yöntemlerini öğrenmek ve pratikte uygulamak kullanıcının sorumluluğu
altındadır. Bu Geri Sarımlı Düşüş Durdurucu yalnızca bu konuda eğitim
almış uzman personel tarafından veya bu personelin gözetiminde
edlikeşkacayamlonugyuadaymınallukşılnaY.rıdılamlınalluk
kullanılması halinde ciddi yaralanmalara ve ölümcül kazalara neden
olabilir.
1.2- Yüksekte çalışma sırasında oluşabilecek herhangi bir acil durumda
uygulanmak üzere bir kurtarma planı olması gerekmektedir.
1.3- Bu Geri Sarımlı Düşüş Durdurucu yüksekten düşmeyi önleyen bir
sistemin bileşeni olup amacı bir düşüş esnasında kullanıcının yere
düşmesini önlemektir. Bu donanım tek başına yüksekte çalışmak için
uygun değildir. Bu donanım ile beraber CE sertifikalı emniyet kemeri v.b.
ekipmanlar ile beraber kullanılması zorunludur.

Bu Geri Sarımlı Düşüş Durdurucu;
* Dış gövde yüksek mukavemetli Polipropilen
* Metal aksamları çelikten,
* Halat Polyester malzemeden,
* Karabinası çelik malzemeden üretilmiştir.
3- Genel Özellikler:
Bu Geri Sarımlı Düşüş Durdurucu yüksekte çalışmalarda size yardımcı
bir donanım ile güvenli bir noktadan bağlantı alarak güvenli şekilde
çalışmanıza olanak verir. Geri Sarımlı Düşüş Durdurucu 2016/425 EU
baş seviyesinin üstünde uygun bir ankraj noktasına EN 361’ye uygun bir
karabina kullanarak takın ve karabinanın kilitlendiğinden emin olun.
Adım 2: Geri Sarımlı Düşüş Tutucu’nun üst kısmındaki fırdöndülü gözü
kullanıcının baş seviyesinin üstünde uygun bir ankraj noktasına EN 361’ye
uygun bir karabina kullanarak takın ve karabinanın kilitlendiğinden emin
olun.
5 Ürün Kontrolü ve Doğrulama
5.1 Her kullanımdan Önce:
Yüksekte çalışma ürünleri kişiye özel olarak kullanılmalıdır. Bu ürünler her
kullanımdan önce ve sonra düzenli bir şekilde kontrol edilmeli ve tespit
edilen bilgiler ürün kontrol defterine kayıt edilmelidir. Bu kontroller ışığın
yeterli olduğu bir ortamda, ürünü düz bir zemin üzerine yayınız ve ürünü
aşağıdaki kontrol kriterlerine göre kontrol ediniz.
* Ana gövde üzerinde bir yıpranma olup oladığına,
* Çelik Halat üzerinde bir yıpranma olup olmadığına,
* Bağlantı noktalarında bir problem olup olmadığına,
* Mekanizmanın çalışıp çalışmadığına,
* Karabinanın düşüş indikatörünün açılıp açılmadığına,
Yüksekte çalışma donanımlarının kontrolünde yukarıdaki maddelerden
birinde bir bozukluk görüldüğünde ürün üreticiye gönderilip tavsiyesi alın-
malı veya ürün kullanımdan kaldırılmalıdır. Ürün üzerinde görülen bozul-
malar kesinlikle tamir edilememelidir.
Bu konuda yalnızca üreticinin yönlendirmesi ile hareket edilmelidir.
5.2 Her kullanım sırasında:
Kullanım sırasında ürün bir sistem ile beraber kullanıldığında, tüm siste-
min doğru kullanıldığını kontrol etmek çok önemlidir. Sistem içindeki tüm
ekipmanların bir diğer ekipmana göre doğru konumlandığından emin
olunuz.
6. EN 365 Standardına ilişkin genel bilgilendirme
6.1 Kurtarma Planı
Ürün kullanımı sırasında herhangi bir zorluk ile karşılaşılması durumunda,
bu durumdan hızlı bir şekilde kurtulunabilmesi için bir kurtarma planının
hazırlanmış olması zorunludur.
6.2 Ankraj noktası:
Kullanılan sitemdeki ankraj noktası mutlaka kullanıcı konumunun üze-
rinde olması gerekmektedir ve bu nokta EN 795 standardına uygun ol-
malıdır. EN 795 standardına göre ankraj noktası minimum 12 kN mukave-
metinde olmalıdır.
6.3 Çeşitli Durumlar
* Bir Geri Sarımlı Düşüş Durdurucu sadece bir düşüş de bedenin düşüşte
korunmasını sağlamak amacı ile kullanılmalıdır.
* Kullanıcının yere ya da herhangi bir engele çarpmasını engellemek için,
çalışma alanında Geri Sarmalı Düşüş Tutucu ve yer arasında en az 4 m
engelsiz açıklık olduğunun garanti edilmesi hayati önem taşımaktadır.
* Birçok ürün beraber kullanıldığı zaman tehlikeli bir durum ortaya çık-
abilir. Bunun için bir ekipmanın güvenlik fonksiyonunun diğer ekipmanın
regülasyonunda belirtilen EN 360:2002
normlarına uygun olarak üretilmiştir.
4. Ürün Kullanımı:
4.1- EN 360:2002 Geri Sarımlı Düşüş
Durdurucu
Bu Geri Sarmalı Düşüş Tutucu bir düşüş
durdurmaya da sınırlandırma sisteminin
parçası olarak kullanılabilir. Eğer bir
düşüş durdurucu sistemin parçası olarak
kullanılacaksa, uygun bir ankraj noktası
(kullanıcının baş seviyesinin üstünde, en az
12 kN dayanımında) kullanılmalıdır. Ankraj
noktasına ve diğer ekipmanlara bağlantılar
EN 362 şartlarına uygun oval karabinalar
kullanılarak sağlanacaktır. Ekipman dikey
yönde kullanılacaktır, kesinlikle yatay olarak
kullanılmayacaktır. Geri sarımlı düşüş
durdurucu halatı 4,7 mm galvaniz çelikten
üretilmiştir.
Kullanım Talimatları
Bu ekipmanı kullanmak için önce birinci adımı

yet kemerinin ölümcül kazalara neden olabileceğine dair uyarılmalıdırlar.
* Aşağıdaki durumlar tehlikelidir ve Geri Sarmalı Düşüş Tutucu’nun perfor-
mansını etkileyebilir.
* Yüksek sıcaklıklar.
* Halatların keskin yüzeylerle teması.
* Yüksek asit ve baz içeren ortamlar.
* Ekipmana zarar verebilecek keskin ya da aşındırıcı yüzeyler.
* Pandül (açılı) düşüşler.
7.Kaya Genel Bilgilendirme
7.1 Ürün Ömrü:
* Ürününüzün raf ömrü 10 yıldır. ( bu ömür ürünün rafta hiç kullanılmadan
bekleme süresidir, ürün bu süre içinde hiç kullanılmamış olsa bile imha
edilmelidir.)
* Ürünün kullanım ömrü ilk kullanımdan itibaren makisimum 5 yıldır.
Aşağıdaki durumlarda ürün üreticiye geri gönderilmeli veya imha
edilmelidir;
* Ürün bir düşüş yaşamış ve yüke maruz kalmışsa,
* Ürün ömrü 10 yılın üzerinde ise (tekstil veya plastik aksamlar dan üretilen
ürünler için),
* Ürün bir kontrol sırasında kullanıma uygun bulunmadı ise ve sizin bun-
dan bir şüpheniz var ise,
* Eğer ürünün tüm kullanım tarihini bilmiyorsanız,
* Ürün standardında, yasalarda, kullanım tekniğine uyumu ile ilgili bir
değişiklik ve benzeri durumlarda.
7.2 Ürün Depolanması:
Ürün kendi özel çantasında ve kullanım kılavuzu ile birlikte, üzerinde mod-
eli, standardı yazılı olarak satışa sunulmuştur. Ürünü kendi çantası içinde
muhafaza ediniz. Ürünün depolama alanlarında aşağıdaki kriterler göz
önünde bulundurulmalıdır;
* Kuru bir yerde, güneş ışığına doğrudan maruz kalamayacak şekilde, oda
sıcaklığında saklanmalıdır.
* Depolama alanında ( asitler, solventler v.b. ) ürüne zarar verecek maddel-
erden uzak tutulmalıdır.
* Ürün ısı kaynaklarından uzak tutulmalıdır.
* Ürün depolama sırasında rutubetlenmiş ise oda sıcaklığında kurutulduk-
tan sonra kullanılmalıdır.
7.3 Ürün Bakımı:
* Ürüne her kullanımdan sonra bakım yapmak ürünün kullanım ömrünü
uzatır. Aşağıdaki bakım talimatlarına kesinlikle uyunuz.
* Az kirlenme durumunda, ürünü pamuklu kumaş ya da yumuşak bir fırça
ile temizleyin. Kesinlikle aşındırıcı bir malzeme kullanmayın. Derinlem-
esine temizlik için 25°C-50°C aralığındaki su ile nötr deterjan kullanarak
yıkayın. Çıplak ateşten ve herhangi bir ısı kaynağından uzakta kurumaya
bırakın. Direk güneş ışından sakının.
* Nemden, direk gün ışığından, aşırı asit ve baz içeren ortamlardan, keskin
yüzeylerden uzakta, kuru ve serin bir yerde saklayın.
7.4 Değişim ve Tamir
* KAYA’dan önceden yazılı izin alınmadan ürün üzerinde herhangi bir
değiştirme, tamir veya ekleme yapılmamalıdır.
Ürün üzerinde herhangi bir tamir sadece üretici ( KAYA ) tarafından
yapılabilir. Aksi takdirde oluşacak tehlikelerden KAYA sorumlu değildir.
7.5 Ürünün Taşınması: Ürün bir çantası içerisinde, nem ve kimyasallardan
uzakta, başka diğer cisimler ile temas etmeyecek şekilde taşınmalıdır.
7.6 Ürün Periyodik Kontrolü:
Ürününüzü her kullanımdan önce veya belirli periyotlarda mutlaka en
az yılda 1 defa (12 ayda) üreticiye göndererek veya tanımlanmış yetkin bir
personel tarafından kontrol ettirip kullanım için tavsiye alınız.
Ürün kontrolünden sonra aşağıdaki bilgilerin mutlaka kayıt altına
alınmasını tavsiye ederiz.
* Ürün tipi, model, üretici iletişim bilgileri, seri numarası, üretim tarihi,
satınalım tarihi, ilk kullanım tarihi, bir sonraki periyodik kontrol tarihi,
problemler, yorumlar, kontrolü yapan uzmanın isim ve soyismi. Daha fazla

7.7 Garanti:
Bu ürün her türlü malzeme ve üretim hatlarına karşı 3 yıl garantilidir.
Garanti süresi şu durumlarda geçerli değildir: Yanlış kullanım alanları,
kesilme, yırtılmalar, oksitlenme, ürünün tamir edilmesi veya üzerinde
değişim yapılması, kazalarda oluşan ürün yıpranmaları.
8. Belgelendirme:
Bu ürün 2016/425 EU regülasyonu gereğince SATRA Technology Center CE
2777 no’lu onaylı kuruluş tarafından test edilerek EN 360:2002 normuna
uygun olduğu tespit edilmiş ve sertifikalandırılmıştır.
* KAYA teste gönderilen ürün ile üretilen ürünün aynı özelliklere sahip
olduğunu teyit eden CE 0082 nolu APAVE SUDEUROPE SAS tarafından
2016/425 EU Modul D Kalite Güvence Sistem Sertifikasına sahiptir.

1.1- Working at height is one of dangerous activities that can lead to serious
injuries and death. It is under the responsibility of the user to learn and
apply it in practice of an appropriate techniques and safety methods.In this

personnel or under the supervision of such personnel. Improper use can
cause serious injury and fatal accidents.

2. Raw Material:
This Retractable Fall Arrester is made of;

This Retractable Fall Arrester enables user to work safely by making a
connection to a secure point with an appropriate tool. This Retractable
Fall Arrester is manufactured in comply with standards of EN 360:2002
specified in the regulation 2016/425 EU and SATRA Technology Center No.
CE2777.

5. Product Control and Validation
5.1 Before every single use:
Working at height equipment must be used as personalized. These
products must be controled on regular basis before and after each single
use and findings must be recorded into product control register sheet. On
an adequate lightening environment apply following controls by lying the
product on a flat surface,
* Any damage on main surface,
* Any damage on the wire rope,
* Any damage on connecting points,
* Functioning of recractable fall arrester,
* Fall indicator funtioning,
* Labels should be secure and legible.
During the controls if at least one of these deviation is found, usage of
the equipment should be suspended or retired and immediately send back
to producer for detailed inspection. No repair is allowed by unauthorised
person. Only manufacturer directions should be applied.
5.2 During each use:
When use product with a system , make sure that all pieces of equipment in
the system are correctly positioned with respect to each other.
6. Supplementary information regarding standard; EN 365
6.1 Rescue Plan
A worker who has been incapacitated by an injury or medical condition and
who is suspended by the full body harness must be rescued immediately.
So you must always have a rescue plan for such emergency situations. For
this adequately trained personnel and rescue equipment must be on hand.
5.2 During each use:
When use product with a system , make sure that all pieces of equipment in
the system are correctly positioned with respect to each other.
6. Supplementary information regarding standard; EN 365
6.1 Rescue Plan
A worker who has been incapacitated by an injury or medical condition and
who is suspended by the full body harness must be rescued immediately.
So you must always have a rescue plan for such emergency situations. For
this adequately trained personnel and rescue equipment must be on hand.
6.2 Anchor Point
The anchor point of the system comprises this product should preferably
be located above the user or should at least at the waist level of the user.
An attachment point below this level will cause a serious injury or death.
The anchor point must conform to the requirements of the EN 795 stan-
dard and the minimum strength of it must be 12 kN.
6.3 Various Situation
* A Recracteble Fall Arrester is the only device allowable for supporting the
body in a fall arrest system.
* It is essential to verify that a minimum 4 mt height of free space is avail-
able between the Retractable Fall Arrester & the ground at the work place,
so that in case of a fall, there will be no collision with the ground or other
obstacle in the fall path.
* Make sure that the anchor point is correctly positioned, in order to limit
the risk and the height of a fall.
* When using multiple pieces of equipment together, a dangerous situation
can result if the safety function of one piece of equipment is affected by the
safety function of another piece of equipment.
* Users must be medically fit for activities at height. Warning, inert suspen-
sion in a harness can result in serious injury or death.
* The instructions for use must be provided to users of this equipment in
the language of the country in which the product is to be used.
* Following conditions may be hazardous & may affect the performance of
Retractable Fall Arrester:
* Extreme tempratures.
* Trailing or looping of Lanyards over sharp edges.
* Extreme acidic or basic environments.
* Abrasive or sharp edge structures which can damage the equipment.
* Pendulum falls.
7. Kaya General Inforrmation
7.1 Life Time:
Although the potential life time of a KAYA SAFETY Two Leg Engery Ab-
sorber Lanyard is 10 years from the date of production, it is very difficult to
define the exact service life of it as it varies according to the frequency and
intense of use, environmental conditions, correct maintenance and stor-
age. Recommended life expectancy of this Lanyard with energy absorber is
5 years from date of first use. If the product has one of the deviations below
it should be withdrawn from service immediately and should be destroyed
to prevent further usage.
* It has suffered a high shock load or has had a load dropped onto it.
* There is discoloration, stiffness, cuts and tears, glazed or fused areas on
the webbingg.
* There are cracks, deformation, corrosion or excessive wear on the metal
parts
* It fails to pass inspection (before usage or detailed inspection)
* Labels (markings) are illegible or absent
* It is extremely dirty and does not respond to normal washing.
* It has come into contact with chemicals and especially acids or is even
suspected.
* Its history is unknown.
* Its life time stated in the user’s manual has expired or even it has never
been used.

4. Product Usage
4.1 EN 360:2002 Retractable Fall Arrester
This Retractable Fall Arrester can be used
as a part of a fall arrest system or as a part
of a restraint system. If using as a part of
fall arrest system, a suitable anchor point
(above the user’s head, at least 12 KN) shall
be used. Attachments to the anchor points
andother equipment shall be made using oval
Carabiners to EN 362. The equipment is to be
used specifically in vertical condition & not
tobe used for horizontal usage. Material of the
retractable fall arrester’s rope is galvanized
steel wire rope of dia 4.7 mm.
How to Use :
Follow Step 1 to Step 2 to use this equipment.
Step 1: Connect the swivel eye at the top of
the Retractabel Fall Arrester to a suitable
anchorage point situated above the user’s
headusing Karabiners as per EN 362 & ensure
the Karabiner is locked.
Step 2: Now connect the swivel hook of the
equipment to the attachment element of your
full body harness and ensure that it is locked.

7.2 Storage:
Product is sold with storage bag and instruction for use manual. Addition-
ally model, applied standards are supplied on the product. During the stor-
age keep the product it’s own bag. Storage area of the product should meet
following requirements;
* Dry, no direct sun light, room temperature
* Do not store together with acid, solvents etc.
* Keep away from direct heat sources.
* If the product gets humidity during the storage, dry the product in room
temperature before usage.
Recommended life expectancy of this Lanyard with energy absorber is 5
years from date of first use.
If the product has one of the deviations below it should be withdrawn from
service immediately and should be destroyed to prevent further usage.
* It has suffered a high shock load or has had a load dropped onto it.
* There is discoloration, stiffness, cuts and tears, glazed or fused areas on
the webbing.
* There are cracks, deformation, corrosion or excessive wear on the metal
parts.
* It fails to pass inspection (before usage or detailed inspection)
* Labels (markings) are illegible or absent
7.3 Maintenance:
Personal protection equipment should be checked regularly to make sure
that the equipment will operate properly whenever it is used.
1. Follow the maintenance instructions procedure laid below strictly.
2. In case of minor soiling, wipe the equipment with cotton cloth or soft
brush. Do not use any abrasive material. For intensive cleaning wash in
water at a temperature between
25 C° to 50 C° using a neutral detergent. It should be allowed to dry by
itself andbe kept away from open fire or any other source of heat. Avoid
direct sunlight.
3. Store in cool dry place, preferably away from moisture, direct sunlight,
extra acidic or basic conditions, sharp edges.
7.4 Cahanges and repair
* Changing a part, repair and addition to any component to product is
strictly forbidden without written authorization of KAYA. Any repair can be
made only by KAYA. Otherwise KAYA is not responsible for any possible
consequences.
7.5 Transportation of product:
The product should be transported in a bag to protect it from humidity,
chemicals and other objects.
7.6 Periodical inspection of product:
Harness should be inspected by the user before each use and an additional
detailed inspection must be carried out by an authorized person in every
12 months
During the inspection of product following information should be re-
corded;
Type of the product, model, contact information of manufacturer, serial
number, date of production, date of purchase, date of first usage, next
inspection date, problems, recommendations, name and surname of the

7.7 Guarantee: This product has 3-year guarantee against all material

Guarantee is no more valid if; product is used wrong, tears, cut, corrosion,
in case of unauthorized repair changes on the product, damages caused
by accidents.
8. Certification:
This product is certified in accordance with PPE Regulation 2016/425 EU
by SATRA Technology Center CE 2777 Notified Body after tests according
to EN 360:2002.
* KAYA has Module D Quality System Certificate according to PPE
Regulation; 2016/425 EU by APAVE SUD EUROPE SAS CE 0082 and confirms
each product same as the tested sample.
