Equip warrants the original purchaser (other than
for purposes of resale) that such product is free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period
of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During
this warranty period, if the product is found to be
defective, equip shall, at its option, repair and/or

INSTALLATION
1. Flush all water lines until water is clear before connecting faucet
to supply stops.
2. Make sure the tee shaped fitting with filter is installed on the
control module.
3. Avoid surroundings with bright lights, highly reflective surfaces
and sunlight which can affect the sensor’s performance.
MOUNTING STEPS
2. Secure using mounting washer and nut provided.
3. Connect 1/4” NPSM end of hose to inlet shank.
1. Insert sensor cable and inlet shank
through the base gasket and sink opening.
4. Connect 1/2” NPSM end of hose
to control module.
5. Align the white arrows on the sensor
cable and control module connector
and connect together.

6. Screw the connector cover on the sensor cable.
7. Connect the mixing valve to the tee-shaped
fitting with filter.
8. Optional single temperature installation without
mixing valve:
Connect supply hose to tee shaped fitting with
a ½” nipple (not included). Do NOT remove
the tee shaped filter from the control module.
9. Mount the control module to the wall
with screws and wall anchors (not included).
10. Connect supply hoses to the mixing valve and
supply stop valve. Plug in transformer if used.
Check for leaks.
OPERATION
1. Place hands under spout. Water will flow for as long as the user’s hands remain
within sensor range.
2. Clean filter every month.
3. Keep electronic eye cover clean.
4. Red flashing in the electronic eye indicates low batteries. (Replacement batteries:
Alkaline AA.)
5. Solid red light in the electronic eye and no water flow indicates batteries are dead.
6. When used in conjunction with the optional AC adapter, the faucet will automatically
switch to AC power and conserve its battery power.
Fresh alkaline batteries should last 400,000 on/off cycles.

5. Hold your hand still in front of the sensor at the desired sensor distance. The red
LED will flash roughly 5 times then remain on for 2 seconds indicating the new
range has been set.
6. If step 5 is not done within 15 seconds, the red LED will blink quickly then stop
indicating the sensor range has NOT been changed. Start over at step 3 to
change the sensor range.
SENSOR RANGE SETUP
The sensor range is preset at the factory during assembly but can be further
adjusted by using the steps below.
1. The sensing distance is adjustable from 3/4” (2cm) to 6-11/16” (17cm). If there
is a disruption in power, the sensor range is saved and will revert to the last setting
when power is restored.
2. The faucet sensor range is set by simply using the on/off button on the front of the
control module. Do not attempt to open the control module box.
3. Push and hold the on/off button; water will flow. After holding the button
5 to 7 seconds, the water flow will stop and the red LED in the sensor lens will
turn on solid.
4. Release the on/off button. The red LED will turn off signaling that the sensor is
ready for set-up for the next 15 seconds.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT
1. Your sensor faucet requires four (4) AA alkaline batteries. If the AC adapter is
plugged in, unplug it from its power source.
2. Remove the battery cover’s three (3) fasteners and pull cover away from the
control box.
3. Remove the old batteries.
4. Install the new AA batteries, making sure that the + and – ends are facing the
correct direction. Return the battery cover to its spot and tighten fasteners. If the
AC adapter is to be used, plug it in at this time.
5. With the disconnection of power, the sensor range is saved and will revert to the
last setting when power is restored.
Q&A
1. Q: Can I operate the faucet manually, without using the electronic eye?
A: Yes. Press the on/off button and water will start flowing. To turn water off,
press on/off button again. If you forget to turn the water off, the faucet will
automatically turn it off after 30 seconds.
2. Q:What is the optimal sensing distance?
A: Just in front of the water stream on the side towards the user.
3. Q: Does the electronic eye require special maintenance?
A: In order for the sensor to function, the electronic eye must be clean. Use only
mild soaps and water. Wipe with a soft cloth.
4. Q: How often should I clean the filter?
A: Depending on the quality of the water in your area, every 4-12 weeks.
5. Q:Why doesn’t the water shut itself off after I have moved my hands away from
the electronic eye?
A:Sensor range could be too long. User may have to adjust sensor range.
6. Q: No water will come out of the faucet and the red LED stays on. What is
the problem?
A: Replace the batteries.

10. Conecte las mangueras de suministro a la

Revise que no haya fugas.
OPERACIÓN
1. Coloque las manos debajo del tubo de salida de agua. El agua fluirá mientras
las manos del usuario permanezcan dentro del alcance del sensor.
2. Limpie el filtro cada mes.
3. Mantenga limpia la cubierta del fotodetector.
4. Una luz roja parpadeante en el fotodetector indica que las baterías están bajas.

AJUSTE DEL ALCANCE DEL SENSOR

REEMPLAZO DE LAS BATERÍAS
1. El sensor del grifo requiere cuatro (4) baterías AA alcalinas. Si el adaptador

R: Justo enfrente del chorro de agua, en el lado que da hacia el usuario.
3. P: ¿El fotodetector requiere mantenimiento especial?
R: Para que el sensor funcione, el fotodetector debe estar limpio.
Utilice únicamente jabones suaves y agua. Limpie con un paño suave.
4. P: ¿Con qué frecuencia debo limpiar el filtro?
R: Según la calidad del agua en el área, cada 4 a 12 semanas.
5. P: ¿Por qué no se corta solo el flujo de agua después de alejar las manos
del fotodetector?
R: El alcance del sensor puede ser muy amplio. Es posible que el usuario tenga
que ajustar el alcance del sensor.
6. P: El agua no fluye del grifo y el LED rojo sigue encendido, ¿cuál es el problema?

6. 与选配的交流电源适配器配套使用时，龙头将自动切换至交流电源适配器并保
存其电池电量。
新的碱性电池可持续使用 400,000 个开/关循环。

电池更换
