1.1. Zu diesem Dokument
In diesem Dokument sind Sicherheitshinweise für elektrische
Betriebsmittel für explosionsgefährdete Bereiche gemäß Richtlinie
94/9/EG (ATEX)angegeben.
Bei Einsatz des Produktes in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen
sind die entsprechenden nationalen Normen und Vorschriften
einzuhalten. Die in diesem Dokument aufgeführten Installations-
vorschriften, Anschlusswerte und Sicherheitshinweise sind
unbedingt zu beachten.
Montage, elektrischer Anschluss, Inbetriebnahme, Bedienung und
Wartung des Produktes darf nur durch ausgebildetes Fachpersonal
erfolgen, das vom Anlagenbetreiber dazu autorisiert wurde.
Die messtechnischen und sicherheitstechnischen Auflagen an die
Messstellen sind einzuhalten.
Wenn Sie diese Sicherheitshinweise nicht lesen können, dürfen Sie
das Produkt nicht installieren und in Betrieb nehmen.
Bei den vorliegenden Sicherheitshinweisen handelt es sich um die
deutsche Originalfassung.

1.7. Anschluss und Zonentrennung
Anschluss
Jeder der beiden Kanäle des Messumformers testo 6682 muss mit
einem bescheinigten Transmitter-Speisegerät versorgt werden,
welches einen eigensicheren Stromkreis mit Schutzniveau ia
bereitstellt.
Die technischen Daten des Transmitterspeisegerätes dürfen die
Ex-relevanten Daten nicht überschreiten:
• Uo = 28V
• Io = 93 mA
• Po = 650 mW
Für einen korrekten Betrieb darf die Klemmenspannung des
Transmitter-Speisegerätes 16V bei 20mA Schleifenstrom nicht
unterschreiten.

1.8. Installationshinweise
• Installations- und Sicherheitshinweise der Betriebsanleitung
beachten.
• Gemäß Herstellerangaben und den gültigen Normen und
Regeln installieren.
• Die Geräte nur in solchen Messstoffen einsetzen, gegen die die
mediumsberührten Materialien hinreichend beständig sind.
• Maximale Prozessbedingungen gemäß zugehöriger Betriebs-
anleitung des Herstellers beachten.
• Regeln für die Zusammenschaltung von eigensicheren Strom-
kreisen nach EN 60079-14 (Nachweis der Eigensicherheit)
beachten.
• Zur Erhaltung der Gehäuseschutzart Gehäusedeckel und
Kabeleinführungen fachgerecht montieren.
• Nicht benutzte Einführungsöffnungen mit geeigneten
Verschlussstopfen verschließen.
1.9. Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
• Binden Sie den Messumformer und den Fühler in den Potential-
ausgleich ein (z. B. über Erdungsklemme, Übergangs-
widerstand ≤1MΩ), um die Gefahr der elektrostatischen Auf-
ladung von isolierten Metallteilen zu vermeiden.
• Vermeiden Sie Elektrostatische Aufladung (z. B. durch Reibung,
Reinigung, Wartung usw.). Beachten Sie hierzu die Hinweise in
der Bedienungsanleitung.
• Kunststoffoberflächen nur mit einem feuchten Tuch reinigen.

2.1. About this document
This document contains safety instructions for electrical operating
equipment for areas with risk of explosion according to Directive
94/9/EC (ATEX).
If using the product in areas with risk of explosion, the
corresponding national standards and specifications are to be
complied with. The installation specifications, connected loads and
safety instructions contained in this document must be observed.
Installation, electrical connection, commissioning, operation and
maintenance of the product may only be performed by trained
personnel authorized to do so by the system operator.
The measuring and safety-related requirements for the measuring
points are to be complied with.
If you cannot read these safety instructions, you are not allowed to
install and commission the product.
The safety instructions at hand are a translation of the original
German version.

provided with a certified transmitter power supply unit that provides
an intrinsically safe circuit with the protection level ia.

exceed the Ex-relevant data:

For correct operation, the terminal voltage of the transmitter power

2.8. Installation instructions
• Observe installation and safety instructions from the operating
instructions.
• Install according to the manufacturer's specifications and the
valid standards and regulations.
• Only use the instruments in measurement substances against
which the materials that come in contact with the medium are
sufficiently resistant.
• Observe maximum process conditions according to the
accompanying operating instructions from the manufacturer.
• Observe the regulations for the interconnection of intrinsically
safe circuits according to EN 60079-14 (proof of intrinsic
safety).
• To maintain the housing protection class, properly install
housing cover and cable entries.
• Close unused entry openings with suitable sealing plugs.
2.9. General safety instructions
• Integrate the transmitter and the probe into the equipotential
bonding (e.g. via earth terminal, contact resistance ≤1 MΩ) to
prevent the danger of an electrostatic charge from insulated
metal parts.
• Avoid an electrostatic charge (e.g. due to friction, cleaning,
maintenance etc.). Refer to the notes in the instruction manual
for this.
• Only clean plastic surfaces with a moist cloth.

3.1. Concernant ce document
Ce document indique les consignes de sécurité à respecter pour le
matériel électrique destiné aux atmosphères explosibles selon la
directive 94/9/CE (ATEX).
Lors de l'utilisation du produit dans des atmosphères explosibles,
les normes et directives nationales en vigueur doivent être
respectées. Les consignes d'installation, valeurs de raccordement
et consignes de sécurité indiquées dans ce document doivent
impérativement être respectées.
Le montage, le raccordement électrique, la mise en service,
l'utilisation et la maintenance du produit ne doivent être effectués
que par du personnel spécialisé dûment formé et autorisé par
l'exploitant de l'installation.
Les exigences métrologiques et de sécurité pour les points de
mesure doivent être respectées.

pas autorisé à installer le produit ni à le mettre en service.
