NOTE: Determine which base unit will
have the side panel attached.
1. Turn base assembly on it's side.
Lower the end panel onto the base
assembly as shown (1a). Make
sure there is a 1/8" offset at the top
of the base assembly and make sure
the front of the end panel is 3/4" from
the front of the canopy (1b). The
bottom of the end panel will be flush
with the top of the base.
2. Secure the end panel to the base
assembly by first squaring up the top
of the panel to the top of the base
assembly and installing three (3)
1-1/4" wood screws (2a).
NOTE: When squaring up top of panel
to top of assembly, be mindful of the
1/8" offset discussed in step 1.
Square up the back of the end panel
to the back edge of the base assembly
and install the five (5) remaining 1-1/4"
screws (2b).

3. Align gussets at end of toeboard
(3a) and secure using four (4) 5/8"
wood screws (3b). Align toeboard
with toeboard side and gussets (3c).
Attach toeboard with four (4) 5/8"
wood screws though gussets and
into toeboard (3d).
4. Align toeboard face flush with
base as shown (4a) and attach using
three (3) 1-1/4" wood screws (4b).

5. Push base unit into
place.
6. Level base unit.
7. Secure units together
and place in position
against wall. Refer to
assembly direction
#939500801.
8. Install storage cabinet.
Refer to assembly
direction #939500811.

9. Secure end panel to lower storage
cabinet using two (2) 1-1/4" wood
screws.
10. Insert (5) shoulder screws into
the holes on the filler panel.

11. Align filler panel with
end panel (11a) and insert
the shoulder screws into
the modeeze clips (11b)
located on the front of the
end panel. Push the panel
downward (11c), until
shoulder screw is securely
seated (11d).

12. Turn the other base
assembly on it's side. Lower
the end panel onto the base
assembly as shown (12a).
Make sure the top of the
base assembly and the top
of the end panel is flush
(12b), also make sure the
side of the end panel is flush
with the front of the canopy
assembly and square to the
base unit upright (12c).
13. Secure the end panel to
the base assembly by first
squaring up the top of panel
to the top of the assembly
and installing three (3)1-1/4"
wood screws (13a).
Square up the back of the
end panel to the back edge
of the base assembly and
install the six (6) remaining
1-1/4" screws (13b).
14. Install three (3) shelf
support pins into the end
panel.

15. Slide units together. Secure units together
and place in position against wall. Refer to
assembly direction #939500801.
16. Install storage cabinet. Refer to assembly
direction #939500811.
17. Secure end panel to lower storage cabinet using
two (2) 1-1/4" wood screws.

18. Slide the two units next to adjoining assembly
(18a). Level base unit (18b). Attach using one (1)
wood screw as shown (18c).

19. Determine a level line on corner wall and mark with
pencil (19a). Attach dust cover attachment support using
two (2) screws (19b).

20. Determine the width of the
dust cover (20a). Using a jig saw,
cut the dust cover to width (20b).
21. Mark, with a pencil, a 3/4" x 7"
corner of the dust cover as shown.
Using a jig saw, cut dust cover
according to the measurements.
