Removal of Drawers and
Non-Shrouded Rollouts
from the Suspension
1. Remove screws in the front on
both sides of the drawer (1a) or
rollout (1b).
2. Pry out the suspension of the
drawer (2a) or rollout (2b) at the
eyebrow.
3. Lift drawer or rollout up and out
of suspension belt loop.
4. Reverse for re-installation.

Removal of a Drawer Suspension
NOTE: If the upper unit(s) do not have roll-outs,
then it is not necessary to remove the suspensions
or the interlock assembly.
1. With a pencil (or non permanent marking
method) mark the location of the slide on the case
side.
2. Remove suspension by turning the bottom of
the suspension outward so the bottom front tab is
disengaged (2a).
Pull upward so the top front tab isdisengaged (2b).
Push slide rearward (2c) and remove slide.

Removal of Non-Shrouded
Offset Suspensions
1. Rotate front hook of suspension
toward center of case to disengage.
2. Pull up to disengage second tab in
front.
3. Pull suspension forward from the
suspension hook in the rear of the
offset bracket.
4. Remove offset brackets by sliding
bracket forward (4a) and rotating out
(4b).

Removal of Shrouded
Rollouts
1. Remove screws in the front of both sides
of the rollout (1a and 1b).
2. Pry out the suspension away from the
rollout at the eyebrow.
3. Lift rollout up and out of suspension belt
loop.
4. Reverse for re-installation.

1. Rotate front hook of suspension

Relocating the
Interlock Mechanism
Note: If the rollout position is
being changed, the interlock must
also be relocated. If not, skip this
page.
1. Remove interlock mechanism
from side. Using fingers (or a
screwdriver), pull back tabs (1a).
Holding tabs back, remove backer
from case side (1b).
Note: It may be easier to re-
install the suspensions first in
order to locate the interlock
correctly. Instructions for re-
installing the suspensions are
shown on the following page(s).
2. Slide interlock mechanism
along cable to new position.
Install into case side and make
sure snaps engage slots.

3. Before re-installing each
rollout/drawer, make sure the
interlock cam is rotated forward to
"the open" position. The cable
must be woven throughout the
interlock backer (cam assembly)
shown.

Installation of a Drawer
Suspension
1. Locate rear slide tabs into slots (1a). Pull slide
forward (1b). Insert front/top tab into slot by twisting
slide slightly and pushing towards the case side (1c).
Pull downward and rotate bottom/front tab into
lower/front slot (1d).

1. Insert offset brackets by placing
tab into slot and rotating sideways
(1a) and then pushing sideways (1b).
2. Install suspension by putting the
suspension hook in the rear of the
offset bracket.
3. Rotate front hook of suspension
inward into rectangular slot.
4. Push down to engage second tab
in front.

Offset Suspension

2. Install suspension by putting the

offset bracket.

4. Push down to engage second
tab in front.
NOTE: Brackets contain a large
and small offset.The larger offset
brackets are installed on the hinge

Installation of
Rollouts
1. Extend 1 set of slides and
engage the interlock cam.
2. Place the drawer or rollout
in and down into the
suspension belt loops.Push
downward on the rear of the
drawer or rollout until the
eyebrow snaps into place on
the suspension.
3. Install screws on both
sides for both a drawer (3a)
and a rollout scenario (3b).
4. Close the rollout.
5. Move to the next set of
suspensions and repeat
rollout installation.

1. Open the drawer.
2. Pull tabs in suspensions (both sides) to remove
drawer.

bracket.
5. Remove screws attaching suspension to
drawer body.
6. Reverse to re-install. Make sure that
screws are fully seated for proper suspension
function.
