
Status Indicators
You can verify the status of the unit via the two indicators on the front panel.
: Off : Lit : Blinking

The unit is turned off.
The unit is starting up.
The unit is shutting down.
The unit is turned on (not connected to network).
Initial setup is not complete. The unit cannot be operated.

The IP address is being obtained.

Conference is in progress. Indicators alternate in blinking
A problem with the network exists. –
A problem with the unit’s hardware exists. –
The unit’s configurations are being saved to a USB

You can save the unit’s configuration file to a USB storage device to verify the IP address in the following cases.
You forgot the IP address you assigned to the unit.
You want to verify the IP address to operate the unit in DHCP mode.
Turn on the unit, and insert the USB storage device into the USB port on the rear
panel.
Press the utility button one time quickly on the rear panel.
The POWER indicator and NETWORK indicator rapidly blink green in unison, and the configuration data is saved to the USB
storage device as a text file.
Remove the USB storage device when the indicators return to their original state
from before saving, indicating that saving is complete.
You can view the configuration file (pcsinisetup.txt) stored on the USB storage device via a computer, and verify the settings.
Verifying the Unit’s IP Address
