1. Lay back assembly
onto two (2) padded saw
horses. Insert pins and
wood dowels into the
holes of the back
assembly as shown (1a).
Before installing the wood
dowel, wet the dowel with
a wet sponge to activate
the adhesive on the
surface of the dowel (1b).
NOTE: Make sure the
arrow located on each
cam is pointed toward the
hole that will accept the
pin.

2. Align the canopy assembly to
the back assembly (2a).
Make sure holes on the canopy
assembly accept the pins and
dowels on the back assembly (2b).
Draw each cam lock, in a clockwise
direction, into the center of the cam
0º to 75º (no tightening occurs at
this point). The cam lock range for
tightening is 75º to 195º. Hand
tighten until a rigid tensioning is
achieved in both cam locks (2c).
Install a canopy strap between the
canopy assembly and the back
assembly with two (2) #8-15 x 5/8"
pan head wood screws as shown
(one side only) (2d).
Install eight (8) shelf support pins
onto the canopy assembly (2e).

3. Peel paper backing
from pad (3a). Place pad
onto back of base
assembly as shown (3b).
Cut excess pad when
finished.

4. For second base
assembly, repeat steps 1
thru 3.
5. Place second base
assembly next to the
existing base assembly.

6. Make sure the front
face of all base assemblies
are flush with each other
before clamping. Secure
the back assemblies of both
base assemblies together
using quick clamps as
shown.

7. Drill two (2) 5/16"
diameter clearance holes
through the canopy
assemblies as shown.
8. Secure using bolts,
washers and nuts as
shown. Bolts may be
inserted from either side.

9. Drill four (4) 5/16"
diameter clearance holes,
per mating units, through
the back assemblies as
shown.
10. Secure using bolts,
washers and nuts as
shown. Bolt may be
inserted from either side.
11. Repeat steps 1
through 8 if more base units
are required.
12. Remove clamps and
add canopy dust covers
where appropriate.

13. Place pins and dowels
into the holes on the sides
as as shown.
14. Align the sides to stretchers (14a). Make sure holes on the stretchers
accept the pins and dowels on the sides (14b). Tighten the cam lock in a
clockwise direction. The cam lock range for tightening is 75º to 195º. Hand
tighten until a rigid tensioning is achieved (14c).

15. Align middle divider with stretchers
(15a) making sure divider is centered with
the middle holes on the stretchers (15b). To
make sure divider is centered, install wood
dowel through stretcher and into the middle
divider (15c). Once centered, install screw
into hole (15d). Repeat for bottom hole.
