or should at least at the waist level of the
user. An attachment point below this level will cause a serious injury or
death. The anchor point must conform to the requirements of the EN
795 standard and the minimum strength of it must be 12 kN.
6.3 Various Situation
* A Recracteble Fall Arrester is the only device allowable for supporting
the body in a fall arrest system.
* It is essential to verify that a minimum 4 mt height of free space is
available between the Retractable Fall Arrester & the ground at the work
place, so that in case of a fall, there will be no collision with the ground or
other obstacle in the fall path.
* Make sure that the anchor point is correctly positioned, in order to limit
the risk and the height of a fall.
* When using multiple pieces of equipment together, a dangerous situa-
tion can result if the safety function of one piece of equipment is affect-
ed by the safety function of another piece of equipment.

7. Kaya General Inforrmation
7.1 Life Time:
Although the potential life time of a KAYA SAFETY Two Leg Engery Ab-

cy and intense of use, environmental conditions, correct maintenance
and storage. Recommended life expectancy of this Lanyard with energy

it should be withdrawn from service immediately and should be de-
stroyed to prevent further usage.
* It has suffered a high shock load or has had a load dropped onto it.
* There is discoloration, stiffness, cuts and tears, glazed or fused areas
on the webbingg.
* There are cracks, deformation, corrosion or excessive wear on the
metal parts
* It fails to pass inspection (before usage or detailed inspection)
* Labels (markings) are illegible or absent
* It is extremely dirty and does not respond to normal washing.
* It has come into contact with chemicals and especially acids or is even
suspected.
* Its history is unknown.
* Its life time stated in the user’s manual has expired or even it has never
been used.
* There is a slightest doubt that the products is no more safety and re-
liable.
7.2 Storage:
Product is sold with storage bag and instruction for use manual. Addi-
tionally model, applied standards are supplied on the product. During
the storage keep the product it’s own bag. Storage area of the product
should meet following requirements;
* Dry, no direct sun light, room temperature
* Do not store together with acid, solvents etc.
* Keep away from direct heat sources.
* If the product gets humidity during the storage, dry the product in room
temperature before usage.
Recommended life expectancy of this Lanyard with energy absorber is 5

7.3 Maintenance:
Personal protection equipment should be checked regularly to make
sure that the equipment will operate properly whenever it is used.
1. Follow the maintenance instructions procedure laid below strictly.
2. In case of minor soiling, wipe the equipment with cotton cloth or soft
brush. Do not use any abrasive material. For intensive cleaning wash in
water at a temperature between
25 C° to 50 C° using a neutral detergent. It should be allowed to dry by
direct sunlight.
3. Store in cool dry place, preferably away from moisture, direct sunlight,
extra acidic or basic conditions, sharp edges.
7.4 Cahanges and repair
* Changing a part, repair and addition to any component to product is
strictly forbidden without written authorization of KAYA. Any repair can
be made only by KAYA. Otherwise KAYA is not responsible for any pos-
sible consequences.
7.5 Transportation of product:
The product should be transported in a bag to protect it from humidity,
chemicals and other objects.
7.6 Periodical inspection of product:
of the equipment, regular periodic examinations are needed. Harness
must be inspected by the user before each use and an additional detailed
inspec-tion must be carried out periodically minimum once a year by the
manu-facturer or the person who is authorized by the manufacturer.
