A. 装配指南
组装
当打开包装时，请检查机器有无损坏或零件破损。如果有且需要更换的，只能通过原始的制
造商的为你更换。
我们建议由两个人来进行搬运机器，即使机器本身带有可由一个人进行搬运的轮子。
DV机器带有支撑腿便于运输且轮子可拆卸。
1. 机器的装配和部署。（图1, 2）
2. 只推荐机器在平滑的水平面上进行操作。另外，在开始工作之前，确认机器是否
正确的固定在地面上。这样会确保有一个安全的工作条件。（图3, 4）
3. 机器的可移动切割头固定在机器的一端支撑臂上，避免在运输的途中移动(位置
A). 释放切割头：移除卡销子B并且放置在位置C处。(图 9)
安全
在使用机器前请仔细阅读并了解一些安全措施。
电动
检查技术标签上显示的电压和频率是否与电气系统匹配。(图 5)
运输中电源线是用扎带固定住的。请不要通过拉扯电源线来移动机器。
机器在出售时不含电源线。请参考第24页的电源线料号。
应用
用途：DV是一款切割精度较高的专业电动切割机，适合切割各种类型的瓷砖。其独特的结
构设计使其既可以直切也可以倒角。切割时需要使用金刚石锯片进行湿切。
工作区域建议
需要注意所要完成工作的区域的状态。保持清洁和明亮。机器应始终保持清洁，以确保最佳
性能和最安全的工作条件。损坏的锯片（图15，16）。
B. 启动机器
检查列表
使用本机之前，请确认是否有零件磨损，损坏或破损。 如果发现任何零部件有状态不好的，
请立即修理或更换。
可折叠腿的调整:

C. 说明
1. 安装或者更换锯片，请先移除防护罩。将锯片放在卡盘之间，沿机器上所示的方向转
动。如图所示拧紧螺丝。（图 6，7）
2. 向水槽中加水直到水泵被完全淹没。工作时使用干净的水可使锯片寿命更长并能提高
性能。（图 8）
3. DV机器配有放置瓷砖的水平桌面和一个马达滑动导轨。该系统在保证最大的精度和舒
适度的前提下使您能够切割各种类型的瓷砖。（图 10）
4. 为了防止事故的发生，请在直线切割转换成倒角操作时（反之亦然），请在改变切割
高度和调节靠山进行等尺寸切割时关闭电机。（图11，12）
5. 绿色开关是启动机器，红色开关是关闭机器。（图 13）。
6. DV机器有一个安全系统电机热保护。

D. 保养
清洁和维护
1. 在清洗、维修或运输机器之前，必须关闭机器并拔下电源插头。
2. 不要使用腐蚀性的清洁产品清洗机器。
3. 不要将机器浸入水中。
4. 定期检查机器的电源线，如有损坏，必须通过授权的技术售后服务进行维修。
5. 保持把手干净、干燥、无脂，无油。
6. 为使机器保持良好状态，每次使用后，通过冷却系统运行干净的水并清洗机器。
7. 定期检查切割头间隙，必要时进行调整（如图23，24）。拆下4个螺栓A和护罩，将
螺母B和螺母C拧松。减少固定螺丝D之间的间隙。检查切割头的运动并且锁紧螺母B
和螺母C，最后再次将护罩安装上。
8. 连续或不适当的使用，会使靠山失去垂直度。为了使靠山精准地固定在90º：放置一
个90º靠尺相对于锯片对齐并且拧紧靠山上的4颗螺栓。（如图22）
9. 调节锯片使其与桌面呈90度。释放旋钮A和螺母B，拆下锯片的护罩，将靠尺垂直放
在桌面与锯片接触。通过调整螺丝钉C来调节锯片的倾向。锯片和靠山的顶端和底端
接触点（A）必须同时接触。锁紧螺母B和旋钮A. 在机器的两端都要进行该操作。（
图 6, 19, 20, 21）
10. 每次使用之后, 请使用湿的棉抹布清洗滑动表面（铝导轨）。清洗时只能使用水, 不
要使用任何润滑剂或溶剂。

A.ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly
Once you have unpacked your machine, check to make sure that there are no damaged or
broken parts. If there are, and you need to be changed they must only be replaced by original
of the manufacturer.
We recommend two people for transporting of the machine, although the wheels allow trans-
port by one person .
The DV machines are supplied and packed with the supporting legs in transport position and
the wheels disassembled.
1. Assembly and deployment of machine. (g.1, 2)
2. It is recommended that the machine only be operated on smooth, level surfaces. Also,
verify that the machine is properly xed to the oor before beginning to work. This will
provide safe working conditions. (g. 3, 4)
3. The movable head of the machine is xed to the side support to avoid movement during
transport (position A). To release the head: remove the pin B and place in position C.
(g. 9)
Safety
Read carefully and understand the safety measures before use of the machine.
Electricity
Check that the voltage and frequency of the machine shown on the characteristics plate match
the electric system. (g. 5)
Coil feeding cable during transport. Never move the machine by tugging at the cable.
Machines sold without their cables. Please see references for cable on pages 24.
Applications
Use: DV are professional precision machines, suitable for cutting ceramic tiles and other ma-
terials, whether straight or miter cuts, guided by a bearing system. These cuts are made with
diamond discs cooled by water.
Working area advises
Pay close attention to the state of the area where the job is to be done. Keep it clean and well
lit.The machine should be kept clean at all times in order to ensure optimum performance and
the safest working conditions.
B. STARTINGTHE MACHINE
Checking list
Before using this machine, verify that no parts are worn out, damaged or broken. Should you nd
any part that is not in proper condition, have it repaired or replaced immediately.
Foldable legs adjustment:
Levelling the machine: (g. 3, 4)
Check that the stops of the machine are perpendicular to the blade. These are regulated before
leaving the factory. Ensure that the voltage and frequency of the machine shown on the charac-
teristics plate match the electric system. (g. 5)
The electrical outlet must have an earth connection and protection in the event of leaking (diffe-
rential). When using an extension, check that the cable section is at least 2.5 mm².
If the disc is mounted incorrectly; Stop the machine and re-assemble.
C. INSTRUCTIONS
1. To install or replace the blade, rst remove the protective cover , place the blade between
the discs anges, turning in the direction shown on the machine. Tighten the screw as
illustrated. (g. 6, 7)
2. Fill the frame tank with water until the water pump is completely covered. Working
with clean water gives your blade longer working life and improved performance. (g. 8)
3. Models DV are equipped with a table-stand for placing the ceramic tile, and a sliding
motor unit. This system enables you to handle all types of ceramic tile with maximum
precision and comfort. (g. 10)
4. To prevent accidents,shut the motor off when changing from the straight cutting position
to that of mitred cutting (and vice versa), changing cutting height and adjusting stops for
repeated cuts. (g. 11 and 12)
5. Start the machine by pressing the green switch and turn off with the red. (g. 13)
6. Models DV have a safety system that protects the motor from overheating.
7. If the motor should stop for no apparent reason, wait a few minutes as it has probably
been overworked.Moderate the cutting speed.
8. Once the machine is operating, wait until the motor and the water supply by the pump
return to normal (4 or 5 seconds).
9. To make correct cuts, guide the blade rmly and evenly, without brusque movements and
without forcing the motor. One incorrect move can break the work piece and seriously
damage the blade. (g. 15, 16)
10. For 45º cuts (mitred cuts), there is a system of mechanical blockage, which enables you
to position the head with great precision. (g. 14)
11. Lateral stop holds the tile and helps the repetitive angle cuts from 0º to 45º. (g. 17)
12. To get a good cut, the DV machines must work on a level surface.
13. Never use a cracked or chipped diamond blades.
14. not brake or stop the blade by lateral pressure.
15. Read these instructions carefully before using this product. Keep them in a safe place.
16. Keep cutting tools clean and sharp for better, safer performance.
• Carefully follow the instructions when changing accessories.
• Periodically check the cables of this machine, if they are damaged repaired at an
author them at an authorised technical service
• Keep handlers clean, dry and free of grease and oil.
17. Remove tools before starting the machine.
18. Use only electrical outdoor extension cords for outdoor machine use.
19. Before using a machine again, check carefully to ensure that it is in proper working
order for the task you have in mind for it.Any damaged element, whether protective
or not, should be repaired or replaced by an authorised technical service outlet, unless
otherwise specied in this instruction manual. Do not use the machine if it cannot be
switched on and off.
20. It is essential to have adequate lighting in the work areas.
21. Recommended working temperatures should be between 5 and 40 ° C and between 0.8
and 1.1 bar. (maximum humidity 95%)

D. MAINTENANCE
Cleaning and maintenance
1. Before cleaning, repairing or transporting the machine, it must be turned off and un-
plugged.
2. Do not use aggressive cleaning products for cleaning the machine.
3. Do not immerse the machine in water.
4. Examine periodically the machine cables, if they are damaged must repair them through
an authorized technical service.
5. Maintain the grips clean and dry, free of grease and oil.
6. To keep your machine in good condition, run clean water through the cooling system
after every use and cleanse the machine.
7. Check periodically the cutting head gap and proceed to adjust it if it’s necessary (g.
23, 24). Remove the 4 bolts A and the cover, untight the nuts B and C. Reduce the gap
tighting the setscrews D. Check the head movement and tight nuts C and B, and place
the cover again.
8. With the continuous or non appropriate use,the square set can lose its perpendicularity.
For an accurate xation at 90º: Place a 90º square aligned respect to the blade and stan-
ding on the square acting on the 4 bolts (g. 22).
9. To adjust the blade at 90º, remove blade’s cover, release knob A and nut B and place the
set square on the table and in contact with the blade.Regulate blade’s inclination through
the setscrew C. The top and lower contact points (A) between blade and set square have
to be in contact at the same time.Tighten nut B and knob A.Make this operation in both
sides of the machine (g. 6, 19, 20, 21).
10. After every use, clean the sliding surfaces (aluminium guide) using a wet cotton rag. Do
not use any lubricant or solvent, only water.
11. The out of service and dismantle of the machine will be done according local laws and
instructions of every country, in a selective trash collection point for the right classica-
tion and treatment of the materials.

De garantie dekt alle fabrieks- of mon-
tagedefekten volgens de van toepas-
sing zijnde wet. Alle schade ten gevolg
van onvakkundig gebruik, zowel als
overbelasting, het niet opvolgen van
de gebruiksvoorschriften en slijtage,
valt buiten deze garantie. De manipu-
latie door personeel dat niet tot onze
Officiële Service behoort, betekent
het verlies van deze garantie. Voor
elke vorm van reklamatie dient men
dit dokument te vergezellen van het
aankoopbewijs.

Takuu kattaa kaikki sellaisten vikojen kor-
jaukset, jotka johtuvat valmistus- tai
koontivahingoista, voimassaolevan lain
mukaisesti. Väärän käsittelyn tai käytön,
ylikuormituksen, käyttöohjeiden laiminlyö-
misen ja normaalin kulumisen aiheuttamia
vaurioita takuu ei korvaa. Pidätämme oi-
keuden kieltäytyä takuuvastuusta, mikäli
korjausta on yrittänyt henkilö, joka ei ole
valtuutettu edustajamme. Tämä takuuto-
distus ja asiakirja tai lasku, josta käy ilmi
ostopäivä, on esitettävä takuuvaatimus-
ten yhteydessä.
2 ÅRS GARANTI

2 ANI GARANTIE
Garantia acopera toate defectele de fabri-

legislatia in vigoare. Garantia nu se acorda
in cazul defectelor cauzate de folosirea in
mod necorespunzator a produselor, supra-
solicitarii, situatiilor in care instructiunile
de folosire nu sunt respéctate sau in cazul
uzurii. Incercarea de a repara produsul de
catre orice alta persoana decat personalul
nostru autorizat va duce la pierderea ga-
rantiei. Pentru lansarea unei plangeri este
necesara prezentarea acestui document,
insotit de documéntele ce atesta achizi-
tionarea produsului (factura si chitanta/
bonul fiscal).
GARANTIE 2 ANNÉS
La garantie couvre tous les vices de
fabrication ou de montage conformé-
ment à la loi en vigueur. Ne sont pas
couverts par la garantie : les pannes
dues à un usage incorrect, à des
surcharges, ou au non-respect des
instructions d'utilisation et à l'usure
normale. La manipulation par des
personnes n'appartenant pas à notre
Service Officiel implique la perte de la
garantie. Pour toute réclamation, il
est indispensable de présenter ce do-
cument et le bon d'achat.

Záruka se vztěhuje na veškeré výro-
bní nebo montážní vady v souladu
s platním zákonem. Výjimku ze záruky
tvoří poruchy způsobené nesprávným
užíváním, přetěžením, nedodržením
pokynů k užívání či výsledkem běžného
opotřebení. Manipulace osobami, které
nepracují pro náš ociální servis, je
důvodem pro zrušení záručních práv.
Pro jakoukoli reklamaci se vyžaduje
přiložit tento doklad a doklad o koupě.

2 GODIŠNJE JAMSTVO
Jamstvo pokriva sve greške u izradi
i montaži, sukladno važećem zako-
nodavstvu. Izričito su isključeni iz
jamstva svi kvarovi uzrokovani nepra-
vilnom uporabom, preopterećenjem,
nepoštivanjem uputa za uporabu i
instalaciju te uobičajenom potrošnjom
sastavnih dijelova. Bilo kakva inter-
vencija osoba koje nisu zaposlene
kod ovlaštenog tehničara i servisera
uzrokuje automatski gubitak jamstva i
prava koji iz njega proizlaze. Za bilo koju
intervenciju predvidenu ovim jamstvom,
potrebno je priložiti ovaj certikat i pra-
vovaljani račun.

da garantia as avarias produzidas por
um uso indevido, sobrecargas, falta

utilização e desgaste normal. A ma-
nipulação pela parte de pessoal alheio
ao nosso Serviço Oficial, ocasiona
a perda da garantia. Para qualquer
reclamação, torna-se imprescindível
apresentar o presente documento e o
justificante da compra.
2 YILLIK GARANTİ
Garanti kapsamı yürürlükteki kanun

dışında başkaları tarafından yapılacak
müdahaleler garantinin hükümsüz
kalmasına yol açacaktır. Her türlü ga-
ranti taleplerinde bu belge yanında alım
faturasının da ibraz edilmesi şarttır.

Záručná doba sa vzťahuje na všetky
výrobné a montážne vady v súla-
de s platným zákonom. Záruka sa
nevzťahuje pri nesprávnom použití
výrobku, preťažení, nedodržaním poky-
nov k užívaniu, ako aj bežným opotre-
bením a používaním výrobku. Záruka
sa nevzťahuje pri manipulácii osobami,
ktoré nepracujú pre náš ociálny ser-
vis. Pri akejkoľvek reklamácii je nutné
doložiť tento doklad a doklad o kúpe
výrobku.

nati. Per qualsiasi intervento in garan-
zia, è indispensabile allegare il presente
certificato e la fattura d'acquisto.

Gwarancja obejmuje wszelkie wady

Gwarancja nie obejmuje uszkodzeń
