Issue: Lumbar Support is not connected on both side of the back frame.
Cause: Assembled incorrectly or chair has been pulled by the Lumbar Support.

1. Pull seat depth lever out (1a) (Optional: insert paperclip
wire as shown in 1b) and slide seat forward.
2. Push and hold two square black buttons near the rear
of the seat (2a) as you slide the seat forward and off (2b).

Repairing Lumbar
Assembly
1. Remove two (2) bottom screw
(1a), and pull out bottom edge of
Flexor assembly(1b).
2. Swing the detached side
of the lumbar up to the side
handle, with the steel wire over
the center of handle.
3. Press Lumbar wire into side handle
and guide the wire over the center of
handle until Lumbar clicks in place.
NOTE: If Lumbar is beyond repair,
follow steps to replace Lumbar
assembly.

Replacing Lumbar
Assembly
1. Remove two (2) bottom screw
(1a), and pull out bottom edge of
Flexor assembly(1b). The lumbar
support may fall out during
this action.
3. To reassemble, push

forward to remove lumbar support.

5. Remove Flexor assembly for
easier access. Fixed lumbar support
comes with a locking plastic part,
in which case, place lumbar support
in the sliding channel.
4. Check to assure logo is
facing toward back of chair
and upright.
Then pick the fixed lumbar
position and insert the locking
plastic part into the channel
over the lumbar sliders.
6. Replace Flexor assembly and make sure the
black plastic strip is hooked onto the flexor rib (6a)
and two (2) bottom screws while holding the flexor
tight to the frame (6b).
NOTE: Do not over tighten or strip. Fixed Lumbar
Note: For fixed lumber,
center it in slot.

Seat Replacement
1. Align seat rails to seat, slide rearward until click.
Adjust seat to assure proper assembly.
