1.Installtheinside,rearroadwheelusingthebolt
andgasketremovedpreviously.Torquethebolt
to102N∙m(75ft-lb)andthenclean,grease,
andinstallthecapandsnapring.
2.Beginningatthedrivesprocket,coilthetrack
aroundthesprocket,ensuringthatthelugson
thetracktbetweenthespacersonthesprocket
(Figure2).
3.Pushthetrackunderandbetweenthefrontand
centerroadwheels(Figure2).
4.Installtheoutside,rearroadwheelusingthebolt
andgasketremovedpreviously.Torquethebolt
to102N∙m(75ft-lb)andthenclean,grease,
andinstallthecapandsnapring.
5.Installthetensioningboltandjamnut.
6.Torquethetensioningboltto32.5to40N∙m(24
to30ft-lb)totightenthetrack.

7.Ensurethatthetrackdeectslessthan0.6to1
cm(1/4to3/8inch)when20.6kg(45lb)offorce
isappliedtothetrackspan.Adjustthetorqueon
thetensioningboltasneeded.
8.Tightenthejamnut.
9.Tightentheclampboltsandtorqueto102N∙m
(75ft-lb).
10.Lowerthemachinetotheground.

Thehydraulichosesunderthecontrolpanelabovethe
brakeleverneedtobeorientedsothatthe45degree
elbowinthehosettingpointstotherightasshownin
Figure6.Iftheyarenot,loosenthehosettingsand

Checktheoperationofthebrakehandletoensure
thatitdoesnotcontactthehoses.Ifitdoes,adjustthe
hosesfurtheroruseacabletietoholdthemaway
fromthebrakehandle.
AdjustingtheParkingBrake
Pullupontheparkingbrakehandle.Youshouldstart
tofeelresistance(i.e.,thebrakebarcontactsthe
track)whenthehandleisparalleltotheoorwhen
viewedfromtherightside.Ifcontactismadebefore
orafterthispoint,adjustthebrakeasfollows:
1.Removethebottomshield.
2.Loosenthejamnutunderbrakeplateonthe
threadedbrakeadjustmentrod(Figure4).
3.Liftthebrakehandlejustuntilthebrakebar
contactsthetrack.
4.Tightenorloosenthejamnutabovethebrake
plateonthethreadedrod(Figure4)asneeded
untilthehandleisparalleltotheoorwhen
viewedfromtheside.
5.Tightenthejamnutunderthebrakeplateto
securethesetting(Figure4).
6.Liftthebrakehandletotheengagedpositionto
ensurethatthebrakerodengagesthetrackand
thatthehandlepopsupandisretainedinthe
engagedpositionagainstthemachineframe.
7.Installthebottomshield.
