Attaching Legs
1. NOTE: It's easier to pre-set
the heights of the legs before
attaching them to the frame
(see next page).
2. Post legs attach in the "A"
position.
3. "L" legs attach in the 24" or
30" position depending on the
depth of the worksurface being
applied.
4. When attaching legs, note
the boss features must match
that of the end support.
5. Tighten log bolt securely
using 3/16" hex drive.
6. Adjust glides (see next
page) to insure the desk is
level.

Adjusting Legs
1. Loosen set screw using a
3/32" hex drive, raise or lower to
desired height and tighten
screw.
2. Legs are factory pre-set to
the 28-1/2" height once fully
assembled (5 detents showing).
3. Align ribs on glide stem with
grooves inside leg before inserting
glide into leg.

Adjusting Height of
Tether Brackets
1. Loosen set screws using a
3/32" Allen/hex drive. Loosen
until upper "L" bracket can slide
freely, but DO NOT remove
screws.
2. Position upper "L" bracket
at desired height, and tighten
screws. When the next-up holes
are tangent with the top surface
of the bracket, the receiver
holes for the screws are aligned
with the screws.
TIP: Do not over-tighten set
screws! The aluminum threads
of the bracket may become
stripped. Tighten set screws
with not more than 7-1/2 in-lb
of torque.

Assembling Tether
Brackets to Beam or
Storage Rail
1. Beams and storage rails have
holes on their undersides, for discrete
positioning along their lengths. These
holes are located 1-1/2" apart along
the lengths of the beam and storage
rail.
2. Installing tether brackets:
a) Hook the tether bracket over
the top lip of the beam or
storage rail.
b) Swing the bottom ot the
tether in, and push on the lower
part of the bracket until the
spring pin snaps over the
bottom edge of the beam or
storage rail.
c) Slide the tether bracket
left or right until the spring pin
pops into the appropriate
positioning hole.
3. Removing tether brackets:
a) With a finger or screwdriver tip,
depress either side of the
spring pin lever at the bottom
rear of the bracket to disengage
the spring pin.
b) Rotate bottom of bracket out,
and remove.
NOTE: If tether is in lowest 2
positions, tether will stick down
below the reveal and trap skin on.
Mount skin first, then lower tether
brackets.

Locating Tether Brackets
to the Beam
(Perpendicular Application)
1. Locate the desired position along the beam
for the back edge of the desk.
2. First tether should be 2" from the position to
the edge of the tether. Attach tether to beam.
3. Next tether should be 16-1/2" edge-to-edge
from the first tether. Attach the 2nd tether.

Locating Tether
Brackets
to the Beam
(Parallel Application)
1. Locate the desired
position along the beam for
the edge of the desk.
2. First tether should be 2"
from that position to the
edge of the tether. Attach
tether to beam.
3. Next tether should be 6"
less than the overall width of a
desk (if there is only one (1)
desk in-line).
4. If setting up a benching
application (multiple parallel
mounted desks in a row) and
using a shared thether
bracket, then the next tether
bracket would be 3" less
than the overall width of the
desk.

1. Place the understructure
onto the tether brackets.
2. Align mounting holes of
end support with holes in
tethers.
3. Connect together using
two (2) 3/8-16 x 3/4" bolts.
4. Tighten securely using a
3/16" hex drive.

Sub-Assembly of
Worksurfaces
1. Place worksurface upside down
on smooth surface.
2. Align mounting brackets to
respective pre-drilled pilot holes.
3. Drive three (3) #10-12 x 5/8"
screws per bracket with square or
phillips driver.
TIP: Do not use screws longer than
5/8". Longer screws wil go though
worksurface.

1. Align handle and latch mechanism to
respective pre-drilled pilot holes.
2. Drive four (4) #10-12 x 5/8" screws into
latch with square or phillips driver.
3. Slide handle cover back until screw holes
align and drive two (2) #10-12 x 5/8" screws
into handle bracket.
4. Position cable so that it doesn't extend
towards the back of the worksurface.
5. Position retaining clip and drive one (1)
screw #8-18 x 1/2" into each retaining clip
bracket with square or phillips driver. SCREW

1. Remove shipping tape from
roller channels and slide channels
outward.
2. Set worksurface onto end
supports centering it onto the
understructure, aligning
worksurface brackets with roller
channels.

3. Slide roller channels
up against the
worksurface.
4. Rotate the
worksuface guiding the
brackets into the loops
on the roller channels.
As you are rotating the
worksurface, guide the
rear mounting bracket
hook into the rear loop in
the roller channel.
5. Ensure the front
mounting bracket tab
engages the front loop in
the roller channel.
6. Install #8-18 x 1/4"
screw through each front
roller channel into front
mounting bracket tab
using a square or phillips
driver.

1. Loosen front screw with a 3/16" hex driver.
2. Slide bracket forward until
worksurface is level.
3. Tighten screw.

Perpendicular to Beam
1. Attach legs to understructure
•"L" leg uses 24" or 30" depending on worksurface depth.
•Attach shared plate to top of post leg.
NOTE: You need to lower leg height by 1 detent (1/2").
•Attach shared support plate "G" to understructure "A".
2. Attach tethers to beam or storage
•Sub-assemble shared plate to tether "B".
•Lower tether 1 detent (1/2") to account for plate
thickness.
•Install shared tether centerline to back edge of desk.
•2nd and 3rd tethers 21" edge to edge of shared tether.
3. Attach understructure onto tethers
•Understructure "A" to shared support plate "G" (GAP).
•Understructure "D" to tether "B" (BEAM).
4. Attach 2nd understructure onto tethers:
•Understructure "A" to shared support plate "G" (both ends).
•Understructure "D" to tether "B".
5. Level both units.
6. Install power and data components.
7. Sub-assemble worksurfaces.
8. Install worksurfaces and level.
9. Install covers.

Mounted Parallel to Beam
1. Attach legs to understructure
•"L" leg uses 24" or 30" depending on
worksurface depth.
2. Attach tethers to beam
•1st tether 2" from desired edge of desk
location.
•2nd tether specing depends on width of
desk and types of attachment:
-Single desk: 6" less than overall width.
-Benching application, one end shared:
3" less than overall width of desk.
-Benching application, both end shared:
same as overall width of desk.
3. Attach understructure "A" onto
tethers using positions "B" (BEAM).
4. Level unit.
5. Install power and data components.
6. Sub-assemble worksurface and
mounting brackets.
7. Install worksurface and level.
8. Install covers.
