GENERAL SAFETY & PRECAUTIONS
Read Operators manual before using.
Ensure operator is fully familiar with all operational features and
safety items of the implement.
Observe all safety and warning decals and practice
safe operation of equipment, this will help prevent
accidents and save lives, Safety is first.
Keep area free from bystanders while hooking to
tractor, failure to do so may result in fatal injury. Hitch
machine securely with draw pin and safety locking pin
and safety chain, failure to do so may cause machine
to disconnect from tractor and cause fatal injury.
Ensure safety lighting is operational, slow moving
vehicle sign is installed, slow moving objects are a
hazard on the roads, they are sometimes hard to see,
especialy at night.
Use all safety locks and safety equipment when in
transport when transporting equipment on public
roadways, watch for overhead wires or objects, link
tractor brake pedals, do not exceed 20 mph, if road is rough keep
speed to minimum, speed may cause machinery to start swerving or
tip over.

Adapt operating speed to ground conditions, never
assume that you can make a turn at full speed, always
use turn signals and slow down, when going down
hills shift down to a lower gear.
Always lift machinery out of ground before turning
Lower all equipment on to ground before leaving
tractor
Always lock parking stand in place before unhitching
from tractor
Exercise extreme caution when changing wearing
parts!
When working on the implement, be sure it is
supported with safety stands to prevent any part of the
machine from falling on to the operator.
Absolutely no riders allowed at any time, rider can fall
off the implement and get seriously injured or killed.
Do not dismount tractor when tractor is still running,
always engage parking brake before dismounting
tractor.

AIR DRILL WING INSTALLATION
1. Position main frame on stands. Use adequately strong stands or heavy wood blocks
to support the main frame about 36” above the floor of the assembly area. Make sure
the frame is stable, secure and reasonably level.
2. Install grease fittings (11) into wings at hinge points.
3. Install LH & RH wings. Lubricate the hinge pins (8) with grease and install as shown.
Retain the pin to the frame with a 5/8 x1 1/2" hex bolt (10) and lock washer (9).
4. Attach barrel ends of cylinders to lugs on main frame with 1" x 3 1/4" head pins (2)
and 1/4" x 1 1/2" cotter pins (5). Install cylinders so that the ports on the rod end are
facing down.
Connect hoses and charge the wing cylinders with
fluid following the procedure in the wing fold
hydraulics section of this manual before connecting
rod ends of the cylinders.
5. Attach rod ends of cylinders to lugs on wings with 1" x 5 1/2" pins (3), 1" SAE
washers (4), and 5/16" x 1 1/2" cotter pins (6). Washers go between lugs and cotter
pins.
6. Place wing lock pin (7) in holders provided under wing cylinder lugs and retain pin
with included #9 hairpin. Wing lock pins are under the front two wing cylinders only.
7. Apply grease to all fittings.
