Loosen the
wing nut on
the side leg,
generously.
Gently pull the leg away
from the sketch box;
just enough to release
the hairpin latch.
Hairpin latch is located
beneath here. It secures the
leg to the sketch box.
Repeat Step 1 and 2 on
the other side leg.
Rotate the leg at the
the recess. Tighten the
wing nut until the leg is
secured in place.
Repeat Step 3 on the
other side leg.
Loosen the wing nuts
of the back leg. Gently
pull the bottom of the
leg away from the
sketch box; just
enough to release the
ball bearing latch.
(Indicated.)
Extend the back
leg and retighten
wing nuts.
Loosen the thumb screws
on each leg and extend
the lower portion.
Retighten thumb screws
to secure in place.
Make sure all legs are
extended and secured
in place.
Stand the easel upright.
Unlatch the canvas
support and loosen
the thumb screws on
each side.
support and adjust
to desired position.
Retighten thumb
screws to secure
in place.
Loosen the thumb
screw indicated to
adjust the mast height
to desired position.
Retighten thumb screw
to secure in place.
