Drawer Removal (Lateral)
Fully extend bottom drawer. Remove as shown in
fig. 1. Repeat for top drawer.
Using a flat head screwdriver, pry raised bin slot
upward off tab retaining feature lift and remove
drawer from lateral.
Drawer Removal (Pedestal)
Fully extend file drawer. The file drawer must be removed first to
allow clearance for box drawer removal.
Separate the drawer slide members from the cabinet members by
depressing the slide connect levers on the sides of the drawer bin
and pulling the drawer forward (see fig. 2).
Remove the box drawers using method shown in fig. 1.

Drawer Reinstallation (Lateral)
Reinstall top file drawer first. Replace drawer in lateral,
align rear mounting tabs on slides with rear drawer slots
and pull drawer forward to engage tabs (a).
Then align front mounting tabs with the front drawer
slots and push drawer front down to engage tabs (b).
Repeat for bottom file drawer.
Drawer Reinstallation (Pedestal)
Reinstall top file drawer first. Replace drawer in pedestal,
align rear mounting tabs on slides with rear drawer slots
and pull drawer forward to engage tabs (a).
Then align front mounting tabs with the front drawer slots
and push drawer front down to engage tabs (b). Repeat
for bottom file drawer.
Re-align file drawer slides with matching slides
in pedestal and push file drawer back into place.
Quick-release levers will automatically engage.
Close completely. Completely cycle the drawer
by fully opening and closing one time to reset the
ball retainers.

Worksurface Installation for Underworksurface Pedestals and Laterals
1. Remove all drawers (see page 2).
2. Place worksurface over the lateral or pedestal. Secure worksurface to the lateral
or pedestal with four (4) screws supplied.
NOTE: Front edge of the worksurface overhangs the front of the lateral or pedestal
approximately 1/8". When the worksurface is correctly positioned over the lateral or
pedestal, drilling 1/8" diameter pilot hole will ease the attachment of the screws.
NOTE: Pedestal filler available to fill gap between
back of pedestal and front of panel.
3. Reinstall all drawers (see page 3).

Caster Installation for Mobile Pedestals
1. Lay the unit on its back or top.
2. Remove the caster kit from the drawer. The locking
casters go on the front.
3. While installing the caster, angle the plate to go over
emboss 1 & 2 and then under the formed lance.
4. Position the caster plate so emboss 1 & 2 are in the
obround holes in the caster plate.
5. Install one (1) T20 torx drive pan head screw.
6. Repeat steps 3 thru 5 for the rest of the casters.

Caster Installation for Slim Mobile Pedestals
1. Lay the unit on its back or top.
2. Remove the caster kit from the drawer. The locking
casters go on the front.
3. While installing the caster, angle the plate to go over
emboss 1 & 2 and then under the formed lance.
4. Position the caster plate so emboss 1 & 2 are in the
obround holes in the caster plate.
5. Install one (1) T20 torx drive pan head screw.
6. Repeat steps 3 thru 5 for the rest of the casters.

9. If installing a cushion, remove backing
on hook & loop pads, set cushion in
place being sure to keep flush with
front and sides. If misaligned,
seperate from unit and
reset cushion.

Caster Installation for Hingetop Mobile Pedestals
1. Lay the unit on its back or top.
2. Remove the caster kit from the drawer. The locking
casters go on the front.
3. While installing the caster, angle the plate to go over

obround holes in the caster plate.

Caster Installation for Mobile File Center
1. Lay the unit on its back or top.
2. Remove the caster kit from the drawer. The locking
casters go on the front.
3. Position the caster plate over the smaller hole pattern.
4. Install four (4) T20 torx drive pan head screws.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the rest of the casters.
Insert Shelf Clip and Install Shelf
To insert, angle down so top of clip goes in first.
Then squeeze and place into notch just below.
Make sure all four (4) clips are at same number of
notches high to ensure a level shelf.
Place back of shelf on notches first, then the front.

Caster Installation for Mini Locker
1. Lay the unit on its back or top.
2. Remove the caster kit from the drawer. The locking
casters go on the front.
3. Position the caster plate over the hole pattern
4.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the rest of the casters.
Install four (4) T20 torx drive pan head screws.

Drawer Front Alignment
NOTE: Only for minor drawer front
alignment adjustments.
-Extend drawers.
-Use a T20 torx tip to loosen the four (4) screws holding the
drawer front to the drawer body. Two (2) screws near top
and two (2) screws near bottom.
-Adjust drawer front to obtain desired alignment.
-Tighten screws.
NOTE: Ensure adequate spacing so drawer
fronts do not rub against adjacent components.
