Mounting Worksurfaces
1. Mark height of worksurfaces to 27-1/2". Attach
the support brackets to the vertical junctions.
Pilot holes are provided.
2. Lay worksurfaces on supports for the entire
workstation cluster, loosely securing each surface
to supports, and adjust worksurfaces for optimal
appearance. Secure screws starting with corner
workstation.
TIP: Scallop covers must be handled
with care to avoid damage. Using the
scallops as a handhold is not
recommended. Replacement scallop
covers are available in 10-packs by
ordering service pack 891503042SR.
A hot glue gun is recommended for
repairing or replacing scallops.

will put the worksurface at
the same height as the older
cantilever versions.

Mounting On-Module Cantilevers
1. Insert top hook of cantilever into
vertical slot, swing down into the vertical
position (1a). Tap into position with a
mallet (1b). NOTE: The tab shown in the
close-up (1c) provides 1/2" spacing on the
panels. Remove this tab when used on
ap40 panels.
2. Tip mounting plate and insert tab
through the cantilever for left, right or
shared conditions.
3. Check to make sure the cantilever is
fully engaged at the locations shown as 'a'
and 'b'.

4. Lower worksurface (4a) and attach
using four (4) #10-10 x 1" pan head screws
for left hand or right hand cantilevers and
seven (7) #10-10 x 1" pan head screws for
the shared cantilever (4b).
5. Attach the tie strap using four (4)
#8-11 x 7/8" flat head screws.

Attaching Legs to Worksurfaces
Note the orientation
of the leg relative to
the worksurface.
Attaching Worksurface Reinforcement Brace
1. For worksurfaces without legs, measure 6" in from the
front edge of the worksurface on its bottom side. For
worksurfaces with legs, measure 7-1/2" from the front
edge. Use the support brace as a straight edge.
2. Center the 57" brace on the worksurface bottom, left to
right, and align with the pencil mark. Use the brace as a
template for pilot holes.
3. Fasten the support brace to worksurface bottom using
the screws provided.
