(PNC-2300/EGX-300/EGX-350用バキュームテーブル)
バキュームテーブルの取り付け 材料ガイドの位置替えについて
材料ガイドの位置を変える、または取り外して使うことがで
きます。
材料ガイドは縦用と横用で幅が違います。
４つのネジを取
り外します。
ラバーシート(別売)の交換方法
付属のプラスドライバーで材料ガイドとカバーを
取り外します。
カバーからラバーシートを取り外します。

ラバーシートにカバーを貼り付けます。
古い両面テープを
除去します。

新しいラバーシート
市販の両面テープを裏側に貼ります。
カバーと材料ガイドを取り付けます。
先のとがった道具を使用して
ください。
余分な穴がある場合は、余っている
材料や紙などで覆ってください。
材料を固定します。
(吸着力が弱いときは、少し大きめに穴を開けてください。）
チューブを本体の下を通し、バキュームテーブルとバキュー
ムポンプに接続します。
付属のプラスドライバーでバキュームテーブルを
取り付けます。
・ラバーシートの交換には市販の
両面テープが必要です。
本製品にはバキュームポンプは含まれておりません。以下の仕様のバキュームポンプおよび
チューブ取付口を別途ご用意ください。
【推奨バキュームポンプ仕様】
到達真空度:-45.3kPa{-340mmHg}
開放時流量:55liters/min.
【バキュームポンプ側チューブ取付口仕様】
ZV-23Aに付属のチューブ(外径:8.0mm)に
合うものをご用意ください。
テーブルを取り外します。

吸引穴を開ける
バキュームポンプを動作させ、使用する材料に合わせて
穴を開けます。

Makes Holes for Suction
Secure the Material in Place
Use a pointed tool to
make the holes.
Install the Vacuum Table
Use the Phillips screwdriver included with the product to attach
the vacuum table.
Pass the tube under the main unit, and connect the vacuum
table to the vacuum pump.
Operate the vacuum pump and make holes corresponding to
the shape of the material to be used.
If there are too many holes, use extra
materialorpapertocovertheexcessholes.
The material guides can be repositioned or removed.
The vertical guide and the horizontal guide have different lengths.
Use the Phillips screwdriver included with the product to
remove the material guides and the cover.
Replacing the Rubber Sheet (Sold Separately)

Remove the
double-sided tape.
Detach the rubber sheet from the cover.

Remove the
four screws.
Material guides
Apply commercially available double-
sided tape to back of sheet.
New rubber sheet
This product does not include a vacuum pump.
A vacuum pump and tube fitting of the specifications shown below must be procured separately.
Vacuum: -45.3 kPa (-340 mmHg)
Open flow rate: 55 liters/min.specifications Use a fitting which mates with the tube included
with the ZV-23A (tube outer diameter: 8.0 mm
(5/16 in.)).
* Commercially available
double-sided tape is needed
to replace the rubber sheet.

Repositioning the Material Guides
Detach the table.
Secure the material in place.
(If suction is weak, enlarge the holes slightly.)
Affix a new rubber sheet to the cover.
Attach the cover and the material guides.
