Note:
1The access point can be powered either with a DC poweradapter or through Power
over Ethernet (PoE).
2When powering the device through PoE，you need toconnect one end of an
Ethernet cable to the uplink port andthe other end to a PoE-capable switch or any
powersourcing equipment.
3When powering the device through DC power adapter, youneed to connect one
end of an Ethernet cable to the uplinkport and the other end to a switch.
The LED indicator is inside of top plate cover, and works afteryou power on the
device.
You can also use the quiet-mode and schedule commands onthe AP or AC
device to configure the quiet time range.

A standard USA/EU-style single-gang wall outlet box.
You need to buy the mounting bracket, if you mount the AP onan outlet box
compliant with US or EU standards.

Scene 1: Ruijie Cloud by Mobile APP (Recommended)
Part 1: Set up your Ruijie Cloud account
Step 1-1: If you do not have a Ruijie Cloud account, you canregister on Ruijie
Cloud App or on

Step 1-2: Tap Sign Up to register an account.
Step 1-3: Fill out the form (valid Email address verificationrequired).After
registering an account, you can log in immediately
Part 2: Set up your access point
Step 2-1: Power on the access point. Make sure the access pointcan obtain IP
and DNS settings from the DHCPserver/ISP modem, and get access to
the Internet.
Step 2-2: Log in to Ruijie Cloud App.
Step 2-3: Tap Quick Setup and follow the setup wizard to create a new network.

Scene 2: Hardware Controller (Optional)
Make sure the access point can obtain an IP from the DHCP server and is
reachable to the IP address of controller. For more information, scan the QR-
code or access the link below.
Scene 3: Standalone
By default, an access point works in Fit AP mode with the Web service enabled.
The default management address is 192.168.110.1
Step 1: Set the IP configuration on your computer.
⚫IP address: Set the lP address in the same networksegment with the
management address.
⚫Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
⚫Default gateway: 192.168.110.1
Step 2: Open a Web browser window, enter the management address in the
address bar and press Enter. For example: http://192.168.110.1.The
Login page will be displayed.
Step 3: Enter the default login information:
⚫Username: admin
⚫Password:admin
