INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing our “Rohnson”Stand Fan. Each unit has been
manufactured to ensure safety, reliability, and ease of use. Before use, please read
these instructions carefully and save them for future reference.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using any electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
●During the use of an Electrical Appliance, a personal monitor on the Appliance
is necessary.
●This Appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
●Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the Appliance.
●Do not use this Appliance near a hot gas electric burner or heated
electrical appliance.
●Do not use this Appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other
vessels containing water.
●Never immerse cord, plug, or the appliance in water or any other liquid.
●Ensure voltage used corresponds with the voltage indicated.
●Turn the speed control to select speeds: 0(off) and speeds I, II, III are Low, Middle & High.
●The fan can operate in oscillation or stationary mode. Press the Oscillation Knob down to
activate the oscillating mode. To stop oscillation, pull the knob upward. To adjust the tilt of
the fan, grasp the fan motor housing and gently push forward or backward. The fan head
adjusts into three positions.
●Never touch the blades with your hand or any other object!
●Do not pull the cord too tight. If it becomes damaged after prolonged use, get it repaired
by a technician.
●To clean: Disconnect the power cord from the socket. Remove the guard and the blades
carefully. Do not drop the blades! First use a soft cloth with light soap to clean off oil stains.
Then wipe dry and polish with a dry cloth. Never use polish or any corrosive liquid that will
damage the paint, metal or plastic! Put back the blades and lock the guard securely before
use.
●Never insert your fingers, pencils, or other objects through the fan grille during operation.
●The fan should be used on a stable and level surface. Do not operate without the grille
being properly in place.
●Do not expose the fan to excessive heat or humidity. This could cause damage to the
electrical components.
●Do not operate this or any appliance with a damaged cord, if the unit malfunctions or if it
has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Connect to properly polarized outlets only.
●We do not recommend the use of an extension cord. It could overheat and cause a fire
hazard.
●Unplug the fan before cleaning or making repairs. NOTE: If for any reason this unit
requires service, return appliance to manufacturer or a similarly qualified service agent to
ensure safety.

●To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed
control device.
●To disconnect, grip plug and pull from wall outlet. Never pull on the cord to unplug.
●For indoor use only.

USING YOUR FAN
You must read all instructions before using.
⚫Remove all packing material and please check carefully, making sure that your Metal
Pedestal Fan is in good condition. It must have no cracks on the unit and no damage to
the cord/plug.
⚫You must confirm that the voltage indicated on the Metal Pedestal Fan corresponds with
the voltage in your home.

TO USE YOUR FAN
Assembly instructions:
Tools required: screwdriver (not included). Remove the fan and packaging materials
from the box.
Base assembly:
1. Place the down part of the base (black part) onto the base cover. Then, place the
exterior pole on the opening in the center of the fan base and secure the pole and
base with the 4 screws that are provided.
2. Unscrew the height adjustment ring from the exterior pole and place the decorative
cover. Then, screw the height adjustment ring on the exterior pole again.
3. Put the motor housing (fan head) on the top of the interior pole and secure with the
provided screw. Ensure that you have tighten the head properly.
Fan assembly:
1. Remove the screws from the motor shaft.
2. Put the rear grill over the motor shaft and secure it on the fan head with the 4
screws. Tighten firmly. Ensure that the handle is at the top.
2. Place the fan blade on the motor shaft and tighten the screw with a screwdriver.
3. Position the front grill so the logo is horizontal and make sure the clips on the grill
are open. Hold the front grill against the rear grill, close the clips and fasten the
bolt on the bottom of the grills to complete the assembly.
Adjustment instructions:
●To adjust the angle of the fan head, loosen the adjustable-tilt knob and move the fan head
to the desired angle. Firmly tighten the knob to secure into place.
●To adjust the height of the fan, turn the adjustable height knob counter-clockwise to
loosen the stand. Adjust the fan to the desired height, then firmly tighten to secure into
place.
CARE AND CLEANING
Cleaning：
●Set the switch to off and unplug the unit.
●Clean using a damp cloth and a mild detergent, if necessary. Make certain all detergent
residue is removed.
●Never use abrasive cleaning agents or solvents. This may cause damage or deterioration
to the surface of the unit.
●Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan motor housing.
Maintenance:
●Make certain the fan is unplugged. Unlock the metal clips on the front grill and remove the
front grill. Use a screwdriver to loosen the securing screw and remove the fan blade.
●The fan blade and grill may be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
●Reassemble the fan after the parts have dried completely. To do so, replace the fan blade,
tighten the securing screw, and secure the front grill. Do not plug the fan into an electrical
outlet until it is fully reassembled.

Storage:
●When not in use, store the fan in a cool, dry location. To prevent dust and dirt build-up,
use the old packaging to repack the unit.
PROBLEM SOLVING
If the fan will not operate:
●Confirm that the fan switch is not in the off position.
●Make sure the electricity to the main fuse is working. For troubleshooting assistance,
contact customer service.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT IN
ACCORDANCE WITH EC DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC.
At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste. It must be
taken to a special local authority differentiated waste collection center or to a dealer providing
this service. Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative
consequences for the environment and health, deriving form inappropriate disposal and enables
the constituent materials to be recovered to obtain significant savings in energy and resources.
As a reminder of the need to dispose of household appliances separately, the product is marked
with a crossed-out wheeled dustbin.
