■製品の特長
スプリングドライブとはセイコー独自の機構で、ぜんまいが巻き解ける力を
唯一の動力源としながらも、クオーツ時計と同等の高精度を実現した機構で
す。
ぜんまいを充分に巻き上げた状態から、約72時間（約3日間）動き続けます。
ぜんまいの巻き上げ状態がわかるパワーリザーブ表示付きです。秒針は完全
に滑らかなスイープ運針で動きます。
巻き上げ方式は自動巻ですが、手巻機構も併せて備えていますので、始動時
の巻き上げに便利です。
さらに、機種により24時針つき（日付連動時差修正機能つき）のものもあり
ます。
■各部の名称
※りゅうずはねじロック方式を採用しています。りゅうず操作をする場合は、ロックを解除し
てご使用ください。りゅうず操作をしない場合は必ずロック状態にしておいてください。
また、ねじ込む際は、ねじのかみあい具合に注意しゆっくりとねじ込んでください。回しにく
い場合は元に戻してからやり直してください。無理にねじ込むとねじを壊す恐れがあります。
＊機種により、24時針つき（時差修正機能つき）のものがあり、時刻・日付の合わせかた
が異なります。

してください。
・スプリングドライブはぜんまいの力で動きます。パワーリザーブ表示の残
量が無くなる前に充分に巻き上げてご使用ください。
特に低温下（0℃以下）では、パワーリザーブ表示が「1/6」以下になると
止まる可能性がありますのでご注意ください。

■ご使用方法（ぜんまいの巻きかた）
この時計は自動巻式（手巻つき）です。
・ぜんまいは、腕につけてご使用いただく際には、通常の腕の動きで自然に
巻き上がります。
・止まっている時計をお使いになる場合には、りゅうずを回してぜんまいを
巻き上げることをお勧めします。
● りゅうずでのぜんまいの巻きかた
Aりゅうずは、ねじロック仕様になっております。りゅうずを左（6時方向）
に回してねじロックを解除してください。（ねじロックが完全に解除される
と、りゅうずは締めこんだときの位置よりも少し外側に出ます。）
Bねじロックが解除されましたら、
りゅうずを押し付けないように注
意しながら右（12時方向）にゆっ
くり回して、ぜんまいを巻いてく
ださい。
※りゅうずを5回転させると約10時間分
のパワーリザーブが得られます。巻き
上げ操作時の目安にしてください。
※なお、りゅうずを左（6時方向）に回
してもぜんまいは巻き上がらず、空回
りする構造になっています。
Cパワーリザーブ表示針がフル巻き
上げ表示になるまで、ぜんまいを
巻いてください。秒針が動きはじ
めます。

■時刻・日付の合わせかた（24時針がついていない時計の場合）
※24時針付きの時計は、15ページ「■時刻・日付合わせ、時差修正使用方法（24時針
がついている時計の場合）」をお読みください。
・必ず時計が動いている状態（ぜんまいが巻き上げられた状態）で、日付・時刻の合
わせをしてください。
Aりゅうずを左（6時方向）に回してねじロックを解除してから、1段目まで
引き出してください。（秒針は動き続けています。）

Dりゅうずを押し付けながら右（12
時方向）に回し、止まるところま
でねじ込んでください。
※りゅうずをねじ込んでいる時に若干のクリック感がありますが、これはぜんまいが
巻き上げられる感触が伝わっているものですので問題はありません。
※ぜんまいの巻き上がり量については30ページ「■パワーリザーブ表示の見かた」をご参
照ください。
※フル巻き上げの状態からさらにりゅうずを回しても、りゅうずは止まらずに回転さ
せることができます。りゅうずを回し続けても時計が壊れることはありませんが、
ぜんまいはそれ以上巻き上がりませんので過剰な操作はお控えください。

合わせたい日付になるまで時刻を
進めてください。
D次に時刻を合わせます。りゅうず
を2段目まで引き出した状態のま
ま、左（6時方向）に回して、合わ
せたい時刻の手前から分針をゆっ
くり進めて合わせてください。
※日付は24時間に1回変わるように設定
されていますので、午前午後を間違え
ないように時刻を合わせてください。
※時刻合わせは、電話の時報サービス
TEL.117が便利です。

Bりゅうずを左（6時方向）に回して日付を前日に合わせます。
（例）合わせたい日付が「6日」の場合、「5日」に合わせます。
※時計の針が午後9時〜午前1時までの間を示しているときは、日付の修正はしないで
ください。この時間帯に日付を修正しますと、翌日になっても日付が変わらない場
合があります。
この場合はりゅうずを2段目まで引き出し、りゅうずを左（6時方向）に回して一旦
時刻を午前1時よりも進めてから、りゅうずを再び1段目にして日付を合わせてくだ
さい。

〈月末の日付修正について〉
・この時計の日付表示は1日〜31日となっています。小の月（2,4,6,9,11月）の場合は、
ご自分で日付を合わせ直す必要がありますのでご注意ください。
〈例〉小の月の翌月「1日」の朝に日付表示を修正する場合
A日付表示は「1」ではなく「31」になっています。りゅうずを左（6時方向）に回
してねじロックを解除してから、1段目まで引き出してください。

E時報と同時にりゅうずを押し込んでください。秒針が動き始めます。最後
に、りゅうずを押し付けながら右（12時方向）に回し、止まるところまで
ねじ込んでください。
※りゅうずをねじ込んでいる時に若干のクリック感がありますが、これはぜんまいが
巻き上げられる感触が伝わっているものですので問題はありません。
より正確に時刻合わせをするために！
・スプリングドライブ機構の構造上、より正確な時刻合わせをしていただくには、
下記の点にご注意ください。
1．時刻合わせをする場合は、ぜんまいを充分（パワーリザーブ表示がフル巻き上
げ）巻き上げてください。
2．止まっている時計を動かした場合は、ぜんまいを充分巻いて30秒程度秒針が動
いてから、りゅうずを2段目に引き出してください。
3．りゅうずを2段目まで引き出して秒針を止めている時間は、「30分以内」にして
ください。これ以上の時間引き出していた場合は一旦りゅうずを押し込み、30
秒程度は秒針が動いてから、時刻合わせをし直してください。

■時刻・日付合わせ、時差修正使用方法 （24時針がついている時計の場合）
●時刻の合わせかた
〈タイプ 1 〉通常の24時針として使用する場合
（午前・午後が読める）
・普通の使い方がこのタイプになります。
・たとえば、時、分、24時針とも日本時間に合わせた時計
を、海外旅行中に旅先の時刻に時差修正で合わせた際、
24時針で日本時間を知ることができ便利です。
〈タイプ 2 〉24時針に他の地域の時刻を表示させて使用する場合
・住む場所とは、異なる時刻（時差のある時刻）に合わせておき、24時針と時分針と
でデュアルタイム表示として使用する場合にこのタイプを選びます。

Bりゅうずを左（6時方向）に回して日付を「1」に合わせます。
※時計の針が午後9時〜午前1時までの間を示しているときは、日付の修正はしない
でください。この時間帯に日付を修正しますと、翌日になっても日付が変わらな
い場合があります。
この場合はりゅうずを2段目まで引き出して左（6時方向）に回し、一旦この時間
帯以外の時刻にしてから、りゅうずを再び1段目にして日付を合わせてください。
C日付の合わせが終わったらりゅうずを押し込み、さらに押し付けながら右（12時
方向）に回して止まるところまでねじ込んでください。
※りゅうずをねじ込んでいる時に若干のクリック感がありますが、これはぜんまい
が巻き上げられる感触が伝わっているものですので問題はありません。
・必ず時計が動いている状態（ぜんまいが巻き上げられた状態）で、日付・時刻の
合わせをしてください。
・この時計の24時針の使いかたには、2つのタイプがあります。そのタイプによっ
て時刻の合わせかたが異なりますので、どんな使いかたにするのか選択してから
時刻合わせをしてください。

Bりゅうずを左に回し、24時針と分針に注目し現在時刻に合わせます。
〈例〉午前10時0分に合わせる場合は・・・
24時針を24時の10時（＝5時位置）、分針を0分に合わせます。
午後6時0分に合わせる場合は・・・・
24時針を24時の18時（＝9時位置）、分針を0分に合わせます。
※時針が合わせる時刻と異なる時刻を示している場合がありますが、24時針と分針
のみを見て合わせてください。（時針は後から合わせます。）
※この時、時針の位置によって日付修正される場合がありますが、これも後で合わ
せられますのでご安心ください。
※合わせたい時刻の手前から分針をゆっくり進めて合わせてください。
・たとえば、24時針を世界標準時（GMT）に合わせ、時
分針を日本時間に合わせると、いつでも24時針でGMT
を確認できることになります。
Aりゅうずを左（6時方向）に回してねじロックを解除してから、2段目まで引
き出してください。
※秒針が止まりますので、秒針が
0秒に来た時に引き出してくだ
さい。
※必ず時計が動いている状態（ぜ

右（12時方向）に回して止まるところまでねじ込んでください。
※りゅうずをねじ込んでいる時に若干のクリック感がありますが、これはぜんまいが

Aりゅうずを左（6時方向）に回してねじロックを解除してから、2段目まで
引き出してください。
※秒針が止まりますので、秒針が0秒に来た時に引き出してください。

ください。
24時針を他の地域の時刻として合わせる方法〈タイプ２を選択した場合〉

〈例〉24時針で、ロンドンの時刻を表示し、時分針で日本時間を表示させる場合…
日本時間午前10時0分の場合、ロンドンは、午前1時0分になります。
24時針を24時針の1時（12時と1時の間）、分針を0分に合わせます。
※他の地域として選択できるのは、日本時間からの時差が1時間単位で地域に限ら
れます。
※時針が合わせる時刻と異なる時刻を示している場合がありますが、24時針と分針
のみを見て合わせてください。（時針は後から合わせます。）
※この時、時針の位置によって日付修正される場合がありますが、これも後で合わ
せられますのでご安心ください。※合わせたい時刻の手前から分針をゆっくり進

・時針を時計回りに2周させると「日を送る」こととなり、逆回転させると
「日を戻す」ことができます。
・時刻合わせの後の日付合わせや、前月が小の月（2，4，6，9，11月）の場
合、修正を行ってください。
Aりゅうずを左（6時方向）に回してねじロックを解除してから、りゅうずを
1段目まで引き出してください。
Bりゅうずを回転させ時針を2周させる毎に、日付が「1日分」修正できます。
※日付はどちらの方法で修正してもかまいません。日付修正が少ない方向を選択してください。
※りゅうずの回転は、静かに行ってください。
※２周単位で時針を回転させると、時刻を変えることなく日付の修正ができます。

右（12時方向）に回して止まるところまでねじ込んでください。

●日付の合わせかた（24時針つき）
・この時計の日付修正は、時差修正の方法で時針を2周させて1日分の日付修
正を行います。（24ページ「●時差修正の使いかた」を参照ください。）
より正確に時刻合わせをするために！
・スプリングドライブ機構の構造上、より正確な時刻合わせをしていただくには、
下記の点にご注意ください。
1．時刻合わせをする場合は、ぜんまいを充分（パワーリザーブ表示がフル巻き上
げ）巻き上げてください。
2．止まっている時計を動かした場合は、ぜんまいを充分巻いて30秒程度秒針が動
いてから、りゅうずを2段目に引き出してください。
3．りゅうずを2段目まで引き出して秒針を止めている時間は、「30分以内」にして
ください。これ以上の時間引き出していた場合は一旦りゅうずを押し込み、30

※時差修正をするときは、午前・午後および日付等にご注意ください。
※時針を修正している時、その他の針が少し動きますが、故障ではありません。
※りゅうず右回転で時差修正をしてAM0：00を通過してPM9：00〜AM0：00付近に
合わせる場合は一旦、PM8：00まで戻し合わせてください。
C時差修正が終わったら、時針の位置を再度確認してりゅうずを押し込んでく

●時差修正の使いかた
・海外旅行等で時差のある地域へ移動した場合、時計を止めることなく現地の
時刻に合わせられます。
・この修正は、日付に連動していますので、正しい時差修正が行なわれると現
地の日付を表示させることができます。

Aりゅうずを左（6時方向）に回してねじロックを解除してから、りゅうず
を1段目まで引き出してください。

●自動巻機構によるぜんまい巻き上げの目安について
・ご使用時間と巻き上げ具合の目安は下記の通りです。実際にはお客様のご
使用状況（時計を携帯使用される時間や運動量等）によって異なってきま
すので、パワーリザーブ表示でご確認ください。
1日当たり12時間の携帯で連続して3〜5日間ご使用されると、フル巻き上げ
になると思われます。
※1日のご使用時間が短い場合などは、パワーリザーブ表示をご確認の上、
必要に応じてぜんまいを巻き上げてください。
■パワーリザーブ表示の見かた
・パワーリザーブ表示で、ぜんまいの巻き上げ具合が確認できます。
・時計を腕から外して置いておく際には、次にご使用（携帯）されるまで動
き続けるかどうかをパワーリザーブ表示でご確認の上、必要に応じてぜん
まいを巻き上げてください。（時計を止めないためには、必ず余裕を持った
時間分を巻き上げるようにしてください。）
※フル巻き上げ状態でりゅうずをそれ以上回しても、あるいは自動巻き機構による巻き上げが
行なわれても、ぜんまいが損傷を受けることはありませんのでご安心してお使いください。
この時計のぜんまいは自動巻き機構特有の構造（スリッピングアタッチメント）の働きで、
ぜんまいが巻き止まらないようになっております。
※モデルによって、「パワーリザーブの指示」位置が若干異なる場合があります。

※中留を装着するときは、バンドの剣先（先端）を定・遊革に入れてから、中留をしっかり留
めてください。

に際しては下記内容に注意し、安全な使用
を心掛けてください。

回転ベゼルつきのモデルは、経過時間を計
測できます。

●経過時間の測定
回転ベゼルを回して、 マークを分針に
合わせてください。ある時間経過した後に
分針が指す回転ベゼル上の目盛りを読め
ば、その時までの経過時間が分かります。
※回転ベゼルは、時計と逆まわり方向しか回
転しませんので、無理に時計と同じ方向に
回さないでください。
※モデルによっては、回転ベゼル上の「分目
盛」がない部分もありますので、ご注意く
ださい。
Aこの柱を固定しているねじおよび柱の先端
にある止めねじは絶対に緩めないでくださ
い。故障の原因や紛失の原因になります。
※柱の固定や止めねじに異常を発見した場合
は、お買い上げ店にご相談ください。
Bケースは厚く特殊な形状をしています。携
帯時に他のものにぶつかるなどして、思わ
ぬけがをする可能性もありますので、携帯
中は十分なご注意が必要です。

■レザーバンド用ワンプッシュ三つ折れ方式中留の使いかた
※装着するときは、バンドの剣先（12時側先端）を定革・遊革に入れた後で、
中留を留めてください。

■使用上の注意とお手入れの方法
日常のお手入れ
・ケースやバンドは肌着類と同様に直接肌に接しています。汚れたままにし
ておくとさびて衣類の袖口を汚したり、かぶれの原因になることがありま
すので常に清潔にしてご使用ください。
・時計を外したときは、柔らかい布などで汗や水分をふき取るだけで汚れや、
ケース・バンド及びパッキンの寿命が違ってきます。
〈革バンド〉
・革バンドは、柔らかい布などで吸い取るように軽くふいてください。こす
るようにふくと色が落ちたり、ツヤがなくなったりする場合があります。
〈金属バンド〉
・金属バンドは、ときどき柔らかい歯ブラシなどを使い、部分洗いなどのお
手入れをお願いします。

防水性能
・時計の文字板または裏ぶたにある防水性能表示をご確認の上、ご使用ください。
・水分のついたままりゅうずを回したり、引き出したりしないでください。時計
内部に水分が入ることがあります。

・機種5R65、5R66の点検及び分解掃除はメーカーにて行ないま
すので、販売店にはメーカーへ依頼するようお申しつけくださ
い。
・ながくご愛用いただくために、3〜4年に一度程度の分解掃除に
よる点検調整（オーバーホール）をおすすめします。
ご使用状況によっては、機械の保油状態が損なわれたり、油の
汚れなどによって部品が磨耗し、時計の進み、遅れが大きくな
ることがあります。また、パッキン等の部品の劣化が進み、汗
や水分の侵入などをで防水性能が損なわれる場合があります。
分解掃除による点検調整を、お買い上げ店にご依頼ください。
・部品交換の時は、「純正部品」とご指定ください。
・定期点検の際には、パッキンやばね棒の交換もあわせてご依頼
ください。
保管について
・「−10℃〜＋60℃からはずれた温度」下では機能が劣化したり、
停止したりする場合があります。
・磁気の影響（テレビ、スピーカ、磁気ネックレス等）があると
ころに放置しないでください。
・強い振動のあるところに放置しないでください。
・極端にほこりの多いところに放置しないでください。

thenpullthecrownouttothesecondclickandsetthetime.
3.Donotstopthesecondhandwiththecrownbeingatthesecondclick
positionfor 30minutesorlonger.Ifthesecond handhasbeenstopped
exceeds30minutes,pushthecrownbackintoitsoriginalposition,andlet
